Talking about me

My face was turned upside down and scattered all over my plate, and I handed them the plate and ask them to fix it for me. They asked me to pull up and put I went in. They were talking about me. Ive been a loyal customer of Jacks and Eupora, Mississippi ever sent it, but now I will not spend another penny of my money in that store again this happened about 8:15 in the morning. I did not get a receipt and I will tell everybody I know just had bad they boys to me and they cant really afford to lose any customers because I dont really have any.

I never received my delivery order

I was ripped off for 90 dollars worth of food and can get no help Uber driver picked up order and took it. I have to call corporate whose never there

Order was completely wrong.

I ordered a four piece thighs with green beans and coleslaw. What I got was a one piece breast with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I also ordered a four piece chicken fingers with fries. The fries were at least two hours old and limp.

Terrible service.

The customer service number listed isn't for Jack's restaurants. I got on their website several days ago and left a review and it said someone would contact me within 48 hours. Never happened. So if that's what they think about their customers, that was my last visit.

Complaint on one of your stores

I ordered chicken and I called it in at 4 pm and it was 435 when i got my chicken I waited 30 min for 10 chicken legs I eill not go back to the Jack's in savannah tn

No one has corrected my issie. Very poor customer service. Wii stop app and go to Wendy's Birthdate wrong.on app.

No one has helped me on phone app. Wendy's is now my choice don't buy from Jack's. The public should see what poor customer service your company is

Food was terrible

They ,never answered the phone till today. Instead I got flack from some low classed local saying to "give them a chance". That is the problem here, tget keep giving chances. Inferior leads to acceptance of inferior. Jacks had the worst tasting Fried chicken ive ever tasted, green beans were loaded with salt, and i was supposed to get 1 pint of green beans 1 pint of coleslaw. Instead i got 1 pint of geeen beans in 2 1 pint cups. Biscuits were cold and hard. The hard was because when thw werw being cut the cutter was being twisted.they get a big fat zEro from me from not answering the phone.

Bad servce, didnt get food after more than 15 minutes. Want refund

Waited forever for my order, all the orders on the screen had turned red. Food laying there in the rack not eing packages. Employee running the front was obviously not qualified to run the station. I had to go to work so i had to leave. The guy on the phone said to talk to the manager the next day. I retirned and requested a refund. Was denied. This process of reporting a problem is flawed as well. No phone number for a complaint line. Yall need to get your act together

Greenwood, MS location- Employee had an attitude, rushed me to order, asked me again at the window what I wanted, and STILL got my order wrong.

Terrible customer service

I purchased a meal online for pickup on 6/9 and when I went to the restaurant I was told it was on the other side of town because their pickup and delivery at that restaurant was currently down (website issue). I looked and it did say pickup at another store with no indication that there was an issue at the store by my office. I placed another drive through order where I was and called for days to get a refund since I never picked it up at another store, and it took almost a week to get someone in the phone to tell me it was too late and I just lost that money and if I had done something that morning it would have been different. I work on the other side of town from that store and couldnt get anyone on the phone so how is that my fault??

Discrimination

Stay awaWhen I placed a $20 bill on the counter to pay for an $18.91 order, the black woman clerk demanded that I pick it up and place it in her hand, stating, "I'm tired of this racism you white people show". I stated that I couldn't see anything racist about trying to pay for my order. She said three times that I must pick up the money and lay it in her hand. I told her that I couldn't remember giving her permission to demand anything of me. She blatantly screamed at me that I'd get no food unless I put the money in her hand. I asked for the manager to be called. The manager, also black, refused to come to the counter. Having refused to comply with the woman's demands, I left without any chicken fingers I'd intended to carry to a church reunion. This occurred in Centreville, Alabama on June 11, 2023. I'm considering filing a discrimination lawsuit. It occurred because I'm white and six of the seven employees were black. I knew Jack Caddell personally, and I know he would never have tolerated such behavior.

Attitude and lack of being on time .

Seems to never be prepared, even ordering online with the 10 extra minutes ! Poor Management is the problem.

Refund for a mobile cancelled order

I sent out an order for coffee and they said they'll have it ready by 12:06 and then my order got canceled here's my order number #26bb8a27

Horrible customer service

Waited 35 minutes to get a 3 piece chicken finger meal, no ranch or honey mustard. On top of all of that there was hair in my daughter basket. Employees cant do anything right, going outside talking, takes 3 of them to make one milkshake. Nobody covering the front register, line was going out the front door. 9315 Apison pike ooltewah location. Dont waste your time people, go down the road to Chick-fil-A. Never going back, complete mess and no one knows what is going on.
