Cancel subscription

I have never asked for a paid subscription to IWinn games. An amount of $22.41 AUD is taken from my account each month. I wish to cancel immediately. Please refund the amounts I have paid.

Can't get anyone to answer why I'm being charged for games I didn't order

It is impossible to get to to talk to anyone. Called the number given and it was answered and immediately disconnected. Very frustrating

I purchased a game on i win and was charged twice and the game never loaded tried to get a refund and nothing The credit card it was on siad it was charged twice the game never loaded said unable to load game

I agree with the cost being high

They take 14.99 out of my acct. every month but in return I get 2 free games from it. It does not expire so I have time to pick out if I find one

Unsubscribe

I tried 6 different phone numbers, most were not in service. The 2 where I got humans transferred me 2 times before I was hung up on, both times. I called AMEX, they put a block on any future charges that IWIN might try to make to my account.

Still not resolved, plus they’ve tried taking another $14.99 out of my account, even though I deleted the website off my computer. I can’t get this back until it’s been posted.

I done paid for a full month of play, now the game manager wont load saying virus is attached. So my virus protection blocked it.
