No broccoli salad

There was no broccoli salad on the salad bar. I aske an employee for some. They told me they only make it in the mornings. I asked for a manager. They told me they ran out earlier in the day. I asked could they not make more. They said it takes too much time. I only eat at Jasons deli because of the broccoli salad. I will not even stop at this one again.

Manager at Jason’s Deli on Eldorado in Frisco, TX

Ate at this location tonight and this manager is no manager. I ordered a sandwich and my spouse had the salad bar. He had built his salad and eaten over half of it and I still had no sandwich. I went to the counter and it was just sitting there. I asked the manager if that was my Club Royale and he responded Oh probably. I asked if I could have it and he responded, they will bring it out when it is finished. I told him, I am here, I can just take it, since my husband is almost finished. He responded that it needed chips and walked away. Now I am pissed! I asked a young lady to hand me the sandwich and a bag of chips. She did so and apologized. I told her this was not her. But his poor management skills. I will NEVER visit this location again! I know good help is hard to find, but this guy is an embarrassment to your brand. I have been in the Foodservice business for 36 years and he takes the cake for a terrible manager. All the tables were dirty and this store was not busy. You should really think twice about letting him wear your brand.

Compliment

My husband and I recently found that our Jason's Deli on Mockingbird Lane has brought back the Southwestern Chicken Chili! We were so happy to have it back on a permanent basis! It has a wonderful, rich, but not overly spicy flavor and it is well worth going to Jason's for this delicious treat! Please keep this wonderful dish on your menu forever! This is Texas and we love our chili, year-round! Thank you!

Over charge

Posted online updated March menu prices list $6.29 for Black bean taco salad lighter . I was charged $8.49 at my hometown Jason's Deli in Harlingen, Texas. Request $2.20 refund for over charge.

Pulled up your online menu with updated March 2023 prices. Choose Black Bean taco salad Lighter posted price $6.29. Ordered the next day at my hometown Jason's in Harlingen, TX and was charged $8.49. This is false advertising! Why was I charged $2.20 more than posted menu price?

re: Jason’s Deli Tuscaloosa, AL Please take note that as a delivery driver if store cannot keep up with the demand from customers the manager at store needs to pause or stop serving delivery orders. It is ridiculous to make ANYONE wait >30 minutes for order to be prepared!!! Especially ehen ALL other establishments have orders ready at the pick up time. Until this is seriously changed i will not be picking up orders from your store

Unprofessional

I was in Jasons deli of Spartanburg on Friday night with my family being as we havent been there in 3months because of the customer service ,We return and its no different didnt see none of the regulars that were behind the counter Im assuming thats why the service was yet again a terrible experience for me and my Family.This place has leveled down and its not the food ,The food is amazing it was your staff .(Well a staff)Not sure if he /she was a manager or an employee Im hoping an employee that needs more training ,Per last visit it was the same person that was the reason we had not been in 3months .We will not be returning.Im part owner of a restaurant ,Should be some level of training with staff

Complains

Food was not packed properly and all the dips/sauces were spilled in the bag. I spoke with Dorsey at the location but he didnt wanted to hear me at all. Very bad experience!

Complainordered food for pickup, said they were busy might be a few minutes longer than usual so when i made it to store I went into drive thru lane, one car ahead of me, waited for few minutes then

Saw the girl give my food to the car ahead then that gave it back. I called the store asking if they can ask the person ahead to drive around or pull to front so I can get my food that's getting cold, she says want to speak to manager? I said yes, manager was ignorant and start getting ugly so I hung up. Girl took my card to pay them manager storms up to window to give me a piece of her mind. Was very rude and only blame me the entire time. I had to tell her to stop talking to me because she continued to rant then told me to leave slammed window. Then had to wait for my credit card back to me. Unbelievable!!! Went to different store and got food. Manager there says he hears problems about the other store very often. Super expensive sandwiches and horrible customer service. They should have kept the old manager. This place sucks......!!!don't go here

Order was wrong twice!!!!!!

