Refund not processed and obnoxious service by jiomart
I recently ordered grocery from jio, firstly they split the orders into so many parts. Then they keep delaying. One part they delivered, other part was delayed, then one day the item was out for delivery, but was not delivered. Then next day u r informed that it is returned and cancelled. And now they are not processing the refund. Even after 4 days. This seems to be a cheat company, do not buy anything from them.

Received different product and no solution provided
I ordered shower gel which was of 500 ml and received a shower gel of 250 ml instead. After calling for 8 day, I get a reply that my product was not different. They said they confirm with the seller, and he told them that it was not a different product. I even mail as soon as I found about the issue but no solution was given, and my private details were revealed to seller he called and said it was my mistake that I didn't check my parcel in front of delivery boy. After call your customer support for 8 day then said on 8th day that they cannot do anything. I being a shareholder of Jio are not satisfied with your service.I will launch a complaint about the same higher UPs.

Received bad quality product
I ordered a monitor from jiomart which got a stuck pixel within 5 days of use and a green tint at the bottom right corner of the display, and when i tried to convey this matter to the customer care they simply marked my issue solved and got away without even solving my problem. I'm continuously trying to contact them on email. Still no satisfactory reply from their side.
