The only thing Internetlocallistings is good is deducting money from the credit card
I signed on with Internet Local Listing in February of 2016 and here I am 6 month later and still do not have the services that they promised I would have within 45 days. They keep deducting funds from my credit card but do not deliver on what they promised. All I asked was that the take a few town names from my listings that had nothing to do with my business and change some of the wording that they wrote up about my business of which they knew nothing and to this date the changes have not been made. Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN UP with Internetlocallistings. Up front they seemed to know what they were doing but once you sign up everything falls apart. I have called and emailed numerous times and it is next to impossible to get the same person twice to talk with.

Unethical Practices?
Why does this company appear to have bad (possibly even unethical) business practices? They continued to charge my card monthly, although only ever agreeing to a one time charge. I have never contracted continuous services with this company, either verbally or in a written contract. Upon calling them on June 21, 2016, the representative Anna said she talked to her manager and that there would be no more deductions from my account, however, 6 days later I noticed a pending charge. I called my bank, and they said they would credit my account, and call the company. I called this company once again, spoke with Brooke and she said she would make sure that the amount is refunded and that they would no longer charge my account. I asked her to send me an e-mail verification. (I am sure that the bank had contacted them.) Hopefully this will get taken care of, as Brook was very helpful. I have read terrible things about this company on the internet since then, and it's scary to think that there are companies out there who take advantage of people. Advice: Look into this company carefully before agreeing to use them.

Worst company to do business with they can't deliver what they say they can. Every month I get charged for there so called services I've been with them for 6 months and can't find my company on line they really suck ! I will never do business with them ever again ! If they call you and tell you they can get you on 1st page of all listing don't join there services you will just be wasting your time and money.

This company call me several times every day, after that I accept take the call , listen to them and finally the service they offer according with the salesman, he requested me a credit card inf and i gave it , my big mistake, before I sign the contract they sent to our company they start to charge the credit card , I tried to cancel or speak with someone there and was a disaster, finally I sign because anyway they charge me three month one behind the other and not results, after sign nothing happen , no contact nothing , when i called they send me a message with a web page of my business , (I already had one) the web created by ILL is a really scam , nothing , like you have it , pay for. Please do not make any negotiation with that company that is an scam please do not do it. T o cancel after pay 6 month it is required a form, and you have to pay half of remaining time to contract expiration plus fees if they do it or really sent a form

Biggest waste of money you can imagine. Once your signed on with them - zilch contact. The only time you hear from them, is when they tell YOU to do the things you are paying THEM to do. The website they produced reads like it was written by some foreigner who doesn't speak English! I am embarrassed for my customers and prospects to see it. I guess I shouldn't worry, since during the 4-5 months since we started, I have had zero, zilch, NOT ONE response of any kind as a result of their efforts - or rather their lack thereof. My advise - save your money or hire a good attorney to get it back for you.

I wish I could put 0 stars on here. I cannot express enough how much of a scam this company is. They called, promised great things included a website google front page etc etc. In this they would design my website with the domain name (THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MINE TO KEEP NO MATTER WHAT) and keep me on the front page in so many keywords. Well the contract says 90 days to produce, website in a couple weeks and regular maintenance and customer service provided. I spent a lot of time going through my pictures, testimonials and making heavy detailed descriptions for all of the areas of service we provided and supplied them with it all. Before I write forever I will get to the bottom line. After the 90 days they had done almost nothing whatsoever. I looked my keywords up and couldn't find my company anywhere. I used the zip code with the keywords, still NOTHING to be found. The website they "made" had not one picture or actual description that I had sent them and was horrible. In fact, I used to work with a different company who had a random website that they had no idea where it came from and guess what, it was almost identical. I obviously called to voice my concern and it took weeks to get ahold of someone. No one would ever call me back either. When I did get ahold of someone they said they would fix it and they were working on it. They even said that in their system they showed me on the front page. When I typed in the same as them it was not true. I told them I wanted to cancel and they would not let me saying that I didn't have grounds, they were working on it and I will be happy. Part of what I was promised said that if they did not produce as promised that I would no longer have to pay until the production was correct. This NEVER HAPPENED. THEY KEPT CHARGING. More and more I called with no response or when they did that they would call me back after they "reviewed" it. Along the way I asked for a refund while trying to cancel. I agreed to the first 90 days but after that I did not feel like I should pay for anything since nothing was done. And that is exactly my point. It took me almost a year to finally get them to cancel, I am assuming it was a new employee since it was the only time they didn't argue or refuse to let me. All I wanted was their end of the deal, what I was paying them for. THAT IS HOW BUSINESS WORKS, and I expressed that each and every time. Upon canceling I once again said that I wanted money back. They said they would review and someone would contact me. Yeah right, never did and when I just called them for the last time they simply said "it was denied." That's it? No email or call to me, no one to talk to and try to ease my rage after I gave you thousands of dollars for literally nothing? Not one penny back and they even didn't let me keep the domain name. They said I had to pay $40.00/month if I wanted it. The person I talked to said that no one would give me a refund, they didn't breach any contract and that is just it. I had many choice words with each person I have talked to about how they are not only monetary but moral devils. Apparently it is so hard to actually work for money rather than just scam people. They are supposed to send me a copy of my contract as I happen to have a team of lawyers on my side, but we will see since they never do anything they say let alone have any communication. The final question she asked was "is there anything else I can help you with today?" to which I replied "YES, do me and everyone a favor and either start doing one thing you say you will do, straight up stop scamming people or the best thing you and the company do is to shut down since you have NO RIGHT doing business on any level." The monster said that would never happen and I obviously said, "Of course not, why would you shut down a business that does absolutely nothing and takes peoples money with no opportunity for recourse? I really hope that I and others will find someway to take you down. Have a great day." REAL BOTTOM LINE - THEY TOOK THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND REFUSED ME TO CANCEL AND ANY REIMBURSEMENT THEY HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH BBB OR GOOGLE either, naturally.

