Storage unit 421 Billerica Ma

I empty my unit on 7/22/23 I thoughtthat was my date for billing, but, it was taken out on 7/21/23 please give me a call (561)722-**** as I Im due a credit minus a few days..

Payment

I recommend you keep all your receipts and paper trail of emails. My sons rental was 46.00, was offered a free month because the old manager is not there his unit bill is bigger and when asked the right amount different amounts were thrown at him. Keep your receipts. They are so unprofessional. I have already reached out to Better Business Bureau.

Horrid customer service.

Ive been trying to pay my bill for a week to no avail with nobody answering the phone. Its absolutely ridiculous. Ive texted the chat. Ive found like 4 different numbers and they all lead to the same prompt. Im beyond pissed at this point.

Need to talkto corporate

My belongings were destroyed in a storage unit in lamarque Texas I contact the manager who is Kelly now was very rude and unprofessional and didn't show any concerns with my belongings being destroyed I've been an istorage customer for 6 years and I never not once experience this type of tree behavior from a manager very poor customer service skills.

You have an employee smoking marijuana at work every day on the property?

Report an employee of doing drugs at work on property. Her name is Stephanie Silcox. She runs the Franklin Tennessee store. She also leaves work early. All the time takes her work phone with her to the bar, which is where she clocks out from work

I was upset I received a bill showing a late fee. There was no record of me calling prior to my due date to make a payment. I was told nothing was due. I wasnt able to make a payment, then I received a late fee. After talking to the customer service representative, she took care of my problem.

I worked at the Ft walton beach location and need to get my i-9, how should i go about that? Water damage and flooding, insurance claim, stolen items

PERSONAL ITEMS STOLEN!! LEAKS IN UNIT TOOF WHICH CAUSED SEVERE WATER DAMAGE!! NO CAMERAS AT 6th AVENUE SW BIRMINGHAM AL. LUCKILY FOR ME THE TIRE SHOP ACROSS THE STEET HAS CAMERAS AND also THE BUSINESS NEXT DOOR TO THE FACILITY HAS CAMERAS. So DOES SHELL GAS STATION

Problem with property manager

We might have lost our storage unit memorabile items and all our important stuff due to noone answering or calling us back or noone being in the location we are stored at and now I'm very upset that noone responded to our voicemail online number and in store number. I lost everything I've worked for the last 10 years.

Security issues

My unit was open, and my inventory is missing. I placed my store inventory at this location... thinking that it would be safer than having it in my apartment. But, that's not the case!

Service is questionable

Recently, my locker was tampered with and someone help themselves to my storage. I need to speak with corporate management.i filled a Police Report in the City of Chamblee. Also, I have a case number from that report. I know that I am being stalked by someone that works in the building. I will write Corporate about this matter.

Extra fee’s regarding late fee and auction fee

I received a phone call from one of the managers/staff member regarding a past due bill of $238 on 10/28/22, and was told I had to pay Novembers bill of $209 no later than 11/04/22. I asked the staff worker if I could just pay a total of $447, on 11/3/22, which he agreed and told me he would put a note in their system. I called on 11/3/22 to pay the bill, but the manager told me I now owed $568, due to another auction fee, and she said he made a mistake, and I had to pay the $568 to avoid losing my storage and would go to auction. This is not fair, I had told the man that I had just paid a total of $670 the previous month, and I was frustrated with the extra fees. He should have told me I would be charged the extra $121 , and I would have paid sooner, and he is a nice and honest guy who has been working their for over a year. I was told from management that they will try to offer me a refund/credit for next months rent, we will see.

No response from cancellation and refund request, case no. NBSD42444

On 10/8, I made an online reservation for an exterior unit (#006), move in date 10/19, at your location #8114 at 4456 N Braeswood, Houston, TX 77096. Because of a personal emergency, I needed to cancel the reservation, so I went by the location, but a notice had been posted that there was no longer a manager there. I sent an email to the address listed on the notice, but received no reply. I then called Customer Service to (1) cancel the auto-pay, (2) cancel the reservation, and (3) request a refund of the first month's rent of $269. I did not ask for a refund of the admin or insurance costs. I was given the case number listed above, and told I would have a reply within 72 hours. I have yet to hear anything.

I keep getting the run around with no answers and keep getting rerouted. I want to know where is my refund.
