Item returned and no refund
I returned 5 items to jjs house over 6weeks ago and am still awaiting a refund there is no contact number I wrote them an email and have had no response . Iv paid out over £200 for dresses and am absolutely outraged by this company . I will NEVER purchase from them again

Returned dress, no refund, lost parcel, no help
I ordered a dress to my Swiss address. It did not fit and there was no return label included for my country. I was instructed to post the dress to JJ's address in China along with documentation that they sent. So far, after 1 month, the parcel has not arrived. They offer less than half of the price for the dress or a coupon. I get responses from them, but no action. Apparently, they have no good return process. BEWARE. This company is a fraud and should not be trusted. Buy local is the lesson learned.

I have just purchased a item, would like to refund pls.when I purchased the item, it showed delivery time between 26 June - 2nd july. But when I received email from JJ house, it showed delivery time from 29 June -5th july, this dress for my daughter on her prom day which is on 29th of June.I wont be able to receive this item before 29th June. Thats the reason I want refund. Thank you

Trying to return items for refund
I Purchased 2 dresses on 5th June 2023. which were not suitable, I had no return details in the package and when I tried to return the items in "my order" the order no you sent me on my mobile 860688**** and my husbands email were not recognised We cannot understand this as I have the goods and I had correspondance and notification of the order no on my mobile, could you please help and maybe send me the appropriate paperwork so that I can send these items back The purchase was made on my credit card thankyou Drina

If you think your getting a full refund when you realise the dress is poorly made, not as described material, not exact measurements, your wrong! They send you a returns label which comes out of your refund, fair enough BUT then comes the 'RESTOCKING FEE' because they say 'MOST' of their item are 'made when ordered' to save the planet, ive ask 4 times for the figures for 'most' nobody knows! My item arrived so quickly they didn't even have chance to plug the sewing machine in! RESTOCKING FEES is prohibited by law in the uk! Then, the EXTRA POSTAGE plus INSURANCE, you have no control what they charge, they've already got your money, so if you thought it was a straight return and refund-WRONG! SAVE YOUR MONEY shop elsewhere.

Order not recieved!
Scam!!! Do not order here. I was nervous about ordering from this company to begin with but after reading through the reviews I decided to go for it. Fast forward 2 weeks of waiting I finally receive an email noting that my order has arrived when in reality it had not!!! No delivery ticket to say they had even been. The email then goes on to note that if I haven't personally collected the parcel to ask my neighbours which I have. My order is nowhere to be found!!! Customer service has been non existent, no way of reaching out to anybody apart from on email which to date I have still not received any response. Lots of money wasted on this company. Extremely dissppointed is an understatement. My daughter's Communion is in a couple of weeks and now stuck to find something else. Do not order from here! Absolute scammers!!!
