Fraud
ISPG with their all teams are the world biggest criminals. They just approach you with a dozen of fake documents and some templates and showcase their projects to gain your trust. Once you came in their cage than completely lost your mind of getting back your money. Beware of this fraudster and tried to raise to your voice to get them banned in India.

Extreme level of Fraud
I paid them $35K for Mobile Application and signed 100 working days deliverable contract. In month or later i got their Mastermind Thief email with excuse and change in their modules and licensing. They requested me to pay me extra $15K for Mobile app otherwise we won't be able to deliver you the application. I asked them to refund me. Where they said according to our contract there is no refund bla bla bla completely devastating. Anyhow i got wire frame design which was just a mockery and doc file with working man hours. I warn everyone to beware of this fraudulent company. Once you paid you will never get back your money. Even if they delivered you a product that will be full of bugs and completely waste of time.

Hello, I have hired ISPG for one of my e-comm projects and must say that the team was prompt and they were able to solve our ecomm worries and the platform provided by them is stable and working fine. We are happy with their team. I would highly recommend their platform to people looking for a sustainable solution. The team was also good enough to give us a training and walk us through the entire process as well as available for any support required. They also gave us a low down on their other tools such as Proposal management system which we implemented and it has helped us a lot in managing and senidng proposals to our clients.

Salary not paid.
I worked in this company from the beginning to 2017 and resigned when I was not able to run my family because of the salary delay. I worked more than 10 years in this company. Salary delayed too much. At least 3 months delay. Also they deposit salary in part payment and this was caused even bank loan being rejected. I resigned from the company in 2017 and my three months salary was pending when I resigned. I asked for gratuity but hr said they are not giving it to any employees. I kept silent as I know that the financial situation in the company was bad. Some resigned employees did strong action and the company paid to them only. I have been keep on contacting them including the CEO. When I called them they said as per the new company policy they are asked not to reply to emails from resigned employees.

What i do is i keep on searching for the answer and i found some not one sided reviews and satisfied customers like me. I search for the answers because for me, I don’t want my Goal affected be some negative reviews, i need to find out what us true. For me, ISPG is real deal. I know ISPG since years and I am aware of its conducts. I am now confirmed that there are many jealous of this organisation and its functioning. The company takes up projects only from reliable sources and I feel they have made a mistake and associated with low sources. The delivery team is excellent and has been functioning relentlessly to provide excellent projects. It is a shame that people blame the hardworking team and cause ill reputation to the deemed organisation. Hopefully this organisation will carefully associate with decent sources and avoid ill reputation in future. They should deftly choose top clients and improve their reputation.

Total waste of time and money
Simply the product does not work. They scam you into making a large deposit and when they try to test on demo site it fails and then few month later and several meetings with the CEO (KG Sajith) they tell you that the product will only work on the live site. The catch is they will not post onto the live site without you paying the remaining amount and when you do, Good Luck you have been scammed. Never to anser any phone call or email. I am writing this review to ensure that no people are scammed by KG Sajith and loose their life savings. We have lost a lot of money and had to refinance our home to start this venture only to be the victims of this scam.

I paid upfront $18K for Mobile App and got some wireframes for approval the next month. I got a bill to pay $6K more for additional features which was approved in wireframe is not our current platform. I said i got design and approved which was send by you idiots. So finally i received email from their mastermind criminal Mr.KG Sajith fraudster scammer, said that pay more or we won't be able to deliver the product. today i have just designs with me nothing else, wasted my money and time. No law can help you in India, because they want money and than again money. Be careful with this fraudulent company. Worst company ever, Thief, Fraud, Cheat.

Guys we spent almost 70k USD with these idiots..specially their so called CEO who barely speaks english...we realized they have just revamped a cs cart version which even old .. they are typical tech fraudsters who try to milk money by exploiting customer when they realize they are in really need.. - first thing product is copy..they selling at 50-100k where is same cs cart product is available at hardly 1000 $ , so 50 X fraud.. -they exploit on your needs -product doesnt work -so many bugs -no future roadmap - no background team since its not their own product... becareful - and do check refrences from their customers you will get to know what we talking....

Horrendous Experience
We have spent the better part of the last 3 years working with ISPG and their Oorjit platform. Its been a complete disaster. The CEO Sajith is either the most useless manager I have ever encountered or a complete fraud. We have lost so much time and money I don't even know where to begin. The only time they are efficient is when they ask for additional payments. The team is terrible, the communication horrible, they have a ridiculous amount of turnover, their developers barely speak english and have zero common sense when it comes to programming. Everything they do is incredibly buggy. Happy to provide more details to anyone who is contemplating working with them.

Simply a waste of resources and money
I have never dealt with a company that does not care about their reputation. They promise you the world to get you to buy their product and once that is done, you will never hear from them again!!! Even after escalating the issue to the owner(s), and their personal promise that issues will be resolved. Staff still did not do any work and always informed us that they will need clearance from the owner to do the work. When a meeting is scheduled between the owner, the project manager and the client, all sorts of assurances are given. Few weeks later the same issue is addressed and so on - so far for more than 2 years.

I would not even recommend ISPG to my competitors!
We have invested more than USD 38,000 with ISPG and never received a line of code that actually works. Numerous hours and online meetings were spent to no end. The only time the ISPG team was prompt to attend a meeting was when a payment for a milestone was due and once the payment is made never responded to any meeting requests. We are now in the process of seeking legal action. They charge us for customized content and then was added into the next build of the platform later in that same week. A very unethical business. Do not fall a victim of their scam.

I was one of the vicitim by so called ISPG company with oorjith platform , totally scam and fraud i paid them 23k in return got *** work done by them Please pls pls don't be their victim. ISPG is fraud company all of their products are full of error and their response are good till payment, Once pending payment is done than they are completely change and will not respond to any queries as well not responsible to any mistake / error / damage. I request everyone to be aware of this thief company and never ever trust them.
