The tech who (finally) fixed our internet service!
We had been w/o internet service for 3 weeks. We had to drive over 15 miles so our kids could send their assignments in via email! After several calls. One technician who got lost, one who did not fix it, and our third tech was a charm! He was prepared, knowledgeable, pleasant, wore protective clothing, efficient, installed another dish, fixed our modem, and was confident in his work, as are we! Our service has run smoothly since his visit! A huge THANK YOU to Michael, aka Josh, for a job well done!

Disappointed did very little
I contacted this company to clean up negative things and to totally remove my address off. Very little has been resolved. They don’t do what they agree to resolve and take your money first. Six months service no such thing. Don’t fall for them

Please don’t use them!
I paid 6k to have information removed. Scam! Nothing changed in over 2 plus years! I tried to cancel a day later and was assured that it would work and it wasn’t a scam! The money back thing is BS! You will be disappointed if you use them and also feel like an idiot afterwards because you fell for the SCAM!

Hi someone on social media ( TRUMP supporter) did not like my comments so they looked my up and posted fake reviews and brought my reputation ranking down. This person never received service from my clinic. It was designed to destroy my reputation. I want to take legal action. Can you help. Thank you, Joe

Advertises on a fraudulant website
my lawyer is aware Do you have legal department I have copied our conversation and asked you to remove my information from this website and would ask this to be remove within the next 72 hours and if this is not removed I will contact the BBB on this company as well retain legal council. You have not given any contact information for a company you represent and should have that information if you post an ad on their website it does not magically appear there without consent from the website owner. I have stated this is false information and you and your company has not provided me an actual valid reason why this cant be removed. Thank you for what I know is your job to make money but you and I know this is wrong.

Scam, scam, sloppy, 3 years back and forth. I will never see the 5k again. Unprofessional. I'm so exhausted from dealing with them, I cannot even tell you. When I first was looking for a team to help me out I saw them as the #2 in the industry no bad reviews and now to see literally hundreds of bad reviews, I feel like I was robbed. They said and did so many things and lied and blamed and on and on my friends. Stay clear from this company. I honestly don't know what to do at this point, they made no difference in the stuff that was online, the pictures are still #1 and anything else that was removed was done by myself contacting different websites.

Big Promises- Very Poor Results
Not worth your time or money. They DO NOT have the promised tools to manipulate Google algorithms. Very expensive and very ineffective.

I was trying to suppress pics and articles, it took almost 2 years and a lot of money and they were sloppy and accomplished literally nothing. below is a log of what happened and emails. I will always make sure to send you any and all content for review before we publish it on the Internet. I will also work to create an optimized Virtual Firewall that will help prevent unwelcome material from appearing in the search engines. 4/19/16 - James R BrandonR - started campaign - did hear for a couple weeks after I paid and did questionaire He started mixing up the two businesses as early as 5/15/16 - and these has been a recurring error committed as early as last week. I cant tell you how many times I have had that conversation. "Thank you and we will advise the SEO team of the error and make sure it's avoided in the future." "Yes my team should be splitting the information that's already online and I've also sent an email to my SEO team to avoid future issues. " (5/17/16) 6/1/16 another error 7/7/16 - pics still on first page Brandon - "Understood and trust me I'm watching them. We're still working and have a lot of work to be done." 8/9/16 - Can you please not use my name in the tweets on Mass Mobile Massage - mixing up the businesses again. - Brandon reply 8/12/16 - Understood and that makes perfect sense. I will advise the team. - this is another time I am promised it wont happen again. 11/28/16 - "please dont mix the music and the massage" - so it happened again, mixing the businesses. 1/27/17 - I emailed Brandon asking for an update cuz it was 2 months, he did not reply again it was Tesha who took over - 5/26/17 I emailed again asking what was going on, no changes no update in weeks. 6/30 I finally heard back from someone - Gayon B - 7/5/17 replied - apologizing for another error an incorrect automated message? "Please disregard the automated message sent to you on the 3rd of July. We are currently 3/4 way through your current round and your final progress report for this round will be sent to you very soon. Sorry for any inconvenience caused." 9/1/17 - again mixing music and massage 2 different businesses and explain for over a year at this point. "not approved, I do not like to mix the music and the massage company 2 different things" 11/11/17 - Rebecca had taken over - she asked for pictures and I had already provided over 100, which was very time consuming. 11/12/17 - first time asked to give photo discriptions so I did, very time consuming. "They have asked for descriptions to be given with the pictures so that they can work on the image suppression. If you can give me a couple of descriptions that you would like attached to some pictures, I can pass this on to the SEO team." 10/27/17 - said I would see image progress now. " We are continuing to work on the image suppression. We should see some positive progress soon." to date there is still no progress. 10/31/17 - Another error, posting mixing massage and music, very sloppy work. Rebecca said. "This needs to be fixed as soon as possible and I will get the process started to get it removed asap and prevent it from happening again. I apologize and will let you know when it is taken care of. Thank you, Rebecca" 11/1/17 provided rebeccca another link with mixing music and massage she said "I reiterated that these can't be mixed and will personally keep my eye on it all. It should be removed by the end of the day if not sooner." 11/27/17 again an email and post that mixed both businesses "Houston, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have forwarded it to the team to be fixed and asked them to clarify where the articles for Mass Mobile Massage are being posted. Thank you, Rebecca" 11/28/17 - sent another post incorrect - she was not personally taking care of it. she said - "Houston, I escalated this and we are having a meeting to rectify this ongoing issue and prevent it from happening again. I apologize and will let you know the outcome. Thank you, Rebecca" 11/30/17 - yesteday at 6am this was posted to my fb massage page https://houstonbernard.wordpress.com/2017/11/29/houston-bernard-yoga-pants/ it talks about the music stuff on the massage page again. 12/13/17 - i sent a copy of the search, all the pics we were trying to busy are in the first 3 lines. no improvement after over a year and a half.

