There was a message saying it was locked to call the numbers there closed I paid and now it doesnt work why is this happening?

Misleading headline.

I was notified of a FREE service on the advertisement. Unfortunately, it wasn't free, please change this heading before an individual isn't as open-minded as I am takes you to court. Money shouldn't be the main objective, but helping people. Just speaking bluntly and trying to be informative. I'm not a "pissed customer", but a realistic consumer. Thank you for your time.

This is the third time I've canceled my subscription once by email

Intelius is STILL CHARGING ME AFTER CANCELING SEVERAL TIMES. I canceled This service after the first month because its *** I dont like it. It doesnt match up to the actual details of a person is outdated. Yeah, theyre still charging me.

Billing

Yes, I still have an issue. I was incarcerated back in May 2021 thats around the same time I had also in the same month ordered your service for 2499 a month K I didnt get out and if incarceration till just recently, you guys only reverse fees back at year I never used this service You even checked and saw that I did not use the service but you guys only go back one year to return the fees so from May to September 2021 guys charge my account I dont have the money for that but I dont its not fair if I didnt use the service and I had no way to cancel the subscription If you guys reversed fees, then you should doesnt matter they shouldnt be a time limit I was incarcerated I didnt get out until recently thats not exactly fair. Im very displeased and Im in a very tight situation. I dont have any money and I need every penny that I can get right now.