The worst experience ever !!!! Do not get signed up with them, it would be a huge mistake. Costumer service lacks of experience in treating people with respect. All that they want is to get money. I had calls back and forth for about 4 months...4 months of ***... they overcharged me every month and every month after long conversations, they would reimburse...until i gave up and wanted to get out. Price tag for getting out was $199.00. After about 3 months of service, i was promised $99/month. When i asked them about it, the response was.." i dont see that in my notes, sorry." They promise without delivery, they are mischievous, rude, they hung up on you... and the list goes on...

Scam and a bunch of liars
I signed up with them because their website says they offer a 45 day guarantee for front page placement. After 3 months I had nothing. When I complained they did not contact me back. The customer service team headed by Brooke Swineford, told me multiple times that they needed ad few more day and then a few more days. Still no service or listing. When I canceled out of frustration, they still keep billing me. Worst experience ever. Worthless unscrupulous scam artists.

Robo called me, unsolicited. Am on DoNotCall list
This company robo called my cell phone while I was at work. I'm on the national Do Not Call List, but they still went ahead and did it anyways. I would not trust someone to market for my business if they cannot abide by federal regulations by calling cell phones, unsolicited, and with a plain robot to initially greet you. If they can't play fair with solicitations, what makes you think they will play fair with your business' marketing needs? This company is shady and untrustworthy for that fact alone. UNETHICAL and ILLEGAL!

This is a scam trying to find less informed consumers, stay far away.
The marketer was pushing very had to sign up for $99 a month. He promised to give me a "written guaranty" that my business would be on the first page of Google, Bing and Yahoo Search!! I am a software engineer, so that promise immediately raise my BS detector... I asked him a few questions, to which he gave very vague answers that might work on a non-technical person. Then he proceeded to tell me that they have over 10,000 customers. I asked him how could they promise & keep all 10,000 on the front page? No good answer... he did not know what he was talking about. No one can guaranty first page results for $99 a month, period. Don't fall for it.

I keep getting a call from them so i accepted the call. Everything you all are complaining about is what the guy said they would do. I didn't buy into it, i told him i need to check into this before i decided. He won't give up, he kept throwing me different price quotes. I asked if this was legitimate and he didn't answer my question. He kept going around it. Thank you for your complaints I knew it may be a scam.

Total scam! After you've signed with them they do not at all do a single thing as promised, refuse to cancel several times saying "loyal retention will contact you". They stop returning phone calls or emails but continue to TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! I'm out around $1000 now and cancelling my credit card to put a stop to it. I am also bringing all my prof of the 5 people I've spoken to and will not contact me, to which I've expressed my need to cancel in both saved emails and the last few times even recorded voice mails. All that will be going to the lawyers fir breach of the consumers protection act of BC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Worst Experience Possible
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Their sole purpose for existing is to take your money by any means necessary. They do not care about you or your business. They misrepresented themselves and their intentions from the very first phone call through until the end when I cancelled my service with them. They were supposed to do SEO optimization for my existing website and instead they built a website that looks like it was built as an elementary school project. On top of that, the only "leads" or calls I received from this website were from their own robocall center trying to sell me more products/services. I believe that they have actually been a detriment to my company rather than any help at all because now when you do a google search for my company, their "website" that they built foe me comes up instead of my existing website which my customers are familiar with. As many corporations have proven, brand recognition goes a long way and when customers see that you have changed your brand, it makes them think that your company has changed as well. This makes the average person think that your company may not be around if they need to contact you in the future. Therefor, they simply move on and then you've lost a reliable customer. So in closing, I repeat, do not do business with Internet Local Listings.

SCAM!!!
This company is garbage. The office manager before me was dumb enough to sign up for this "service" which never helped "boost" our Google placement or any other thing that they claimed. I cancelled the service shortly after starting to work here as they were charging a monthly fee to the company credit card for $159.99. On June 22, 2015 I signed a request of cancellation that they provided. This morning I received an email that we once again were charged 8/13/15. Now I am on hold for 7 minutes currently while I wait for these people to figure out why we were charged and how they can reverse the fee. Don't get suckered into this garbage that they are offering. If you want to get better exposure than get good reviews on Yelp and Google, advertise on your own.
