Stored closed AFTER taking my order. No refund given

Stored closed the middle of the day, AFTER taking my order. No refund given. They one employee there just kept say her manager was not available, and she had no further information or customer service #

Bad service

Was at Trinity Parkway manager tried helping me after he told m RX to wait and there were no other customers. I ordered 2 large açaí drinks gave him my $10 gift card and he says I owe $12. The price is listed at $10 and he said he didnt change the price but I owe that. I Said no I owe whats listed and he said no you owe $12 and I should have only owed $20. I was so upset he redeemed my gift card for $10 and I was so upset I just left and told him hes full of it. Shoddy service and NO discounts

Good morning. I have been a loyal Jamba Juice customer for years, even purchasing 4 reusable cups for our orders. However, it has recently been extremely difficult to have your employees utilize the chips when ordering, and more often than not, refusing to give the 10% discount for the cups. Even today, at the store at 2027 First Ave, #2B in Chico Ca. (9:20am, server Ray E) I ordered a Lg Aloha Pineapple, with my green cup. He didn't give the discount, and handed me the purchase in a Jamba Juice cup, saying it was up to me to transfer it into MY reusable cup. This is becoming a repeating theme, and makes me question why I purchased the 4 cups in the first place. ALL members of my family have faced the same problem. Is there any way to fix the problem... or should WE just not patronage your business, because 2-3 drinks a week, times 4, can equal to quite a lot of revenue from us alone. We ALL have our favorite drinks, and my Wife particularly enjoys the Wheatgrass shots, but the sole purpose of the cups was to enjoy your business just a little cheaper in today's society. Obviously Big fat complaint

But i'm noticing theres sooooo much bad complaints . . . I'm only realizing it's pointless to even share my story, . . . For what I'm CLEARLY SEEING THE JAMBA JUICE OWNERS AND THERE WELL PAYED FELLAS DON'T SEEM TO GIVE A DAMN TO EVEN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! . . . . Well hey Donald Trump should've been in prison several yrs ago and he clearly laughing off enjoy being reinstated, soooo it's only fitting everything is going to crap. Jamba Juice making so much $$$$$out of us not giving a *** Am I right? yes ? No? *** maybe ? for those rather not answer from Jamba not caring at all.

Issue with order ing with app

My issue was not resolved. I cant order using the app but can in person. I always receive an error message that the order changed. I tried calling and no one can assist me

Bogo cards... 2/6 code used

Tried to enter a bogo card code to app and got error that it's already been used... tried second -same. Pretty infuriating

Fundraiser card

While trying to redeem my fundraiser card ,which DOES NOT indicate an Expiration Date, it was not honored because it was Issued by the 2015 JAMBA JUICE COMPANY. The NEW Jamba store just opened in Fallbrook, California DISHONORED it. Oceanside, California stores still do. Hmm?

Bogo cards

I purchased Bogo cards and they have expired in the state of California gift cards. Bogo cards do not expire, so I am out 10 Bogo cards not a very happy customer.

Can't log in. Won't give me a code through my email I have tried over and over again and I can't get a confirmation email

I’m a senior with breast cancer unable to eat due to not having appetite. My doctor said buy Jamba with whey protein. Everyday I do that I asked team member for discount he said no!

He didnt even budge and say give her discount. Discounts offered on items I dont buy. Please let team member approve discounts. Everyday Jamba is $7.19!

Order online wrong store

I order online but did not change the store location. Tried to cancel or change and the website has a phone number that is not longer in service. The number for the store is not working either. Customer get no chance to speak to anyone and now my order is sitting in the wrong store over 50 moles from me.

Rewards

Everytime I go to the Fontana location their system is never working. They can not give rewards or redeem them. When I scan the receipt on the app it never works.

Wrong order

ordered smoothie& pretzel. it didnt have my requested substitutes so it was not enjoyable, wrong pretzel. I do not eat cheese. Missing items. MAD! I am pregnant hungry and spent nearly the last of my money to feel better. So not cool.

It was very uncomfortable and not sanitized pissed customer

I ordered a drink and immediately started to feel sick *** no one wore gloves washed they had to serve drink I feel really sick and I am a very pissed customer because I love Jamba Juice but I will no longer be ordering because the drink seam to have made my throat hurt immediately Im very pissed gots to do better when working at a restaurant or any kind of place that serve drinks hands should be washed theres no hand sanitizer I mean the place is a total mess and I would like to talk to someone

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mosess service was terrible. He admitted to not paying attention to which customer was first, made internet orders priority over the live customers standing in front of him. After taking my one order, it took him 23:22 minutes to complete my one smoothies. Upon asking him why did it take so long, he said there were orders online beforehand. But Im a walk-in customer. He just stared at me blank with no answer. I asked his co worker why all the attitude yet no service, co worker said nothing and kept doing the online orders. Finally Moses made the smoothie and just handed it to me saying nothing. After 23 minutes. Insane!

Rude employee

Very rude, unprofessional staff member by name GIO. I placed the order for two Acai Super Antioxidant he changed it to two Orange C-Booster. I told him right away that's not what I ordered he started arguing with me that I don't know what I ordered and he made two Orange C Smoothies which were not smoothies of my choice. I didn't want further arguments with this rude young men I've got the smoothies but it was not what I really want it and what I ordered. I'll avoid this place in the future after this very unpleasant situation for me.
