Such a shame, good products, terrible (read NON-EXISTENT) customer service. Bought a treadmill off these guys a few days ago, good enough product, good enough price and they offered Free Delivery - Result I thought. Turns out the reason they offer Free Delivery it would seem is that they use a Courier who just slings the Box onto a lorry, drives to your house and leaves it on the driveway, claiming its too heavy to lift. Thats right, they leave a 600 (although I reckon if Id spent 1,000 or maybe 5,000 theyd have done the same thing) cardboard box on your driveway in December, in Galway - which for those who are unaware is not a place known for its Sunny and Dry weather at the best of times. There was no attempt to contact me prior to delivery to see if Id be in and to see if I could help the Driver move the box, the first we knew about it, the Courier was driving away from the house without letting us know hed Delivered our package. Do yourself a favour buy from somebody else. My personal recommendation would be McSport or Fitness Equipment Ireland - they deliver your products with care.

Trying to purchase an inversion table
Whenever I input my credit card details it keeps knocking me back to square one and I'm starting again. Very frustrating. So is this nonsense checking my splelllllling. I'll just go somewhere else. A simple buy has now become a hassle

Unreceived package
Ordered a trampoline for over 500 on the 4th of May 2020. December 1st 2020 and no sign of the package whatsoever. A joke of a business never order from them. No customer service, no phone lines, emailing results in an automated email being sent back with no further progress.

Damaged good not replaced
Bought a massage bed and 2 stools from this British company. The stools arrived but no sign of the bed. Eventually after many emails I got the bed which had been damaged by the delivery company. I sent in photos and asked it to be replaced which they said no to. They said they would collect the damaged table but they would not replace it. I asked if they would be refunding the money but they declined to reply so it looks like I have to put up with the damaged bed. They have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I got onto the consumer right people and they basically told me that because I was a company and not an individual consumer that I had no rights, but i could take it to the small claims court.

Brought treadmill arrived broken in 2 places bluetooth connection does not work. Customer service is non-existent. Does not reply to emails. No answer of the phone.

I did receive a reply on 2 June They said they will replace matt on this occasion They asked for no. Of springs Which I sent them so I am now awaiting Delivery!! I As of 13th July absolutely no response Except auto reply from website email Looks like this trampoline is still for sale on website so I dont see why I havent received replacement.

Ripped me off
Ordered a punchbag for 339.99 it had numbers on it for striking combinations. They sent me the wrong one without the numbers which was 40 euro cheaper. I have contacted them but they have just ignored me. They are a crooked company, if only I'd checked for reviews I would not have bought anything from them. Stay clear at all costs. Rip off merchants with no shame.

Ordered trampoline 4 months ago never received. They have ignored numerous emails. I have since applied for a chargeback through my debit card. Do not order from this company
