Missing parts!

Been waiting on my parts for hella!! Called to find out where they were and low and behold they forgot to hit the submit button!! But no worries they hooked me up and didnt even charge me! I tip my hat to u ! I believe they went above and beyond and made things good! Good job guys! 5 ***** for who ever took my call today!

Tires

I have gotten a lot of tires from you guys and parts had stuff shipped to Las Vegas at my other address and had stuff shipped here I asked him about a price on a tire he said there be no discount I told them I can buy it from the dealership here in town for cheaper than that and he says go ahead and buy it somewhere else

My wiring harness is bad one wire is not hot

The brown wire in the wiring harness is hot going in the relay but coming out of the relay is dead all other wires are hot

I want a forever trike that is not crazy but will allow me to pass vehicles without down shifting and both guys that I spoke to were greatly appreciated one was at the Daytona store and Don at the 800

Product is really good But the technicians from the manufacture needs to know their product better

Manufactures technicians really need to know what it will fit on a certain year of bike and that was a problem cant fit a peg in a square hole

Poor return

Wrong part sent , to many ropes to jump thru to return.go to bike dealer to get correct partto many probles with ording on line

Problem with gas tank

I ordered a gas tank from you sept 10, and after painting it realized that the petcock is on the wrong side. When i ordered it , it said it fit my bike. 1996 sportster xl1200c Your part number is 720****. The order number is W576****. Im wondering if this can be exchanged, for one that the petcock is on the correct side.

Missing a tire

after receiving 3 out of 4 tires that took too long to ship in the first place, I called and was told that the tire would be shipped out THAT DAY 7/20. Not true, it wasn't shipped until 7/22?! Here it is 7/27 and still no tire? maybe it's in the driveway when I get home. Not satisfied or impressed

Poor quality products

J&P motorcycle supply, in Anamosa Iowa has on two seperate occasions sent me poor quality products. Once carburator parts that did not fit, and they refused to accept them back advising that they only accept return on products parts in their original packaging. The second situation involved a motorcycle battery, which cost over $100 lasted about one year, and again they did not stand behind the product. Upon contacting them they advised they would sell me another battery, and ship it free. They are not interested in service nor quality. Poor quality and poor service should be their slogan.
