Complaints about employees and service in Hempstead tx

Went to drive in and was told to please stand by and employee next came back on speaker and after 5 minutes 2 more people in line so I drove off and your employees were talking and no one in your parking lot or inside. So rude. They need to be fired

Employees tampering with my food

One of the employees bent off of a pickle and put it in my chicken fajita pita sandwich so scared to eat at any restaurant now my husband said they were laughing and giggling when he pulled up. I have sent in another report and I said the order number was 178 correction it was number 78

I went and ordered a breakfast burrito a chicken wrap and loaded tiny tots everything was so thrown together it was disgusting and not even any egg on breakfast burrito and it taste rotton like it has spoiled meat called the store they are denying I bought from them when I got there number off the receipt and called me a liar and hung up on me someone needs to resolve this before I get a layer yes I know it would cost more but it would also be satisfaction for the way I have been treated and the crap they tried to give me maybe I should have it tested just incase ggrrrrr who knows wt they have put in there because wt ever is in there is not there food

Terrible service

On 7/1/23 I went to jack in the box off of hwy 410 and starcrest. As I entered the drive through I was greeted. I asked for a moment to review the menu. As began my order I start with two kids meals. When asked what would I like to drink for the kids meals I reply with juice boxes for both then I continue to order my Combo. When I finish I noticed they didnt ask what drink I would like so I say can I have a large coke with that. The girl replys we out. So then I say ok then can I have a dr. Pepper then. The drive through worker replayed with, we dont have no sodas our machine is broke. So then I ask will the combo be discounted since Im not receiving the full combo she said no so I ask well if you are charging me for a burger fries and a drink what are you giving me to drink. She said we have juice boxes I then decide I will go to another restaurant. I let the girl know to cancel my order and she says ok then I call out on the drive through speaker box excuse me she acknowledges me with yes i reply with I have limited time to get back to work and I have to now drive to a new restaurant I ask she can have the car in front of me pull up after they pay so I may exit the drive through she replys with no they waiting on food . So then I say to her I understand that thats why Im asking if they can pull around the front while they wait for there food allowing me to exit the drive through and leave she said no I cant do that. I explained the two days befor that at the same location after I payed I was told to pull around the front and my order would be walked out. Why was today different. The girl began to ignor me. So I pull around the front to walk in and speak with management. Only to see that at 4:00 pm all doors were locked when then sign clearly says there open. So I nock on the door and a customer siting Im side eating unlocks it for me. When I approached the counter I then was not greeted. I waived someones attention and asked may I speak with your manager. The girl from the drive through replys with our manager is not here today. So then I asked for managements number so I can call them. She takes out her cell phone behind the counter and makes the call her self and says to the manager. Yea hi theres a guy in here all mad cause I wouldnt let him out of the drive though after he didnt want to buy food. I was shocked that she was blaming me the Customer. She gets off the phone and says my manager said you can call the store Tommorow but she is going to tell you the same thing . So I told her I will just contact your corporate offices then. I am extremely upset with the way I was treated and I feel our city needs to be aware of disrespectful environments like this location. It is a shame the the company has managers that hire these kind of employees that think it will help a business grow. I hope this reaches some one with my same concern

Bad service

I ordered # 11 got number #7 and ordered 2 tacos so it should of been 4 got only 2 tacos and he said take my time because he gets paid by the hour so I asked him how much 17$ hour, so I came home with the food it was wrong and as I drove a wet he said stay healthy his name is James at jack n the box #19 my kids was crying because we had to cut the taco in half

App ordering error caused duplicate order

I was ordering, as usual, from the app, which can be very glitchy at times, and when I was going to check out, I was kicked out of the app. I go back in to finalize the order, then get the actual confirmation screen (which I did not at the first attempt), and went to pick up my order. These goofy goobers told me "here's your two orders," I'm telling them I only ordered ONE, why the heck would I do two separate orders of the exact same stuff? Well, the girl at the window es nice, stating that the app has had issues but there's nothing they can do about it in the restaurant, and BEHIND her, the lady in charge is saying aggressively that she already cooked the food and can't take it back and that I need to take it. I told them no, I can refuse this duplicate order and then you can just issue me a refund and do what you want with the extra food, I don't need that much food. They insisted that I take it, the older lady (in charge) was still being very aggressive and saying that it was MY error, that I should have called the restaurant, to which I replied, "I had no way of knowing that the app made a duplicate order, so how is this my damn fault?" So anyway, I've been charged $21.82, TWICE, and I cannot believe somebody would be so dense and not realize that it was a duplicate... like why? And I'm sure there would have been something they could have done on their end to ensure that I wouldn't be charged for extra food that I did not mean to order. Anyway, I sent a customer service request, because these heffers pretty much told me that I can only resolve it through the app, and I've been double charged, and nobody has even called back to get my story. I'm pissed, I will not go back and that sucks cuz I have Hella rewards points and they're right across the street from me. I'll pay extra for Wingstop delivery until you guys do right by me. Invalid code, 2 days old. Purchased on the 6th and today is the eighth so that should still work. Also poor food experience.

Though we bought our food on the 6th, our 14 digit number was declared invalid. The receipt was readable, so I don't know why. After giving even my SS#, I was unable to reach anyone and told to call back on Monday. That will make my receipt 4 days old and so actually invalid. My wife ordered a Supreme Croissant and her bacon was so tough that my wife could not chewed it up. All in all, a bad experience! PS: Seems like a lot of effort to report a bad validation and a bad experience. If I was being paid WA. state minimum wage you would owe me almost $20 already. I am thinking you do this to discourage negative reviews. Maybe not, but I am disgusted with the run around already.

