Not being able to speak with someone to get situations resolved

I am unable to receive emails. I have a business and communication is a must. If i page have more customers than they can handle then a refund need to be issued. When I initially set up my email, you were able to speak with an agent and get issues resolved promptly! Now as a customer, I am at a loss on how to get what I am paying for!!! You need to do the same thing to keep your customers that you did to get them!!!

Billing issues

Sitelock keeps gauging me. My site is one of your simplest...no e-commerce or real interaction. They can charge what they did a year ago ($299)...my friends all say I'm paying too much for the web hosting and the security. They can bill me today...and enough of the dashboard issues Already!!! John S ...or provide me with another company please.

I can get into my email boxes and reply to my customers

Hi there, since yesterday I cannot get into my mailboxes to check or reply to my customers and people are getting mad at us. I have tried your chat line but nobody is in charge there. regards, John

2hrs too long a wait for chat support and no phone support.

I started a chat at 5:32PM on 7/18/23. Tech support did not response until 2hrs later at 7:32PM, A ridiculous wait time! No excuse! Of course I did not wait that long but left the chat window open to see if there ever would be response. This needs to be improved ASAP and phone support needs to be reinstituted.

Technical support

My emails stop downloading. I could not read or send emails and log in into my account or reset password. Server is not available. Tried to call for support, no more live person. Chat is supposedly available 24/7 but no one ever responded to me. Still waiting for help to resolve the issue!

No phone customer service. Chat does not work

I canceled web hosting for both of my sites last year. Was told by customer service that it was taken care of. Got a new $496 charge this morning. They have no phone customer service now and the chat function doesnt work. Horrible experience

Can't log in to email

You can't call customer support anymore. You can "chat" though. Only one problem, nobody is there to chat. Ipage now really S---s! I'm done with them.

Trying to cancel

No phone support. My husband is Ill, I have closed my bed and breakfast, and I no longer wish to use web ipage. You billed me for $401. I will not pay it.

Sold my client something we didn't want

During account registration for a new client we deselected domain privacy. This is a known gimmick. During checkout the system automatically reselected it and we didn't notice until the client had already paid. Upon contacting iPage support they said their policy is NO REFUNDS for add ons. What kind of customer service is that? Not only that, but iPage no longer has phone number where you can actually speak with someone. Everything has to be done over chat, which is so frustrating. iPage has really gone downhill.

Billing

I was automatically billed for my website when I have all my domains set for manual renewal. I am sick with stage 4 cancer, so not renewing my site.
