We tried using the drawer in our software and it would not work. We contacted Jay and he said to send a copy of the code and he would have his developer take a look at it. We did not hear anything back from him. I could not wait any longer and decided to get an RMA number on these and ship them back. I paid the shipping back, packed them well and did not recieve a refund. I contacted Jay through ebay where they sell a lot of these and he told me there was a 20% restocking fee. I told him the original problem was defective hard ware and he did not want to hear it. He insisted he wasnted his 20% restocking fee. Be very careful buying from this company. The Jay POS cash drawers are junk. They may be cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. In this case it cost me 100.00 to find out that Jay systems cash drawers are junk.
