Can’t clock in

App is not working and unable to clock in my Boss said that she can notate I was here on time I dont know who to contact

Need to talk to a real person

I'm ah say this *** again I need to get access to my account from another phone number I can not get into my account and I need help I'm tired of keep asking you guys and still not gett no dam help .get back to me soon as possible thanks

Instawork takes too long to answer emails and texts, they DON'T TALK PHONE CALLS! I haven't been offered work in my zip code, everything is 50 100 miles from where I'm at. No 1099 shfts

The company sucks,, I'll stick with qwick, instawork doesn't offer 1099 shifts,, ony w2 shifts. Qwick is much better

No coaching call and cannot reach anyone. I have called the number listed and it no longer takes calls.

New Instawork card

There was fraud activity going on with my account which I resolved but my card has been blocked due to it. Ive been reaching out to the Instawork team to get a new card or to get it unlocked and no one has been helpful at all.

I have been wrongfully deactivated

I had an accident with my phone. Screen got damaged and I was attempting to save it. The instawork staff I reached out to several times telling them what happened. I think they knew but ignored me. I needed to cancel all of my shifts. The fact is Instawork was very unprofessional yet didn't care. I, Anthony Brewer, want to appeal so I can get work. It's a matter of time but they need to understand I did try to cancel. I wrote emails because my phone screen died. Because instawork links on a phone number and I could not access my apps or login in. It was unfortunate because I actually cancelled the shifts on time

Help with account

I'm not writing a negative review I'm trying to get my issue resolved I like instawork I only have goid things to say about instawork But I got suspended for not showing up To a shift I let them know before hand The business was closed So there was no reason to Go But got a no show anyway Account suspended Today I told the business o was Suspended They ask me to come in anyway So I went to work Then during my shift The manager seem to get the issue Resolved And he told me I would be working all week But In The app I was still suspended At this business YOU CANNOT USE YOUR PHONE FOR ANY REASON THEY WILL SEND YOU HOME so I was surprised When instawork sent me a message saying the shift for 8/25/2023 Was canceled due to I didn't confirm I can't confirm if InThe app I'm suspended I just trying to work my shifts that's it I didn't do anything wrong And the manager told me He let them know The were going to be closed So it seems I'm suspended And instawork knew they We're going to be closed I'm happy with instawork Just wanna do my job that's it

I’ve not received pay for a job I worked on the 28th of last month an I was on gold status an they charged me to bronze an I didn’t miss a day of wrk come in late or anything my supervisor forgot me

My supervisor didnt clock me in or out but I was there an they took my gold status an I need yall to look at that so yall can put me bk on gold an on tge 28th of last month i wrk my first job an still havent been paid for it an all the Instawork support people or playing with my case I want my money an to be put bk on gold

I booked a shift and I took my urine test and did my background check and it disappeared. What can I possibly do to retain my shift

Wrongful suspension

I was in a car accident and I reached out to my captain Eddie and he told me to reach customer service which I couldnt and I got suspended for nothing

I cant access my old account because of my phone number changed and instawork is no help at all , they want me to log into my account with my old phone number and I can't I just want to start working again

Missing payment

I had email number of time on the app regarding a payment that was paid to me and then deducted, their is no reason for this I did work on that day April 20 was only late by 40 mins and was still ok to work the rest of the shift. And 2nd shift was cancelled. Don't understand why I was paid then my payment was deducted? I sent proof of my bus timeline history for April 20 as u can see my time. Yes I was able to clock in part of the shift Because my phone was slow and my data not to mention phone died too...the lead said she will adjust it and.to.not worry. Plus I sign in on the sign in sheet.for the sas company. Now I was already paid for this shift on April 20, but like 2 weeks later my previous hours that I just worked got deducted of $91. Still have not received pay back either. I had so far contacted the company/lead on that day and they have already sent proof of my hours worked & almost told instawork about this. A whole day plus weekend now another day still no money? This company has no direct number to actual talk to a live person everything is email or thru the app. Oh and they had their on pay card and been getting random charges from places I never heard of or stupid fees.

Hurt on the job

I slammed my head on a trashcan. The site is a massive bump that ballooned up in under a minute. It's about the size of a silver dollar.

The app is completely acting ridiculous, first my account got suspended suspended for a shift I never signed up for, and now the shift I did sign up for it just suddenly won't clock in.

The app is acting ridiculous, I got suspended for a shift I wasn't supposed to work, and the shift it was just telling me I had today, it suddenly just forgot won't let me clock in, it's completely malfunctioning.
