Customer service

Not a problem. But an employee. The employee is Anthony. He always knows me. He is always helpful, happy, and just someone that makes you want to go through his line. He is a keeper!! He is at the Joliet Il. Larkin St store

I have tried for myself and some of my senior friends without internet and cannot use the just my jewel account this actually includes many more people than you think people who don't have internet pe

People who have or can't use just my jewel account include people who are like me and try to get on but something is wrong I also shop for seniors who don't know how to get on or people who can't see or read or write but are welcome to shop in your store but can't get the discounts because they can t get anaccout. I'm going to channel seven on your side if they shop in your store they should receive your discount.

Bad Service, Expired Foods

Jewel Osco 3975 Orchard Rd Oswego, IL. This us kne of the only places I have found that has a no salt added Roasted Chicken. However they do not time stamp the food that is cooked in store. Recently I went in to purchase one of these chickens and none of them had a time stamp. I asked three different people and no one could answer. As a last resort I went back to deli only to wait for the person working to finish having a profanity filled rant about a piece of of equipment. Still he did not offer to help. I purchased the chicken, got home only to find it was broken in half with skin missing and breast so dried out it had turned dark brown. Needless to say it went in the trash. I was pretty upset given this was not the first time I had brought to their attention out of date foods in dairy and salad dressings found in produce. When I called the store to express my dissatisfaction I was hung up on. I will never shop at Jewel Osco again. I spend alot of money there and even get my prescriptions filled there. But they just lost my business.

Bakery department

I shop at the Maple Ave store in Mundelein IL. I ordered a Black Forest cake for my husband for Fathers Day. It was disappointing to say the least. It had two layers of vanilla cake , not chocolate and where was the cherry filling? It was the worst so far. Their bakery stinks. Im always having problems with fresh products there. The cake was the last straw. No more. I will stop buying their stuff, not so much as a bagel. The employees cant answer basic questions and dont know what their doing.

My support to jewel was very good and I have no problems and the problem with mh E-mail and password got resolved.

Order delivery

For one delivery was 21/2 hours late and instead of bringing to my door. they left food outside.I've talked to customer service on more then one occasion about leaving food in foyer,yet they're still doing it. I think you have a problem with communication with store.

2940 N Ashland Avenue Store Mgr ANGEL STEIGER - #Poor Customer Service

My cell phone was stolen today- and I didn't "clip" the coupon- explained to customer service and STORE MGR ANGEL STEIGER SAID he didn't care as HIS STORE does 1.3M per week- said he wouldn't help me and that he would put items back. His store tonight 5/18 was messy and dirty- granted it was 7:30 PM- i've also been there other times and both store and parking lot was in shambles- I guess since the roscoe village people don't have a kroger or a trader joe- Angel can continue on doing #POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE# POORMANGER TRAINING #JEWEL CORPORATE#KEEP YOUR CUSTOME

Im appalled at your online systems and the discrimination when using Ebt cards. It does not let me purchase sale items with ebt. I need an immediate response so I know what I need to say to my attorney

Pharmacy

I recently transfered over to Osco's because I was told there would be no problem filling my rx of Adderall, which I've been taking for 9+ yrs now & on a high dose of 20mg 3x day plus 9 other rx transfers. Got to say been on a few different adds, but as I explained to your pharmacist the Epic ( pink) ones, 1st time I've had, made me very jittery & upset my stomach so ask if he could get another brand, knowing that Sunrise, Sandoz & Lannett definitely had availability & possibly Teva. But his response was " Corporate has contract with Epic, nothing he can do" which sounds ridiculous if what you have is hurting more than helping your customer. Then I was suppose to pick up my Adderall Rx on the 04/21/23, unable to and were your website is soo messed up it tells me (no kidding) I have 15 Rx ready for pu, 6 are dups, 4 are dups of another, get it. So I called Sat 04/22 to make sure my rx was ready & was told unable to fill, unsure when they'll get any Adderall in. Epic says they have availability & Estimated shortage so they are allocating to existing customers only. HELLO! Been an existing customer with Osco & picked up Adderall the past 3 months, so why would they have excluded allocating this existing customers Adderall prescription?

Bakery complaint

I came to Jewel Osco in Munster, Indiana to purchase a pie for pie day. The circular sale stated that the 8 inch apple pies were on sale for $3.14. At 10:30 I entered the store and was greeted by produce. The store was clean and produce employees were constantly stocking the produce. After my shopping at the produce department I passed the deli which was also busy, stocked and clean: I headed to the bakery. I noticed several pies that were not on sale and were not apple. Heading to the bakery counter there was two employees and later to acknowledge the bakery supervisor. I asked were are the apple pies that were in the circular sales paper where located? The explained that there were all sold out. I stated that it is only 10:30 and its sold out? The employe responded the sale was for all this week and we are sold out. She smirked and responded rudely. I looked toward the supervisor and she looked disappointed. After this incident I paid for my items. It was an easy and smooth transaction. But it troubled me how the bakery was so cruel. I called and asked to speak with the supervisor and the supervisor got on The line . I explained my complaint, she was in agreement with me how the employee handled herself. She then explained that if I am I. The store I can get a rain check . That of which was not an option spoken of to me when I inquired about the sale priced pies. I told her that I had to leave . Nothing was said or done after this. I am a loyal shopper. I live in Indiana . I often get ask if I am from Illinois. I feel that there is frustrations in the store that are lashing out at customers. I am unhappy and would like restitution for the mistreatment that I endured

App0ligize to deli worker

Went to pick up chicken order with my wife on Saturday in fox lake the woman was looking for order and couldn't find it all it was scattered everywhere, she did get it together after a few minutes but,my wife was not kind to her , her comment was good thing we didn't die waiting ,the woman froze then turned to leave very upset ,we're truly sorry for the comment!

Products and staff

Jewel is one of the few places that has lower sodium canned products, even in the Signature brand. I happened upon them and told my cardiologist team. They were unaware, grateful for the information and will let there other clients know. Thank-you. I also commend your staff working in these times and doing so with a smile. They are essential service which I am grateful for. .

Osco Pharmacy Folks Are Top Notch!!! Fine Folks....

Jewel Osco on Grand n Green Bay in Waukegan... My scripts were lost or delivered to the wrong place and the folks at Grand n Green Bay were kind enough to personally deliver them to me today... Such nice folks at that store... It's no wonder that I've been going to them for years... Thank You for going above and beyond to do for someone that really needs to Thanks You Again for what you do... Thank You So Much... Peter M

Coronavirus

Jewel is lacking concern for the health of its employees. None are provided with mask as a least minimum amount of protection from this coronavirus pandemic. Jewel, please concern yourselves with the fact that your employees have families, children to come home to. HAVE A HEART!

Honor your cashiers

I feel Jewel should honor your cashiers You should follow suit and give cashiers an extra $2.00 per hour like Walmart and Amazon is doing. You cant say you dont have the funds to do so. Your sales have been out the roof in this pandemic. I ask that you do the right thing and pass it on!
