This company does not clean per the contract agreement. They don't even show up to clean as they should and when they do, it's a horrible job cleaning.

This company cleans the facility i work at in the Nashville,TN area. The girl that cleans in the morning is incredibly rude. She treats everyone like total garbage. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN. Their definition of cleaning is just spraying everything down with bleach. They have stripped the sealer off of the lobby and office floors. They didnt pull the trash for so long that we had maggots in the breakroom. They havent scrubbed a urinal or toilet since they have been here. They go through the contents of peoples desks. They are without a doubt the worst cleaning company that has ever been here. The employees are rude and condescending. They are lazy. They do not act like professionals and they do not speak like it either. They are in here on a daily basis cussing and talking like hoodlums. They also dont wear any kind of uniform to identify themselves. They dress inappropriately. They treat our security personnel like trash. Its just absolutely ridiculous.

Worse company in the world , when its time to get payed , u cant grt payed . They send your check two weeks after the date expected . You work for a moth in a half for free . Trump said haiti is a *** country , janiking is a *** company . For example if you revieve a contract that sums up to 10000$ , they take 5000 and give u 5000 . I never seen a company this bad .this company is nothing to mess with . They're thieves with no respect . Even if they take ur money youre unable to speak . When you speak they refuse to provide you with contracts . And when they dobgive you a contract , they wait four to ffive months later to give you a job . The orlando director is trash . He always want u to kiss his *** , if you talk they say ur wrong . This is very stressfull . I weighed 220 pound now im 170 . So much stress

Only putting out the garbage that is in the personal trash cans and do not clean floors.
These people do not even sweep the restrooms, I have personally left open the toilet paper and paper towel containers since they were empty and they have just closed them back up with out putting paper back in. The restrooms floors have not been swept or moped in months and the garbage cans are left for us to take to the street. The floors have not been swept in months, dirt and mud is everywhere on the floors. I was told this morning that we use Jani King Services and couldn't believe that they would do such *** work and only collect a check for their services.

Jani-King of Raleigh Durham 04/23/18 Tara J. Negative BBB Verified Reviewer I am a Jani King franchisee under the the Raleigh, Durham master franchise. I've been with them for over a decade. Unfortunately, I complained to them about the fact that the PGA TOUR facilities manager was "allegedly" forcing me to give him kickbacks in order to continue cleaning at the PGA. The master franchise owner and my local office in Jacksonville, Fl ignored my complaint until I brought it to the PGA's attention 11/2017. I was told by the master franchise owner that other franchise owners could lose money if it doesn't go well with the PGA. Therefore, he was hesitant about confronting the PGA. I went forward WITHOUT the support of Jani King. Once the PGA questioned the individuals at Jani King about what they knew concerning the situation, they all began to lie. I have several documented lies that were told. From there, my relationship became very strained and I am now out of my income. I was forced out. I use to bill over $300k a year. Now, I am billing $0.

I have reported them to the FTC, FL Attorney General and the FBI. I reported that I was being extorted to Jani King. They turned their heads, them lied about my complaint after I told the customer. They are a bunch of con artists. I knowfor a fact that you can buy business under the table. You can buy in witjpugoing through the 14 day disclosure period. They know it's illegal.

