Could not talk to a real person!!!!
Was informed upon ordering that I would receive on a certain date but received tracking on the date it was expected that it would arrive after the date I needed them. Had I known this, then I would have order from a company that had overnight shipping, I have never countered this problem in my 3 years of ordering from this company. This mix up is costing me a big customer and money I have to return to them, leaving them no time to get anywhere else. This mix up has cost me my reputation and money!!!

Have not received my package
Been waiting it says it was here and shipped but it is not here I looked for 2 days now. I like it I'd like a refund of my money back please. Missing products
On April 4th I made an order (42737****)of crew necks and hoodies, about 69 in total, which I am currently still making payments through PayPal. I received my products by parts, but I NEVER RECEIVED 5 black medium and 5 black small crew neck. Will I receive once I'm done with my payments, or what is going to happen ? Never received my whole order
I ordered 40 shirts and only received one of them. I wrote and spoke with several representatives and was told that it would be investigated. Its now a month later and I havent heard anything from anyone in regards to my missing items. No refund, replacement of them missing items were offered, nothing.

Jiffy Products - Window Installation Review from Royersford, Pennsylvania
A few years ago I had Jiffy products out of Spring city,Pa to do some work om my house. The owner came over and wrote everything thst he was going to do and was so polite and helpful and patient he answered all my questions so i hired him. There was to be a new window in the kitchen which took most of the bill, and then my dining room ceiling was supposed to be done also for an extra fee. The owners sons came and put the window in and did very good work on it. When they were done, they said they would be back to finish the ceiling. The owner came over and i wrote a check for the entire bill including the ceiling. Well...they never came back. I approached him one day when i spotted his truck at wawa and he said he has not forgotten about me. Months went by and after calling maybe 10 times I just figured he wasnt coming back. I spoke with a lawyer and he said truthfully that I probably would neer see a dime even if I won the lawsuit so of course I wrote him off. But word to the wise, do not pay this guy until he is totally finished and you have inspected everything they were supposed to do. I will NEVER have them do any work to my house again! Jiffy Products in Spring City, Pa. STAY AWAY from these guys! They'll take your money and run!