Placed my order in the drive through at 7:18p . Once I got to the window to receive my order the lady came back 15 minutes later stating that I would have to pull up and wait for my order again. After waiting another 10 minutes in my car I went into the building to get my order waited another 10 minutes then I checked my bags to make sure everything was correct and found that my order was wrong again. Finally got my order at 8:08 PM

Bad Customer Service at the 19755 Hwy 59 N Humble, Tx location. Very Rude, Unprofessional and Ghetto. I guess her Wig was on to tight on her head and her head was hot Underneath that Ugly *** Wig she had on her head. She needs to be removed.

Disrespected

Dear Sir/Ma'am: Please accept this letter as a formal complaint as it pertains to management at your restaurant located at 3473 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN, between 5 o'clock and 5:30 on March 21, 2022 As a loyal customer, for the last ten years, I have never experienced anything other than fantastic customer service, diligent employees, and superb food-both tasty and attractive in appearance. However, today I felt as though Id entered a different establishment. The young lady, cashier, greeted me and I placed my order of a tuna sandwich and small salad. As I approached the salad bar, I noticed many empty containers and salad ingredients waste all over the bar and some mixed in with other ingredients. I understand customers will drop as they fill their containers; also, I understand that the salad bar needs periodic replenishing. Therefore, I went to the front counter, the manager was standing next to the cashier, and stated in a modulated tone that the salad bar needs attention. The manager looked at me and walked away as the cashier continue to give her attention (as she should have) to customers at the register. The manager stepped to the serving counter and began waiting on a gentleman. Mind you, there were about five or six employees standing the same vicinity who could have easily assisted the only customer standing at the back counter. I asked the manager if he heard me-again in a modulated tone-he answered in an unpleasant and angry voice that he had. I apologized and told him that he did not acknowledge with an ok or someone will be right there or any gesture. He then told me that he did not have to acknowledge me because he looked at me. Then, he kept badgering me as to why did he have to acknowledge me. As I talked to my associate about the incident, the manager yelled to me at the salad bar to stop talking about him. After which, he stood and stared at us, while he was loudly discussing the incident to the workers behind the counter-making them feel obviously uncomfortable. . I was afraid to eat my sandwich in fear that hed tampered with it. The way I was treated was unjust and definitely not warranted. I entered the facility looking forward to enjoying the rest of my evening, and left with a feeling of disgust and confusion. I did not deserve how this young man spoke to me, spoke at me, and spoke about me. To be kind is free and takes less energy than in being mean. As my associate stated to me, writing a complaint is a waste of time. That is fine; writing this out on paper makes me feel better. If he claims that any part of this letter is not true, I have the phone numbers of several guests who were sitting and observing how eccentric the manager was behaving. Jason's Deli, your reputation has been tampered with. By the way, I will be returning for my three time a week salad-that is I will be returning during early hours when hes not at work or about to be at work. Order wrong again. Didn’t follow directions

We used to order 4 or 5 times a week, The same exact order, 2 Big chef salads with no olives. And 2 plain Jane potatoes both with No sour cream on please put on the side. At least 6 times the orders are incorrect. No olives( we get olives.) please put sour cream on side. Both potatoes came with sour cream on top. Last time I called and spoke to a manager named Michael. He told me it is what it is. We are very busy. When you order delivery these 4 items are $65 a pop. I dont mind paying for anything as long as is correct.I have purchased 13 orders just from DoorDash. And my husband would pick up at least 2x during the week so thats another 16 times. I called corporate 1 time and they were going to send a couple of cards to use at Jasons. That didnt happen either.Im not going to spend anymore time pulling receipts. But are 3 below.

Selling food you don’t even have

I ordered and paid for a potato and after 15 minutes they let me know that they have no potatoes. I ask to speak to a manager a manager doesnt come to the table so I have to go look for one. In the meantime I am told that they found potatoes so I will be getting what I originally ordered instead of what I had to change my order to since they had no potatoes. Now the food is 20 minutes late to my table and I am late for my doctors appointment. I told the manager, Kaley, and she was very rude. I asked for the district managers number and she threatens me by saying if you make the call they will just send the call right back to me. Heavy is the head that wears the crown! Now you have lost business when all I wanted was to let you know you messed up giving you a chance to fix it. At another location, I recently waited at a drive through for over a hour due to no workers. They cant tell you this before you make an order. I find that hard to believe. No shafting me with baked chips anymore because I ordered house chips! I am out! No more Jasons Deli for me! I have my own job and am sick of doing yours.
