UPDATE: Need Warranty Service

Yolanda from Jacuzzi followed up with me thanks to pissedconsumer! Seems that it is NOT a Jacuzzi issue but Leslies Pools, Leslies pays Jacuzzi to put Jacuzzi's name on Leslies' Pool Heat pumps. Yolanda contacted Leslies multiple times and finally got someone from Leslies to follow up with me. Mara from Leslies finally got me an appointment with a Service Tech to repair our heat pump, May 24th. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD!!! WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LESLIES POOLS IN THE FUTURE. Bought a Jacuzzi Pool Heat Pump less than 2 years ago and it has a 7 year warranty. Stopped working halfway thru the summer in 2022. Made DOZENS (no exaggeration) of calls to the 800# for service and I either get the runaround or lied to. Made yet another call this year (over a week ago) and no response from Jacuzzi. I've saved all my calls to your warranty service number in the event I decide to litigate this. Please do the ethical and right thing by honoring your warranty and fixing our unit.

Resolved: Bought a Jacuzzi pool heater in 2021 with a 7 year warranty. Heater stopped working last year and I have made DOZENS of phone calls for service with no results.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Leslies/Jacuzzi found a service tech for me.

Tech immediately knew what was wrong. Capacitor for the condenser, $25 part with a 10 minute fix.

They could have resolved this last year. Will never buy from Leslies pools again.

Turns out the issue was with Leslies Pools. Leslies PAYS Jacuzzi to put the Jacuzzi name on Leslies heaters.

The Jacuzzi rep reached out to me AND the Leslies rep. They FINALLY found a tech to service it.

$25 part and a 10 minute fix. If Leslies had taken care of this...

After an ungodly amount of time waiting to speak to someone, I keep getting the runaround from the CS rep, They say they will have a service tech call me but no one ever does. I have saved all the calls I made in order to take this to litigation if need be. CS rep LIES and says a service tech attempted to call me but no one has. What good is a 7 year warranty if they REFUSE to service their products? Might as well be a lifetime warranty...They just IGNORE THE CONSUMER!!!DO

Can’t get thru and now can’t use my walk-in tub.

Cant get thru to your customer service people and now cant use my very expensive walk in tub because it leaks

No response

Customer service designated for the Montgomery county is very unprofessional as they do not respond to service calls. In the beginning of March 2022 they seem fine and came to service but now Ive called multiple times with a problem and have not responded.

Replacement cover issue-distributor issue

Called to purchase replacement cover with local distributor. Talked four different times and even ordered the replacement cover with credit card on file-said it would be four weeks out. The third week placed call to see if by chance it might have come in early- was told by the replacement (Amber) that she had no record of sale / or even taking our call to her four different times -no replacement has been documented. We are back to square one with the same company and even the same sales person. How do we get a replacement for our Jacuzzi J-325 cover that we would like to purchase and be able to use our Jacuzzi again? We are retired and suffer from not being able to close it after use so we do not use it. Help! The distributor is St Louis Park Jacuzzi in Minnesota. Sandy Sproat 651-332-**** carpgf@***.com

Can't get diverter valve

They gave me dealers and company that sells parts but I have not resolved my issue and I remain an even more pissed off person. The dealer here in Albany New York is useless. I have a $16,000 hot tub I cant use!!!

Customer service

Before you begin please read the plethora of negative reviews for Wellness Shop Jacuzzi Burlington. They are very responsive and attentive for a possible sale but once the sale is complete their customer service is nonexistent.. ZERO. We were to receive our 19 swim spa today june 28, 2022 in preparation for family and friends for the Canada Day July 1 weekend. Today they inform me (by spam email (which I did not receive), not a phone call) that the unit was damaged and wont be delivered until next week. Gone are the potential memories for this long weekend. NEVER TO BE OBTAINED.EVER! What is most upsetting is still the terrible customer service provided by this store. They are not fit to represent your product!!!

No customer service to speak of

Paid $600 for smart tub system and $13000 for the spa and neither has performed as they should even after 7 visits by jacuzzi repair techs, also parts are never available and you can not reach anyone at jacuzzi to figure out a solution to our issues because apparently they do not exist.

I waited a long time to talk to the first person 20 min, recieved another phone number, and this person new nothing. A total was of my time!

Needed part for Jacuzzi Sand Filter

I was very unhappy with Jacuzzi customer service.. After 45 minutes of being on the phone with a representative she was absolutely of no help and in the end she told me to google a part in which I did and it was completely the wrong thing.. Thank you to the gentleman at Leslies that helped me and understood everything

Shocking website and contact.

All I am trying to do is find a price for a jacuzzi shower cabin. No way of doing that online as far as I can see Im getting extremely frustrated. Have had one before and would like another The only online contact is if you already have a product of theirs.

No one cares anymore

ill make it simple if u buy a hot tub from them and need any help your in trouble don't buy jacuzzi took a year of me begging for the tub it was hap hazardly installed dealer knows there arent multiple dealers terrible work ethics no calls back no service techs no parts are they in business I would like to return my tub asap

Warranty

We purchased a new Jacuzzi J210 hot tub. We love it. However shortly after it was installed it began leaking. It was diagnosed as the filter. The tech came twice and sealed it and the leak stopped. Then a few months ago the heat sensor failed and had to be replaced. The tech installed a new heat sensor. Then about a month ago the heater stopped working. We called our dealer for service. It took a while to have the tech visit due to staff shortages from COVID but when he came he said we needed a new heater. He then told ne that we were about a month out of warranty and that we had to pay. I asked if there was any help with the cost because if the previously stated issues and he said no. He also informed us that there are parts shortages and that it could take a while to get the parts. So I Googled Jacuzzi and your number came up. I called Jacuzzi and asked if we could have some help with the cost of this repair. I spoke with someone who said that she has to ask management and get back to me. No one got back to me. Subsequently I have telephoned three more times in the past few weeks and have spoken with the same person and received the same answer each time. As of now, no one has gotten back to me !!!
