Expecting a better service. We had purchased one 32 inch Mi TV through Flipkart with an additional 3 year extended warranty provided by Jeeves. Now TV having some issue and flipkart advising to contact Jeeves, but no response from Jeeves

I purchased warranty card from technician he said I will get warranty card from email but still i didn't get any warranty card.he take 1050 rs from me

Installation of ac purchased from flipkart
I have ordered a brand new llyod air conditioner from flipkart and they confirmed that it will be installed from jeeves end with in 24- 48hours of delivery. I have received the item way back 52 hours but not single message or contact has been done from jeeves end. I need immediate installation of the ac.
