I was stolen from

I had a reservation and was told that I was on the DNR list and they cancelled my reservation. They then charged me 57.95 for the cancelled reservation that I was going to keep but was not allowed to and not of my own doing.

Complaint on manager and room misinformed misleading rate

Paid for room with poor plumbing bullet holes mold no furniture and holes in the floors poor living.

Horrible stay

This was a horrible stay we gonna start with the bathroom light being busted out that I let go when I first got there The fact that I went to buy bug spray for the many of roaches I seen. My key kept not working and needing to be reactivated the internet was off for days the water was off for 24 hours listen If u have no other choice its something but if u do this is nothing Dont waste ya time.

Horrible Customer Service/Non-renewal

I am currently a resident at In-Town Suites, Orlando-Lee Rd. James and Larry were inconsiderate, downplayed my complaint, and waited 2 weeks after complaining to the property attendant to come and assist with our fridge. Yesterday, (8/14/23) after 2 weeks of waiting to be helped with our non-working fridge. James denied knowing we needed assistance due to office staff (Stephen) not making him aware. Larry and James both came into our suite after banging on the door 3x (no patience). They checked the fridge and basically stated I would lose more food due to another fridge needing 24hrs to cool. I asked what am I to do with my food, and we had to figure it out because they can't/won't store your food. I was taken back with the lack of compassion or care. After getting back to the room, Clarence spoke to them and declined the replacement due to not having funds to replace the food we just bought. We did have a kitten in our room, just like every tenant, and was told that since we have a cat and not a dog we'd have to get rid of our kitten. Our kitten left with our mother-in-law this morning (5am with proof). Today (8/15/2023)I have kids on FLVS in the room, and I am in the washroom doing #2. James (office manager) appears with no warning asking about the fridge, no mention of the kitten. I stated that Clarence my husband spoke to them yesterday about our discussion of not replacing the fridge due to food loss, and he said I also want to check the kitten. I said that is fine, but we are no longer worried about the fridge. Furthermore, I stated after yesterday, I didn't feel comfortable with both men in the room with me alone because they made me feel incredibly unintelligent about my experience with the fridge. Denied ever being notified of the non-working fridge. So, I declined the replacement fridge, and still welcomed him in the room, but once I told him I was uncomfortable with how yesterday transpired he decided not to renew our stay. Which is incredibly unfair and something should be done. We've been great tenants, but as soon as a woman says a man made her feel uncomfortable, she and her family have to leave. I have the encounter on video, the MANAGER at least should be considerate.

Unprofessional ghetto hood rat manager . MAY 8,2023....90 Oxmoor rd ,birmingham ala.(

I was disrespected and threatened by the ghetto low life black manager in the office because I asked her to have several repairs done in my room..The moment I drove up to the location she did the head snap,yelled she was closing the office and going to lunch.I left and returned 2 hours later..They did not have the room I reserved and because of jetlag coming from Europe and my mindset(I was there to bury my mother) I accepted another room and was told they would make the repairs later that day..They did not..When I called the office the next morning the office manager hood rat started disrespecting me and I hung up..She came to my door banging hard with her side kick. I opened the door told them to come in, the other woman came in, I showed her what had to be repaired. She never said a word,and the unprofessional aggressive hood rat,stood there glaring and snapping her head and said,I don´t like you hanging the *** phone up on me,you can get your old *** out and go back to Germany...The police came,she told him corporate had told her to put me out..I told him I had paid up with my American Express card for a month and had broken no laws..He said if I didn´t leave he would write me up for tresspassing.I called my husband in Germany,he booked me into another inn town suites on Lakeshore Drive::They were friendly and I found out a couple of days later,the manager on Oxmoor Road had contacted them and had a lot of negative things to say about me and possible threats about what she would do. I have traveled to five continents more than once,live in Europe, a professional entertainer..I have never been so disrespected in my life..I am a black woman,I was born and grew up in Birmingham Alabama. I stayed one month at the Inn town suites the year before and was treated respectfully by the former manager Mrs. Maddox. The day I checked in I asked the hood rat where was Mrs Maddox,..She said at another location. Where is the former maintenance man? She said I fired that MF, I am not going to have anyone talking back to me..As a black American female it was an embarrassment to see that type of aggression and unprofessionalism coming from a sister but not suprising...Inntown suites should check her carefully or one day you will have a serious problem on your hands..Please pay attention and get rid of her before she cause embarrassment to your brand...I have photos of the repairs that need to be completed.

Kicked out with 18 month old baby

2 nights ago around 11 PM I was giving my daughter a Bath when we got a knock on the door from downstairs saying we flooded there. Bathroom about 20 minutes after that we got another knock on the door from the maintenance. Man saying we could not let the water get above the silver Puck which is supposed to be the overfield drain. We had not let the water get over halfway full in the bathtub and today we were to Leaked in the downstairs bathroom again that we would be told to leave so I called The manager and asked him why we would not be allowed to take baths The manager and asked him why we would not be allowed to take baths. He said he wasn't gonna slice and dice it and since I wanted to argue he wouldn't renew my room this is after losing everything in a house fire and having an 18 month old baby who has to be washed in a Bath he accused us of flooding the restroom without checking or having it checked by a professional now I have to. Take my 18 month old to a shelter and will be posting the video of the call on social media so all can see how intown suites treats people who have lost everything

