Unauthorized changes

Account problems

My email was deleted by Google. I thought I switched it over as when I log into it I used my new email but for some reason when I try to manage my account or link them it's asking for the old deleted account which obviously can't be accessed as it is deleted? What should I do? I mean my account is fine rn but, what if something happens? With how companies are dealing with deletions this is big concern considering how much money I've dumped into his game, over 2k money. Would love to keep playing but it's not a safe game to play now with how they manage the accounts.

Hi Jagex,I am the owner of ongjian(ongjian which is the user name) and battex email log in ongjian30@***.com,my ongjian according was recently unbanned from a permanent ban due to major botting,according to what I remember,my acc was locked and banned after I did a dung large floor wif some other random peeps in a 5 man group, banned at around June 2014 after I finished tat large dung floor,and I received a msg I am given a last chance to play my this ongjian account,however my recovery email seems to be changed after my account got unbanned and reopen to me and the recovery email to my ongjian acc seems to have been changed to tomjackson1990@***.com, however,The acc was banned and I could not have made e change,also adding did not made e change so can I cancel e change and revert it back to my recovery account I think it was djw1997@***.com or yahhoo@***.sg,and also it is linked to my facebook yahhoo@***.sg Blinx ong,at the time of banned it was Daniel ong,also registered in classic rs and and my account all skills was above 70s including the last updated skill Divination so only hv Archaeology n invention which is released while my acc was banned,thus could I appeal to change my recovery email back as I have not changed it and regain access to the account, I have send 10+ recovery form to try to recover my ongjian30@***.com account, and battex acc too(which I manage to get my account as I have access to my recovery email), but my ongjian account could not even after 10+recovery form request put up, apparently also stated that u guys cannot change recovery email due to security,can u guys change my ongjian user ID account recovery email back to the old djw1997@***.com recovery email.Plz reply me @ongjian30@***.com and help me unlock my account, it was nearly less than a year to 5 yr cape

Account recovery

I created an account but stopped playing for a couple of years. When I tried to start playing again my account had been hacked and someone else is playing it. Now all the recovery information that I had put down when I created it is no longer accurate? Thats what Im getting in return from JAGEX everything is through emails.. no actual conversation with a person. So now the account I played for several years is in someone elses hands that didnt earn any of whats in the account

Hello my account email royss@***.nl nickname appelboer suddenly got permanent ban. I make an appeal till today i still have no reaction. Im 31 years old and live with depression for 10 months so rs my pure account appelboer became my work joy and drive. Unforntally i got banned i have never used a bot only i coud think about my brother used a auto click for 1 hour not had no experience gained. He had warning on his own account so i dont understand still why im geting a perm ban i accept a temp ban hoping i get a warning. I tryed to make contact with a second ticket and true live chat. Saddly im tooking in therapy again cause i coudnt handle with this and the people living around me are scared i will fall deep down again or hurt my self. Im really working hard on my pygisch and i hope i can work hard again on my proud account appelboer ive play 15 hours a day sometimes 20 hours with breaks cause i cant sleep off the medicines. I really need my account back to get my positive vibes back again i will accept annything to show u guys im good person i can send documents of evyrthing u need i even open to travel with my pc to your office im down for anny corperetion but please help me out i cant handle the stress from this. Let me enjoy runescape with my hard worked account im so proud off this really punished me hard. I deserve to get back into this.