Worked there
A failing company that doesn't pay their subcontractors on time (third party suppression team in India), thus extending the time of the suppression campaign. They also promise their employees advances, but actually undermine them, demote them and/or release them for unsubstantiated reasons. Internetreptuation.com has survived at the expense of new customers that are over charged and over promised by the sales team and dragged on by their account managers that can't meet the claims of the sales team. They continue to tell the employees that they are at the cusp of being profitable, but that is an ongoing disillusion from overpaying family members and employed friends that work there. I would neither work there, nor employ their services at any point. They themselves rarely do the work and have to pay third party companies to do the work, and again, rarely pay them on time thus extending the estimated times. Many mugshot removal sites will remove mugshots with a simple request, Internetreputation.com will charge $350-700 for that. They also suppress {{Redacted}}, something that is personally detestable especially when said people call in complaining that the still find it when they search their name. Please steer clear of this company on all accounts.

Ripped off for $1000
I gave this company $1,000 to host a domain for me for 22 years. They took the money and ran and never registered my domain nor hosted it ever again. I tried contacting the company and they have my number blocked. I sent them emails demanding a refund that feel on deaf ears with no response. InternetReputation.com is a full blown scam and they do not care who knows either because no one at this company has an ounce of integrity. Some people are in business just to defraud the consumer. Buyer beware whenever you are dealing with internet firms promising the moon and the stars. Its difficult to find companies with integrity when it comes to internet reputation services.

Total rip -off
This company promises the world and does next to nothing. They keep putting you off to other people and telling you they will get to it which they never do. Total waste of money. One year later and next to nothing in the way of results. Every time I called I was promised return phone calls and progress reports which never happened. I mean never, I had to continually call and got the same line of nonsense each time. Save your money!!!The are owned by Marca Global I believe and Colleen Birdnow Brown is the founder. Dont waste a penny on them!!!!!

Complete incompetence and waste of time and money
Total waste of money. No results after an entire year. Incompetent writers that created more work for me. They are totally uninterested in your reputation, only in your money. Incompetent and invisible, InternetReputation.com is a total sham and scam. I cannot overstate what a waste of money and time this has been. I had two articles that we were trying to optimize to the second page and there were no results, whatsoever. I can't believe I spent countless hours editing their work. They should have been paying me. Complete amateurs and scam artists. I could never reach anyone of any significance in the organization to render a complaint. If you go with these guys, prepare to be disappointed and mad.

OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER
11 months later ....USD10 000 gone....and only 3 negative results suppressed to the 2nd page to show for it??? An average of 3 weeks to return emails...no follow up or implementation of strategy. You get bounced between people and there is no interest in your campaign. Their reports are generic and are of have meaningful or practical information. We have complained about 10 times - and all they can say is that they are extending the campaign...so basically taking longer to do their job...and its STILL not done. On the positive side- they have the gift of the gab (oh yes, and a great website).