Ac leak

The ac in my room is leaking. It wasnt a big deal at first so we put a towel down but then the towel gets soaked and the leak gets worst. So we go inform the front desk person kelly and all she tells us oh Im sorry to hear that but the maintenance guy is clocked out for today, Ill put you guys on the list. She didnt offer any towels or even suggest switching us to a different room. Night time comes and now the leak pretty much is leaking way across the room. We booked for two weeks and payed over 7 hundred dollars. You mean to tell me we spent our hard earned money on this room to deal with a leak thats flooding the room like no way and cant even use the ac. Their customer service sucks. Kelly acted like she really didnt care like she just put us on a list and they get to us when they get to us. So we are just supposed to not use the ac so it doesnt leak all over our room. Like come on its too hot for that. I definitely didnt spend that much money to be in a room with no ac and water everywhere. InTown Suites WillowBrooke Texas definitely needs to do better.

My toilet has been broken for weeks they will not come and fix it I can't even flush it the roaches are the places unlivable now they're kicking me out for no reason because somebody assaulted me and they went to jail and the people in the office are the worst people...

I had somebody abused me here that I let stay for two nights he got arrested for assault and now they want to evict me cuz he broke into a room that I gave them the tip and told them that he broke into the room and we're so the police could find him and arrest him now they're kicking me out and taking my money I'm calling channel 2 news I'm calling channel 13 channel 11 this place is disgusting filled with roaches it's unlivable my toilet has been broken for over 2 weeks now and they will not come and fix it now they're taking my money I'm going to do everything in my power to sue the *** out of them and if you don't do something about it the old woman in the that won't even speak to me that came up here and treated me like a dog after what I went through yesterday trust me this will be taken care of in this place will be torn down no matter what I have to do I got roaches they got roaches the roaches are uncontrollable they can't even get them out of control they're out charging people and then overcharging people and then taking the rest of the money if pocketing it the lady that came up here is a gray-haired old toothless lady that came up here and screamed at me like a crazy woman and so I'm going to report that also to the police as soon as they have the police come here I'm calling every News channel there is to have this place taken care of I will not be treated this way *** no it's unlivable I've been living here for over a month and a half and these people are trashy nasty they're horrible human beings and it's going to be taken care of I promise you that won't refund my money yeah we'll see about that cuz it's going to court now

After 2 months no one has contacted me or given me an update and No refund

I booked a room for a week and was texted 3 hours before check in saying that my reservation was cancelled due to availability but I was then charged a $50 fee which I was told was a no show fee but you cancelled my reservation and Ive been calling for 3 weeks and now no one will answer the phone on any day at any given time. InTown Suites Garland is a *** scam and I just want my money back how can you charge someone anything who has not stayed at your hotel then refuse to even answer the phone so the person can get their money that their owner because you shouldnt have taken it. Due to this experience alone I would NEVER stay or let anyone I know stay in such a *** place they probably wont even get to stay because the company will probably take their money and leave them to figure out other accommodations. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. The customer service is the absolute worst by far. I cant tell you how many voicemails Ive left for the general manager and have yet to get a call back smh

Horrible lazy management and dismissive towards complaints

I've been complaining about the guest over my head for over a month and consistently stumped periodically throughout the day and night while we're sleeping while we're chilling and we went to management every single time and yet nothing has been done they say they're going to talk to him but was hesitant when it was time to actually go up there and address him we stood outside and washed the interaction which he act like he didn't know what she was talking about so I intervened said something to him while she was talking to him and I was upset in the other I will admit that but this is after I've complained to management at least it seems like 20 times and this is a new manager that just got here a few days ago and she's acting dismissive towards me even though he's the one doing it. And after all of that she comes down and knocks on the door and tells me that her manager so how I was talking to her even though I was not talking to her I was talking to him and they want us to be put out even though we're not the ones creating the problem. My thing is if her manager witness all of this when do he do his job when do he step in cuz if he's the top manager and he's seeing something happen in his face when do you do your job? What are they here for just to observe and kick guess out that have already paid for stuff? Cuz that don't make sense I would really appreciate it if someone would reach out to me whether it's email or contact me on my phone.

Payment problems

I was told I was getting a suite walked in the size bed is wrong the lady Danielle is rude asf because Im looking at what I suppose have in my room and missing several things a suite suppose to have and I was told oh honey I been here two yrs this a queen bed when it say full no maam and ask for extra towels was told you only get whats in your room a week every time I ask a question concerning why Im not getting what I paid for it turns into a argument

Very unclean and unprofessional

My husband and I have been staying at InTown Suites located at 12925 Northwest Freeway Houston Texas 77040. When we first got here we noticed that someones clothes were left behind the chair along with coins. My husband put on a pair of gloves and took it to the office to bring it to their attention but they were closed by 7pm after we got here. We have also been having congestion and coughing due to a mold problem in our room. I have taken pictures but you have to have more light to see it coming through the flooring. Our ac unit leaks water all under the bed and soaked some of our belongings. Our towels mildew after use even though we hang them up dry There are roaches left behind the refrigerator after a front desk worker and the orkin staff sprayed. Housekeeping came and only changed sheets and trash and left the roaches in the room as well as the door open where anyone couldve walked in and took all of our stuff. We still have roaches crawling all over and had to buy plastic bends to put our food in. Our refrigerator smells like something dead and keeps going out and ruining our groceries. We pay $1128 per month to be poisoned by bad water and mold!!!
