Refusal to accurately describe product and unprofessional
Multiple times contacted thru out process where I have told them to Make A Phone Call ! Ive spent over 7800k for 3d artwork as the right up and info about the product is written garbage where Im not even sure what my product is supposed to be offering! Ive contacted them multiple times and I get an email that states for Me to do any corrections! What am I paying for if its Me that has to do. The Work ??

My invention was purged! after paying insane amount of money for the design
I reached out to the company today because my log in credentials were no longer working. Mind you I paid close to 4k for a virtual design and the works. I needed a more experienced patent attorney, so I decided after my provisional expired to contact an attorney which specifically worked with patents like mine. Now after paying so much, I go to log into the website to get my design, (which for some reason I was never able to download off of their website) and I am told my information had been purged. Is this even legal? I plan to look into this because no where in the agreement does it state that they get rid of my design without notice to me. So disapointed. Do not use this company

So we are beginning entrepreneurs we have given $3,000 to have our invention patent and to have a dashboard desktop and communication our audio was messed up our dashboard our portfolio is playing and we there's no communication we're searching on the internet to find out information about inventions Amy's no help we do you guys are submitting or invention to all these companies but we're not getting information back as to what companies you guys are submitting it to there's just it's just a mess up all the way around and I would like to speak to somebody the head person of this company and request a refund because I can put that towards idea pros or another company that's going to walk us through these things that's going to communicate with us that's going to help us through our beginning/new entreprenewing life it's very unprofessional I mean yeah it seems like you guys get these inventors money and say screw them after WOW VERY PROFESSIONAL NOR CARE ABOUT THEIR INVENTORS.

I invented a soca cordless back shaver a unique product could have been successful Adam kunkle was the initial person that help me he disappear once he received the money he roll Me to an account manager Amy Gartley and Kristin Jordan on marketing both gave me the run around the marketing they did horrible service and was minimum on top wanted me to sign a release so big companies could take a look at it, jeopardizing for those companies to steal the idea without able to sue. They say is the chance I have to take . Then before the year-end I called USPTO to check my status of the invention and how to apply for the non-provisional patent they told me USPTO that the patent home invention apply with David a lawyer from Ohio was the minimum they did not sent not even the specification or name or pictures it was all basics I wouldn't recommend home invention horrible Service and will take your money give you a lot of hope but its basically helpless instead.

Do Not Trust Their Patent Search!
They claim that for $399 they will do a provisionary patent search. Which I found out means they will take your money and do nothing. They have an out for everything. They claim the search was just a grain of sand on the beech! That's not what was said during the initial call. Not until after you pay and then find out that a patent does exist do they say these things. They are quick to sell the dream and take your money. I would suggest a patent attorney do your patent search. It will cost you less in the long run. The salesman is super friendly and very convincing in a car salesman kind of way.

Appear to be scammers
When I was communicating with Ron about submitting my product idea, I asked about confidentiality. To my surprise, his exact response was "Forgot it." When I questioned what he was referring to, he proceeded to state "It's been a month" since I first made contact with them, therefore I wasn't serious and he was closing my file. I would not trust a company with such sensitive data as a patent when they behave so unprofessional. They appear to be scammers. Please remember this behavior was in direct response to my question/concerns related to confidentiality.

Just when our patent was up Feb 2020 and we didnt pay them another 6,000 our product was online March 2020 I will seek legal scam lawyer for sure.

I wanted a company to produce, patent and sell my invention. They told me everything one would want to hear! I was a FOOL!!! $6000.00 I paid for a Provisional application and a video of my invention!!! Its been a little over a year and I have nothing but an empty bank account and broken heart! Dont do business with Invention Home!!! Please save yourself the money and heartache!!!
