Hard to make contact via email
tried to send an email to find out how long items take to be delivered from JJsHouse to Brisbane Australia. Because of covid being a factor that could delay deliveries. Wanted to purchase a formal dress but seeing it was so hard to contact and receive an answer won't take the chance in placing an order.

Unable to find return address
No return label in box, want to return goods that are not right but not able to get return address on parcel point. No real person to speak to when calling up, no one returns phone message. Very angry need to return items and get new . If no response by a real person will start legal action.

Not as represented. Was returned immediately. No response.
Delivery tracked and returned in 3 days. Will be going to the ombudsmen if no contact is made this week

Product returned within the 10 day specified deadline. Reason for return detailef as requested. Awaiting response and credit. Very poor customer service. I think I may have to escalate issue to the ombudsmen if I don't get a response soon Hoping for a positive outcome

I Bought some shoes from J J House Item was not as described, contacted them and offered coupon and then discount. Insisted I wanted a refund and would return the item. Used the return service they suggested Item returned, tracked and delivered on 25th July, have contacted them regularly since. One month later still waiting for the refund and kept getting advised "we are checking with the warehouse" and "your refund is safe with us" - they still have not processed the refund. I have no confidence that they will be processing the refund as they keep saying the item has not been delivered when I have sent them proof of delivery from the courier They are clearly dishonest and far from reputable.

After reading some of these terrible reviews and how many people have lost money to this company I had to leave my own review and experience. (Even though they asked me not to) They are wonderful when you ask a question about their dresses, in fact they reply by email immediately and even offered a small discount. I ordered 2 dresses and couldn't wait for delivery, was so excited. I was shocked when I opened my parcel to find the most horrendous dresses I've ever seen. They may fit your body in certain places if you send in your measurements but they look awkward (not well made) and the quality is NOTHING like what the pictures show. The material is so cheap and they look nasty. When I emailed them that I wanted a full refund as they were horrid, I got NO REPLY. After the 3rd email they responded with I could either get a credit or part refund. I told them that I wanted a FULL REFUND as the products that I purchased were nothing like what was advertised. I didn't think I would get an answer or a full refund UNTIL I put through a TRANSACTION DISPUTE WITH MY BANK as the product was NOT as advertised. I emailed this to them with a letter requesting a full refund. Funny enough I received an email immediately stating that I could return the products and get a full refund even though it was made to measure. I kept sending emails DAILY and received my full refund within 1 week. The ONLY reason I got my money back was because the BANK DISPUTED the transaction. The dresses look great on their website but don't resemble the product or quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME and DISPUTE it with your bank if you are not satisfied and YOU WILL receive a FULL REFUND even if it's made to measure. It is false advertising and they know this, otherwise I would not have received my refund. It upset me greatly to read about so many women who have lost their money to this company. Don't waste anymore time, dispute your transactions immediately. Hope some of you ladies receive your refunds. Also I DO NOT believe for one moment that people have given this company a 5 star rating, more false advertising...

SMALLLLLL SIZE OMG
I ordered one size larger than usual and it was about 3 times too small. I paid express post and it didn't arrive any earlier than normal mail. I will be sending back for full refund and not buying another. The dress was heap looking and the neckline was way too high. Looked like it was choking me. The dress cannot be made bigger so it is as useless as a wart on the end of my nose. CERTAINLY NOT HAPPY AND WOULD NEVER BUY ON THE INTERNET AGAIN ESPECIALLY CLOTHES FROM OVERSEAS. Just all too hard to ensure you get what you ordered and too much trouble to return.

Unless your order fits and looks perfect, their customer service is ridiculous, offering no real help or compensation. After advice from the online support team, I ordered fabric swatches to choose a colour (in chiffon as I was told they do not make samples in the tulle, but it would be the closest colour match). When my 3 dresses arrived ($600), the colour was nothing like the samples. Very yellow and more mustardy than champagne. Next to my wedding dress, the colour (which was not what we ordered) looked horrible. I requested an exchange offering to order three new dresses. We ordered standard sizes, not customized, so this should not have been a problem. Their response was that due to my swatches not being the right material ( which was not my fault), I had not right to exchange or refund and all they could do was offer 10% my next order. What the *** am I supposed to do with that? As if I would order from a company so unreliable again. There is no way my bridesmaid dresses can wear those dresses! Two months out from my wedding and I have now had to by three more dresses from a more reliable service.
