Complain didn’t receive my order correctly

I order a number 4 and didnt get my meat on my order so I taken it back and got my money back I was very disappointed with the service I received and I had to waste my time and gas to go back and return it

Location parrish

Parrish FL. Is the most aggressively growing place in Florida. We are going to be as big as our counterpart Lakewood ranch. I would like to say that Jimmy John's would do very well here. I hope you would consider putting a franchise in this area. We have to go to {{Redacted}} to get it and many people have mentioned on Parrish parents network that we need one here. They're planning on putting your competition here already. Please consider. Thank you very much Connie Bell. Don't let this opportunity slide

Every time I go to a jimmy john's in Prescott Valley I use the app to get my food ahead of time, they never get it right I can ask for extra toppings even napkins and mayo packs when I get to the car

On the website it shows extras pickles mail packets napkins they're never in the bag and I'm going to stop going to this store

Disappointed customer

I ordered my sandwich at 1105. Didn't received my sandwich until 1pm. I missed my whole lunch period. All I got was a sorry. Disappointed

The staff here have horrible customer service skills. Like honestly. It's as if someone forced them to fill out that job application and work here cuz man it's awful

When entering the store I was greated with "we don't have no bread and I'm the only one here" by an employee named Cassie. I then proceeded to asked her for 3 Lil Johns. She rudely asked me which one, it seemed as if she was having a bad day. I attempted to use my gift card as a form of payment, during the transaction an error occurred, I asked her for assistance. She replied "NO", Then proceeded to help the next customers to foce me out of line. I called a friend who happened to be a former employee for assistance. During the call my daughter is being toddler, Cassie aggressively states "You need to tell your daughter to stop" I asked her not to take her frustrations out on my child, she proceeded to ask me to leave, I told her I don't feel like I should leave due to her frustrations. She proceeded to call local Law Enforcement for trespassing. I did not recieve a ticket thank Goodness. As a Biracial woman. I fear police and I can say that I was impressed so greatful that the cops showed me nothing but live and respect. So Also pls be advised their is an imposter pretending to be me, click the profile and you will see its different from this one.

Extremely rude staff

Stuff doesn't care about cleanliness, neither while preparing food or of the establishment. They don't appear know how to talk to customers, nor how to talk around customers. We don't need to hear about your drug uses while we are in there with family including small children. Definitely won't be going back, EVER. Over priced for how little you get.

Manager Alec 1049

I went In with my therapy dog and the manager Alec at store 1049 refused to serve me. He took the person behind mes order and told me and my dog to go hang out at Wendys. I was very upset and hurt this caused me much emotional distress because I didnt know what to do. He also swore at me and would not give me a reason for refusal he just said he has the right to refuse service to anyone. I left without any compromise. I am very upset and hurt this was a horrible experience.

Order refund status

Never got my refund from order#190211****333****. They told me they had no drivers and said they had to cancel my order and that I will receive my refund by Friday 6/16. It's now 6/19. No refund.

VERY LATER ORDER

Ordered online 11:54 am and contacted store at 12:50 said would be delivered ASAP. The time is now 1:49 and I have still NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD. Two hours!!! That is absolutely ridiculous!!!?

Horrible service, very nasty and abusive language

I ordered 5 different sandwiches from Jimmie Johns and when I got home the order was totally wrong, all 5 sandwiches were the same (Tuna) and one of my granddaughters has an allergy to tuna! I called the establishment back to see if I could get a refund on the order and the guy on the phone was so nasty, mean and very abusive, using the *** you word (every other word out of his mouth). told me to *** off, laughed and hung up on me! The order was $50+. What type of people do you hire? I doubt seriously that this matter will get resolved or noticed or email. He even threw my receipt in the trash !

Incorrect order

I got a #2 with pickles no tamatoes ez onoin sauce turkey and bacon on wheat bread... I got white bread with turkey pickle cheese i did put no cheese.. called to complain about it said they didnt have wheat and the makers told him it was made correctly i have picture proof of the sandwhich.. they said nothing they can do.. i dont think i have ever ordered jimmy john first time user and i will never get it again...

