Not answering my support ticket

i can't cash out and not getting an answer to my support ticket going on two weeks ticket is #464673. idk why they are slow to answring. if i could get answer to ticket that would be nice

They never credited my account with the money I earned and they will not answer any support tickets

I completed several hrs of surveys and they simply will not pay me with no reason or explanation I completed the surveys they offer for rewards I did the survey now they won't reward me

They will not release my funds that I earned

I earned 21 dollars I cashed out for a ten dollar pay pal deposit they never sent but say they did also I never received my 12 direct deposit I made tons of support tickets no reply

Lack of customer service and non payment

They took my points for a reward and will not give me the information to retrieve the reward they have listed on my site as completed and they refuse to respond to my emails or messages to customer support.

It has been 15 days now. No reply.

I should have been replied to a long time ago. Don't even bother with submitting ID, Support never even replied to me.

No explanation, nothing. Not using again.

Edit: Still no reply. It has been 8 days.

I can't reply, as it will push the ticket down the queue, but there is no other way to get help. It is beginning to get frustrating a little.

The website is great. Making money is so easy and fun, there are free sweepstakes, and they have the biggest variety of surveys I have seen on any site. You can cash out whenever you want at whatever value for Amazon and other gift cards. It's very convenient. And you only need to verify your phone number. Sometimes, the surveys don't credit, but it doesn't bother me, because it's not always InstaGC's fault (i.e. the 3rd party doesn't pay them, your answers weren't honest, etc.), so I understand when that happens. Dynata surveys don't work for me anymore after a few times I was not credited for them, but I started using the other survey options and got over it quickly. So far, the website was going very well. I cashed out about 23 dollars in a little more than a week. It was going very well. I made another 26 dollars. I referred a family member, too. So consequently, Support had to block my access to the Rewards System and asked me to provide an ID (to verify my information and ensure I wasn't making multiple accounts in the same household, I think). I submitted my ID and followed their instructions. I wouldn't recommend this website to those who don't consider themselves very patient. The ID verification should take about 0-2 days, but as of right now, it is almost a week. I hadn't replied to the ticket since then, except 3 comments I added, which was before I learned the more you reply, the further down the queue you go. So I would recommend being patient and try not to blame the Support. As of now, I haven't gotten any reply from support, but when I do, I will update this ticket. I really love the website, but I am afraid my ID might not be accepted, especially because I had to change my address to match the one on my ID (I'm currently staying somewhere else) and my last name as I wrote the one I use in the country I am originally from. Anyway, the website is amazing, but I wish there could be less of a need to contact Support constantly, which you may need to do at least once.

This site is a scam.

I recently stumbled upon instagc while browsing thru facebook. So I decided to try it out. I completed a offer they had which was reach level 50 in Bingo Showdown within 7 days. I completed it in 2 keep in mind I did pay money out of pocket to achieve this. Once completed it said my points would be frozen for 5+ days for authentication which was no problem. It has now been 9 days and they will not respond to any messages I send customer support. Little do they know this is considered theft. It wouldn't be any biggie but I spent 10 dollars and they owe me 26 so just to let everyone know they are a scam. I have done reported them to BBB so hopefully they are investigated and not allowed to do this to anyone else.

Andrew Day the claimed owner from Sellersburg, IN. 47172 runs a shady business. Do the internet searches and you will people that do the surveys on his webpage and then he locks up their accounts and doesnt pay them, but he gets paid for your work and takes the money from you, as well. There are some investigations coming. Avoid

I have been with this company for 3 and a half years (loving it) and have not had many issues until this last year. I always fill out things accurately and have been able to make decent money which has been helpful especially during COVID-19. The last time I had an issue was back in late October when I had a bunch of unexplained Your Surveys reversals. We had the exchange below (see first 2 screenshots) where they asked me to earn more, so I could counter their monetary loss. Which despite how hard that was, I did. Fast-forward to December 28, and I have $106 I want to redeem. After attempting to redeem via PayPal, any chance of redeeming anything got locked, and I had the message this account is under review, so I couldn't redeem anything. The chat was also taken away, and I had had access to it up until I attempted to redeem. It has now been several hours since I submitted my ticket and as you can see, the ticket back from October (which I also updated) had had a reply from me that never got a reply. Without even realizing it my account has been unable to redeem for months since I'd not tried to before now. Lest I get any snippy replies as I've seen in previous interactions on this page from the admin with others who have complained/are in a similar boat, I didn't bother to write the Facebook page because messages aren't monitored. And I'm not being impatient, either. I see plenty of mods palling around in the chat and very few actually attending to tickets. I'd have gone into chat asking for help to be directed to my ticket, but as I said, I got locked out of chat, so this remains my only option. I need to redeem this money, so please fix the account in a timely fashion. After reading the reviews on here recently, I can see I am not the only person who has been wrongfully targeted. My ticket number created last night is in the screenshots.

I got random reversals out of nowhere last week on Tuesday and Thursday and none since. so I was making more money then tried to cash out wouldn't let me so I sent ticket got an answer. today I sent a replay to the ticket for answer but nothing yet. this is first time i had a problem with site i been on since late 2017. I want ticket to not say On Hold - Awaiting Review and them to let me use paypal/my points again i have a lot of money in points on there. I wish they would let me know how long I have to wait if i don't hear back soon and can use my point I will have no option but to resort to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Customer service ignores me.

I've been with instagc nearly 2 years. They're support has always been petty. They refuse to release my held points now. Which are well past 2 weeks time frame. No reply from customer service in 2 days. Blocked on chat for asking to answer my tickets. Avoid this site like the plague. Plenty of other reputable GPT sites that let you withdraw instantly. Please avoid this site.
