Spent 450 dollars and now have nothing on computer
called the house saying my wife's computer was sending alerts to them that system was infected gave them a check number over the phone call yesterday and wanted more money and couldn't get on now we are out 450 dollars and no working computer we got scam who do we complain to and how do I stop them from calling my home and harassing us for more money they work on her computer for 3 hours I hope this doesn't affect are personal accounts who should we call to help us with this problem we use the computer for online shopping do we have to watch our accounts