RACIAL DISCRIMINATION
I'd been with JANIKING for over 12 years. A very Successful business, due to me going out and acquiring my own commercial accounts. In 2006, I was recognized as the 2nd best franchise in the country. The business was finally running itself after finding great employees, but I still worked nights to keep my eyes on the business. Since things were running smooth, I began looking to create other streams of income (You never know what might happen). Well my partner who's Caucasian thought that I (African American) was doing too much. Now, It was okay for her to have a nice house on the lake, sports car, and a real estate career. Oh but wait, It was a problem when I wanted to better myself. I was suppose to clean all the time. I was always questioned when hiring employees, and it was always a problem to have my employees cover the job. Well Corporate here in Knoxville TN got involved due to fact that my partner told lies. My partner stated that I hired illegals, which was untrue. In her mind anyone that was from another country was illegal. My partner went as far as stating that she called I.C.E. on someone I was training that was here legally. Corporate stated that we needed to work things out because they couldn't get in the middle of our business. I told Corporate I had no problems, it was my insecure partner that was having issues with me bettering myself, and treating others with respect. Mind you, I was still physically working the JANIKING business at night as well. So February 2018 our contract was due to end/renew, the contract that I had acquired. February 5th 2018 the Knoxville, TN. JANIKING Franchisor and my Partner constructed a behind the scenes deal that I was totally unaware of. Now when I asked for confidentiality while planning to purchase another franchise, the Knoxville, TN Franchisor spilled the beans to my partner!(Remember they couldn't get in the middle of our business) The Knoxville, TN. Franchisor never told me anything about their deal. So Feb 5th 2018 my partner stole $17,000 from our settlement and purchased another franchise. The Franchisor here in Knoxville TN gave her the contract, that I acquired years ago. My employees had no clue that I had been pushed out the picture and nor does the Account which was like family. They (Franchisor and my partner) lied and said that I was handling business in the Knoxville, TN area, which was totally untrue. Anyone thinking about purchasing a JANIKING franchise no matter your Race or Ethnicity I definitely would not recommend JANIKING!!! The contracts they have are way below the nationally bidding average. That's how they acquire contracts (Low balling)! (SLAVE LABOR) If you decided that JANIKING is the route you wanna go, then get out and acquire your own contracts, but remember those contracts becomes JANIKING's. If they don't like or have issues with you they will give your contract to another Franchise. Trust me I know first hand, and this is far from over. My recommendation is take your money and do it yourself. It's a lot cheaper and you will truly be THE BOSS!

They do not pay you, then they try to use excuses to not pay you. One of the lowest life companies in America. Thieves, crooks, and yes they are very rude, they take your money then say *** No help from the company, never on the side of the franchisee's, they take your accounts if they don't like you, or they give accounts to {{REDACTED}}, a true dirt bag company. If you plan to buy into this company, I strongly advise against it, they take your money and then they provide no help what so ever. I got lucky because I saved a lot of money and I live in a small town, but I'm throwing the keys back at them and tell them to do the accounts themselves. In closing all I have to say about Janiking is, *** JANIKING, I hope all the franchisee's throw in the towel and bring JANIKING to it's knee.

Janiking franchise is trash , if theres anything worse than janiking , its death , if youre purchasing a janiking franchise , youre buying death . I dont know why people purchase a franchise from janiking , theyre theifs and no body to deal with . They lie about everything , when youre purchasing the franchise they make it sound all good until you purchase . If youre depending on janiking you can just sleep under a bridge . When you think youre getting payed an amount , it changes for example if you’re supposed to recieve 1000$ a month , you only end up with 600$. And when you call to speak to someone , they hang up in your face , they are very rude . Being payed monthly isnt a problem if youre getting payed enough to survive for an entire month but they dont even pay you enough to pay a place to sleep .

I have been working for them for about 20 years. they say they work for you, what a bunch of bs! you work for them as they rob the *** out of you. you have to pay janiking and the irs, and you go broke. because of their many chargebacks ive lost everything, my home my car and then my family. not because im lazy because i worked my butt off and wouldn't get paid on time. i have cleaned court houses,hotels, i've even cleaned for marathons, restaraunts and several other buildings. They say im running my own buisness but when i hired help for my hotel contract they came in and managed my people every *** day dictating and running my business for me. They were even telling me what to pay my employees. its really not your business at all, but you get to pay taxes thats the only way its your business. they run everything except that. But if you want to be a slave then buy into it. if you want to work for free with all the charge backs and sometimes months without pay its great for you. i know im still waiting on a check from these crooks. it horable and ive been waiting for like 5 months now. this has got to be illegal they shouldnt be allowd to slave you like that and every account is under bidded. im looking for a lawyer now so i can sue them. i lost everything because of this scam they have going on. i just cant take it anymore, enough is enough! anyone ever sue them and win? i dont know but im about to try, if anyone have any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

No paycheck !!!!!
I recently worked with this company in TX and let me just say I still have not received any paycheck from them and it's been over a month !! Never again will I work for these ppl what a waste of time !! Anybody know who I can call or talk to about my check .. I contacted the man I was working for numerous of times he won't answer my calls but answers my text and says his Ppl for payroll are backed up and to be patient but I think waiting this long I was patient and still no check . I even called the coprate and they tell me who ever I worked for needs to pay me cause they have nothing to do with that !! Bs
