Hello sir tha is raj kiran sir I have travelled in bangalore rajdhani express on 31 july from hazrat nizammuddin to secunderabad. Sir, I had some issues when I was traveling The pantry (food serving) system was not worked on time they sell tea before breakfast and pantry service they used to sell some of the item before they deliver the food. When some of the passengers had asked about selling in rajdhani they said that, talk to manager he only permit them for sell. They used to off the AC also in between the traveling. Sir request you to desirable action agianst the selling in rajdhani.

Pathetic service- IRCTC
My aunt passed away, so I booked tickets from Ludhiana to Samastipur for whole family(i.e. 6 , but wasn't confirmed after the final charting. So we boarded the train and when the Ticket checker came we decided to pay the penalty charges(i.e. fine) for tickets.We paid RS. 8200/- for 6 tickets but still didn't got any confirmed seats. We had to cover the whole distance without any seats. He charged for all 6 tickets but in vain, had to travel without any seats. Really disappointed with the service provided by indian railways. Worst experience even after spending all that money for getting tickets. Secondly what the heck of food you are serving for passengers and charging 120/- per plate.