Awful Customer Service

On 5/23/23 For a small group of employees, 12 of us, decided to order individual subs. We called and the lady who took our order first asked if we wanted small or large. Having ordered party size before our employee said large thinking a regular size sub, at this time we did not know about your Giant subs. We placed the order and the lady even read back what we placed, and said 15-20 minutes. This was at 1:12pm. We showed up at 1:30pm and was told "we're still working on them". Have a seat and watch as these giant subs are being made, which I slowly started to realize were our order. So I asked did we order all these big ones? she just said yes. Ok so I guess we are all getting these huge subs enough for 2 people. I sit back down. 15 mins later I ask how much longer because I was told 15-20 mins from when we called and it had been 30 mins. She replied they shouldn't have told you that and then said about 5 more minutes. At this point I'm thinking "freaky fast" is not happening and I sit back down thinking of the work I could have completed in the half hour I've been waiting. Finally at 2pm she tells me its all set. and hands me a box, 45 mins after we ordered. I get back and we start to hand out subs, when we realize we have an extra of one that was ordered and another sub labeled Pepe#1 which no one had ordered. We are missing 3 subs. So we call let them and let them know we are short 3 subs and then send an employee to go get them. The employee gets there and returns the other subs. First they say the Pepe is the slim ham and cheese it just has tomatoes on it. Which the order was a slim ham and cheese ordered because it comes with nothing but meat and cheese on it. So we refuse it and say we would like what we ordered. Then they explain they didn't make one because it said voided. We tell them well we ordered it, it is not our fault you guys accidently voided it. They say ok but we didn't charge you for any of these so you'll have to pay for them. Excuse me, what? it is now 1 1/2 hours since placing the order, we are told the wrong time, given wrong food, had to come back and you're not going to make our subs unless we pay more money for the already horrible experience we are having. We declined and said never mind this is horrible and ridiculous customer service. The lady then replied, " Well this is your fault for ordering when we were busy" . We went elsewhere and got something for the employees who still hadn't ate lunch and by this time it was almost 3pm. The store is located at 25237 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI 48033 and by far the worse experience ever had in ordering food. Other places offer an apology, and try to make it right. This store took no responsibility, insulted us making it look like we were the problem for ordering at the time we did, never apologized and still wanted to charge us more money. Our total was $172.97 (which also wasn't told to us before hand, otherwise we may have figured out the "giant" size just on pricing alone.) I am reaching out to the corporate office, obviously because of what occurred at the store level in which we would not want to go back. We want to make aware the franchise owner is aware and let them decide if that's how they feel their customers should be treated. I welcome speaking to anyone about the issue.

Their system was down and didn’t know they had to delivery

We ordered our subs at 7:33 AM delivery was supposed to be set for 10 AM when the store open normally they will be here by 10:15 that day we called them at 11 oclock in the morning and they said they did not have any deliveries and a gentleman last so we asked for manager we gave them the confirmation number from the email and they didnt even type anything because the system was down so we had a call back in 15 minutes to see if we can even get an order because they said no one has ordered So after calling back four different times and talking, the same person that pretended he was a manager passed along to the manager, but really didnt do anything. Never apologized. The delivery driver was the only person actually apologized the next day we called back again to say, is your system available when we called they still did not apologize. All they said was we are sorry our system is down not sorry to us or anything we can do for us for us.

IN FOUR YEARS, NEVER GOT RIGHT ORDER

I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY AT JIMMY JOHN'S WHO I FOUR YEARS NEVER GOT MY ORDER RIGHT!!! ALWAYS, WRONG SANDWICH/SIZE, NO REQUESTED ADD-ONS NEVER, TOTALLY WRONG ADD-ONS. EVERYTIME!!! JUST SPENT 35.00 FOR ANOTHER WRONG ORDER WITH THINGS LEFT OFF THE SANDWICH. I AM AN IDIOT TO KEEP GOING BACK, BUT NO MORE UNDER-QUALITY CRAP, NO MORE *** JOHN'S FOR MY FAMILY. I GOT THE RUNS ALSO, BASTARDS.STAY AWAY
