Finish sentiment on a card and deletes

twice When i go to send my card the sentiment that i write with much thought it is erased and no way to reinstate my words to some one I hope it is saved and backed up somewhere before you delete! Please help me find that note before your website deleted This is terrible especially the time to put into a cherished friends or family member I paid for this truamatic experience It cost me much time Your complaint department is the same doesnt send code in time to verify complaint Gives 1 minute after code is sent but it doesnt come on time from the 5 mins What kind of business would allow this to happen? My card receivers complain of the same so youre losing customers too! Please let me know if your have my original sentiment for my *** Notecard! Bonnie

Unable to send any card to anyone

I recently registered and signed for two years. So far have been unable to log in and connect to the site on any device, mobile, iPad or laptop. I have even had an email asking why I havent sent a card and used the service. That is the reason I cant get onto the site. It just says unable to connect try again. Please help.

They took money from my bank account without permission

I did not sign anything for automatically renewing my subscription, yet they took money out of my account with no notice. Now I can't send any cards because their site suddenly doesn't like my password. They won't fix it, so this is fraud in 2 different ways.

Subscribed three days ago, now not sending cards.

Subscribed to send examination congratulations, cards not sent. You only get one day to do this properly. Ive now failed.

There is NO customer service at Jacquie Lawson.

You would think that if email was the ONLY option, JL would respond back. Not the case. My emails NEVER get answered. I'm just trying to help them with a problem I found, but NO ONE even bothers to respond. This will be my last subscription.

Impossible to connect to my account /no reply to my mails

I contacted you by mail the 14/7 and again last week as Ive been trying to send cards for various birthdays and anniversaries and not been able to log into my account. VERY disappointed as a month later, I have still had NO REPLY from you and I have had to buy & post paper cards for important birthdays and use other e.card sites for others. After numerous years of subscription, your lack of reaction is very disappointing. I hope you can correct this problem more rapidly than your reply. Cordially

A complaint

This is actually a request. When you offer the chance to review the card, please print the wording chosen so that it is visible. It is far to small and therefore useless to me. Kindly change the size of the font!!

My card is not going through…it reverts back...

My card is not going through…it reverts back after I press send/share. I’ve been using your cards for sometime but this is very frustrating and I will have to discontinue the service if my cards continue not to go through! Susan Goldstein

Sunday 23 July I renewed my membership for one year but two payments have been taken from my account. Ref no is 54294****.tryed sending messages on their helpline but got mo reply they say they should contact you within 24 hours had nothing

Locked out, no explanations

I have been a member of Jacquie Lawson Ecards for years. I renewed my membership in Dec2022 for 2 years. This month, I tried to send a card but could not log in. As instructed, I sent an email but have had no response. If they went out of business, they owe it to their customers to either reply & refund their fees.

Please help! This afternoon after trying for an hour, I got on to send a card.

Double payment, etc.

On Mother's Day, I sent the Summer Garden to my wife, mother-in-law, and a friend. Two problems: #1. I didn't realize that I had bought the Summer Garden last year for my wife and mother-in-law. May I receive a credit for the $10? #2. My mother-in-law accessed the new Summer Garden and was very unhappy to find that the download overwrote her old Summer Garden and deleted her accumulated points (7000 points, she tells me). How can she reinstate her 7000 points and get back to her original Summer Garden. I'm surprised at how much that has upset her. Thank you. Mark Zacek
