Terrible customer service! NEVER answers her phone, only responds to texts (sometimes weeks later), wants payment up front and is not provide photos for another 9 weeks! Talks negatively about her other clients in front of you. Has lame excuses that are lies ie. Mother had open heart surgery couldn't talk (later found out was lie)... The list goes on and on. I would never use her again or recommend anyone to her.

Newborn Photoshoot - no photos for months - chronic liar
Took over 3 months just to get the newborn photoshoot from the photographer Jennifer Mooney Reed. She was a no show at our house on 2 occasions. She insisted that the proofs be reviewed in person rather than online. She also made up ridiculous lies about her no shows. I know they were lies because one occasion when I tried to callto find out why she wasn't at my house for the meeting, an hour later via text she said she was at the hospital for a serious "issue". But 5 minutes after my call to her I got butt redial from her number and could hear her children screaming and playing in the background. 2nd time she was a no show she said she didn't remember setting up my appointment because when I called she was on Ambien. It took 6 weeks before we could get a hold of her just to set up a time for this proofing meeting. She never answered her phone. Multiple times tried to Facebook message her and email her. She had a prop she was supposed to Photoshop in for us (a family heirloom). I left it with her to Photoshop. It was never done and it took about 5 weeks to get that returned. I had to go over there to retrieve it. I absolutely do not trust her to do any future work for me. The point of a newborn session is for birthing announcements. It was pointless for me to send them out since my baby was over the age of 3 months by the time I received my photos. I even tried to get her to email me just 1(!) photo so I could at least send something out as an announcement. I'm really disappointed. After my experience having to hound her down for our photos (which by the way was $350 for that package) I would not give her another shot. She ruined my opportunity as a mom where I could announce to the world my new, precious baby.

I hired this photographer to take pics of my family. When she was "done", she posted about 95 pics on FB - the majority of which were things like scenery, macros of flowers, etc. Nice enough but, not really what we'd hired her to do. Maybe 5 total usable shots of the family. She acknowledges she took LOTS more but, she says she only gives us those she considers the best & refused to even let us SEE the others. This wasn't our agreement & it wasn't described that way in the contract. In addition, almost 8 weeks AFTER she said the pics were done, we still hadn't rec'd the CD of images. Multiple excuses & promises to resend but, CD never arrived & she would never provide a tracking #. Ultimately, we had to make arrangements to go in person & get the CD. The few usable family photos we rec'd are nice enough but, we paid WAY too much to end up with so few. Overall, very unprofessional behavior.
