Pathetic CYA for drug industry and doctors

Ridiculous numbers of hoops to jump through repeatedly, even with a non-menstruating child. I'm just typing now because this site requries it...more silliness!

Poor customer service

Unable to resolved my issues. Unable to pick up my refills cause CVS pharmacy program Unable to link with ipledge. They are unable to reverse my prescription causing my son not to have continuity with the prescribed medications

Zero stars is what it deserves.

This is the worst set up for a website and customer line I've ever seen. For over two months , I've been unable to log in and spending hours on the phone trying to talk to a real person has yielded zero results. I'm so frustrated and angry at this point I don't even know what to say or do. There's got to be a better way to do the site. Or better yet do away with it altogether. Because it's stupid and doesn't work. Fix it or stop requiring it !! Ughh

Can't get through and NO medication

I have been on hold for 4 hours. If we don't get through we can't get my daughters medication. There is no way of contacting them on their website!

What an abysmal system

This is what we get when the government tries to be in-charge of a computer system. Privatize this system!!! The idea behind it was good, but the implementation of this is a JOKE. Patients cannot get this medicine because apparently iPLEDGE had to "re-work" the computer system to show that males can get pregnant, UGH! Physicians should be able to counsel patients and approve the medicine without all these ridiculous loopholes! If they are so concerned, make it a triplicate medication!!! Kids will have outgrown their acne by the time the government can figure out how to fix their computer system.

UNABLE TO LOGIN TO SYSTEM

We have been trying for almost a month to get into iPLEDGE with no success. We have been calling everyday including weekends AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH. This is causing severe issues with our patients as we need to certify them in order for them to get their meds. They are very frustrated and some are threatening to sue. We need help in finding a resolution to this situation. Website update

Ipledge botched their update so badly that my daughter's blood test results that were taken Dec 9 th 2021 were only able to be entered into the ipledge website on Jan 4 2022, so that is when ipledge starts the 30 day clock ticking to start on accutane. Now my daughter has to wait another 30 days to start accutane and may have to take it in the summer (not ideal) because it is a 6 month course. The ipledge customer service is abysmal. No email provided to contact and their customer service number is so inundated that they won't even take your call! Absolutely ridiculous that there is no way to get in touch with them! They should shut this program down and find another way to administer this prescription!

Unable to access account and frustrated with lack of response

I am a patient prescribed with ISOtretinoin. I have been unable to update my account and information on the iPLEDGE website and have been experiencing issues for nearly a month. I cannot change my password and my email does not work. I have tried every measure possible and have contacted their only form of communication, the toll number, COUNTLESS times on numerous days at various hours with no response. I was once put on hold for over TWO HOURS with no response (when I called as soon as their contact hours were open), but usually my call is denied altogether. I have left messages through their toll number expressing this issue with no response back. This is very frustrating and I have not received any help or call back or anything. This is very important because I need to access my account in order to get my prescription. iPLEDGE needs to have a better line of communication, as well as several forms of communication, so members can receive help. But first of all, they need to call people back who have already left messages and have tried contacting multiple times, because this is unacceptable.

Irate customer- discrimination for girls no customer service

The phone number does not work -there is No way to reach customer service, the system is junk and prevents GIRLS from getting the medication they need. It's discriminatory. They shouldn't have to do this crap every month, if they pledge abstinence once that should be enough. Taking a pregnancy quiz is not going to prevent a pregnancy. Let's be real!!! Boys don't have to jump these hoops!!! The ipledge program is garbage and the FDA needs to step in and allow a workaround!!

They won’t even answer the phone

Your phone line has been busy the past three days. I need to get my login information. This is beyond ridiculous. Get your stuff together if you are going it be in charge of women who need help. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have now called 323 times in the past three days, and I havent even got to hear the phone ring. Its always we are unavailable call later. RIDICULOUS.

Customer Service # unstaffed for 4 weeks - Never answers

There is a log-in issue for patient and we've called Since Dec 13th and NEVER has the phone been answered morning mid-day night over and over and over and over. The customer service phone # is unstaffed. 866-495-**** never answers so for our a month patient did not receive medicine yet did blood tests with expenses and suffered for no reason due to Pledge un-staffing their phone # and giving no method to have data base field populated with the email address that's needed. TOTAL HORRIBLY INCOMPITANCY. CEO should be FIRED.

Never answered phone in 4weeks to help resolve

Since Dec 13th pledge # all morning/ mid-day and evening has the recording "due to high volume we are unable to answer your call, ....." 1-86*-***-****. They clearly have zero staffed the # and our Dr. office can not access file so we can't receive medication. It's been a month trying to get a hold of a person to add the email address to the field so we can get medicine. It would take 30 seconds to fix and it's been almost 30days and still can't even get them to pick up. Doctor office is trying 6 times a day as well and getting the same recording. THIS IS INSANE INCOMPETENCE!

CANNOT LOG ON

YOU SUCK!!! You give a 7 day window for me to answer my dumb pregnancy questions, and you would think 7 days would be enough for me to log on and answer them, right? NOPE. I only have 1 day left, and I have tried to log on EVERY SINGLE FLIPPING DAY. Can't log in. I have called them 56 times (yup, I've been counting), and no one picks up. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I'm going to have to look like a pepperoni for another month and cancel my derm appointment and redo all my stuff because of the demonstrated incompetence. Whoever's GENIUS idea it was to redesign the system can rot in *** The system didn't need to be gender neutral, nobody gives a *** we just want our medicine. I have called the FDA and am sending bad vibes to iPLEDGE. I hope you never have hot water when you shower, that your pillow is never cold at night, and that you always burn your toast. RIDICULOUS!!! I hope the devil has a special place in *** for you, iPledge, because your future is not looking too bright.

Website won't allow me to login. My daughter is on her 5th month of treatment, but the website is changed and won't let us in now. And I've been on hold for THREE HOURS already waiting to talk to someone. Do they have just ONE agent taking calls for the whole country?!

On hold over 4 hrs...so far

It is currently December 14, 2021, 14:33hrs MST. I have been on hold with the iPledge program phone line for over 4 hours now. I don't normally spend any of my time giving negative feedback on anything. I am quite positive by nature, plus I don't believe anyone cares. But over 4 hours has me in a fairly negative state of mind. The iPledge program has the market cornered for this type of product to address the severe cases of acne, as far as I know. But since it is government ran, how can I be on hold this long? Even for the government!
