They have continually contacted me about a debt that is owed by a company that has dissolved. I have tried to explain that the company no longer exists and to stop calling by word and by certified letter. Now they are faxing me. Their "professionalism", according to their website, is not true. I have reported them to the ftc and this website. What can I do. They are relentless. If they could listen and not threaten me or I assume others, then I believe they would stop. I was also told that a private investigator would call me and schedule a time to come by and make an inventory of any assets. I asked if they needed a search warrant and they said no.