Complaint about manager

I went in to ask why I had to pull in front of the store with nobody behind me. The manager said it was because of their timer. Just because my meal had to be made to order I have to move so their timer is not affected. He then told me I do not need to come back. I told him he was a horrible manager. He intended to flip me off. This was Jack in the Box on Flamingo #7201. I feel like I was disrespected.

Product non stock/existing

Visited drive thru 2:23pm on 7/3 and ordered 2 snoop dogg munchy meals. The gentleman rang it and I paid. The meals were delivered to my window and they were a disaster. Food and sauce all over the place. The kids tore into them and no "special" air fresheners. I asked and the girl at window said "We Don't have Those," well it IS advertised with it!!! I paid full price. She snippy said sorry and closed the window. I had to pretty much knock on window to tell her she forgot to give us the drinks to the meals. She rolled her eyes and handed them over...which they were right there! I'm tried of paying for items not recieved at Jack in the box. ALMOST EVERY TIME I GO IM MISSING ITEMS.

Closed Lobby at 9 PM or maybe before

The lobby hours state that they close at 10 PM. I work at Albertsons in the same shopping mall. I have a picture of myself Im dress professionally I have diamond jewelry and some gold jewelry I and lots of make up but I am black I dont know if thats relevant to this or not. I came over here to go inside to the lobby and the lobby was closed at 9 PM when I arrived I tried to tell them about the hours on the door and the lady thats the manager I dont think she even speaks English the other guy thats working there came out to tell me that his manager close the lobby and I said no thats illegal you have to have an open is till 10 its on the door 10 PM is on the door and he said I dont know thats what my manager said and they were ignoring me. In no way shape or form you can pull the video its exact

Bad service at imperial mo. Need to speak to someone

Went their to pick up order they did not get it so went to phone to do it again discount went through got to place order would not put it through.so I ask if she could give discount she said no way to do it I had to full price . The she ring it up again it was cheaper she said maybe cause shipping .ask to speak to manager waited 20 min she was making tacos my food was getting cold. I left had to go back to get drinks . Very bad experience .

Filthy restaurant

I actually wanted to go to carls jr but because I was on a time frame we came here. The place was a disaster. Every seat,table floor and chair filthy. The cashier was nice. You can tell she was exhausted but she kept her professionalism and took our order. This in my opinion is poor management. Not the employees. No direction or control on the establishment. No one should sit in a dirty restaurant. My jumbo jack was luke warm when my husband brought it. Bun was not soft and meat like it passed its time. This isn't the 1st or 10th Jack in the box they are filthy and short staffed. We cleaned our own table and when we asked for sanitizer the said they are cleaning them with napkins. I told her that was unsanitary and we must have sanitizer,then she found a sanitized dinner napkin in a bucket. So where is the control and direction of this company? I have worked in many busy restaurants. I have managed 20 to 30 employees and been short to a skeletal staff and yet was able to control a clean restaurant. It's a choice and they choose to not check up on their restaurants. Also because they failed to clean their restaurant they packed all orders togo. I'm just very disappointed in Jack in the box. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean don't have atleast decent standards.

Raw food bad customer service

The Jack-in-the-Box box number 3911 on five 2823 their phone number 281-489-**** for the second time I had visited the first time it was awful. The old lady was and I say that with respect was just out of it. My food was cold. The customer service is disgusting. What what do you need? What really do you really want that, then the presentation of the food was just disgustingly sloppy I threw it away, so I try it one more time simply for convenience reasons and I have a corporate meeting. The food is raw. The bacon is raw. Theres 5 pounds of grease at the bottom of my plate, it stinks the food literally stinks. I smelt it before I even opened it , I asked for a coffee and ice coffee. She gave me this little bitty thing with potential to be iced coffee. I said, maam, I would like to have a large as she completed the rest of my order when I got to the window because she didnt obviously know what I said at the drive I dont know . She said she didnt have any more to make a large. I said excuse me, mask me to your manager this is the same lady it happened twice I tried I tried did I try not to make a complaint but when your food comes out like that and of course Im very picky or I add things and they charge you for Everything Ive spent over $25-$30 just for two days simply getting the things that I like or thought I would your establishment is so disgusting there I would never ever send an enemy there or a starving person to that place. Your food was stinking. I know that its not you as a whole because I quite enjoy Jack-in-the-Box is food and go often but that location needs help . They need management guidance they need a food cooker. She dug her hands in the ice to get my ice for a coffee gave me a dome lid thats wide open at the top. I had asked for silverware and napkins. It just is nasty and Ill never get my money back. Ill never get anything back second day. Im throwing my food in the trash please respond it is disgusting. Theyre like the health department should be there. Im sorry I dont mean to be ugly and I dont need to be rude but I tried and the second time is just as gross I have pictures I wish I could send them to you.

Refund on order I never received

So I ordered on the app Saturday 4.22.23 ar 12.44 am and was supposed ne to delivered at 1.22 am bit I never received my order and then I finally got a email saying the driver canceled my order which would of been on but I never received my refund and the store number just rings and no one answers so I would like a refund back if possible
