Issue still u resolved. My initial warranty replacement is still in limbo as intex wants me to pay return shipping for them sending out a non usable damaged part. And for the “new” part I purchased from their website and paid $50 for expedited shipping to only receive...

The have fulfilled my initial warranty claim 3x because they keep sending refurbished/damaged/unusable parts. This has been going on for a month and a half. As a result my pool water is neon green. They now will not send another part until I return the others they sent at my cost! Im not paying for their mistakes. So I decided to purchase the replacement part from them since the warranty claim wasnt working and stalled out. Intex sent me another refurbished/damaged/unusable part. Same as the warranty replacements. I know have a claim on that too but I have zero confidence I will get the new part and pd 2day shipping I purchased. My pool has been opened a little more than a week before Memorial Day and I havent been able to swim once. The pool water is A deep neon green and when the pump is on it shoots green water back into my pool. Per the pool store and a pool installation/service companies I consulted, I have to keep adding chlorine and keep the water circulating at a minimum to try and prevent more issues with my water. Im trying to salvage it as I had to have it delivered and it cost me $1500. So Im dumping about $50-$75 a week in water that wont get better all because I dont have a functioning part (6 way valve) from Intex. They have provided no solution to my problem and I received the new part that was also damaged last Friday. I do have a complaint with the BBB, but theres only so much they can do. Intex customer service is the worst! Located in a foreign country and none of the reps speak English. They cant transfer you to a supervisor and have no authority to help the customer at all. Just a bad experience with no resolution in site!

A seam gave out when we where filling the pool
Was filling pull had about 7 thousand gallons of water when it happened, wolf like if someone could call me and will the company be sending a new liner to me, it is a 24x52 pool.

Waste on product
Dura beam deluxe comfort plus raised air bed its a waste time for that with you guys selling in Walmart, which is making me mad to return it. Theres a defect.

Exchange the product for the right one
I purchased an air bed not realizing that it didnt have a pump. The product is not used at all. Can the product be exchanged for something with a pump or can a pump be sent or something. My statement is, I replaced my aero queen air mattress (10 years before it leaked) with a queen Intex Dura-beam airbed advantage. My husband made a platform to get it off the floor. When I put the Intex queen mattress on the platform its 8 smaller than the queen aero bed. Maybe the wrong size was put in the box. I cant believe its that much smaller. Am I right ?

Your Product Is Horrible
I have had the Intext Pure Spa for 3 years and every year I have to buy a new control base? SB H10. This year it wont inflate last year kept getting error code E90. That is horrible to do to people. I am very unhappy with Intex as a whole and would rate you 0. Lower if possible. We take very good care of our spa and to get this *** every damn year is unacceptable!
