Cancellation or modification of booking
Inox did not help. We booked tickets for Saturday instead of Sunday by mistake. There was no help from Inox. Also, when we went to see the movie, reached 40 mons late as we had to rush, parking was not provided

I have took the ticket online By mistake I took the ticket of raguleela mall vashi instead of kandivali When I reach there I came to know I asked for the help from manager present ( dhaval shah he was really help full) he contact vashi manager and help to sold my ticket but when I asked for refund than that vashi manager I not picking the phone

The failure of your managers
So it was about today when i went to see a movie with my family at 10:25 pm at inox elements mall jaipur , Rajasthan My family with my mom got stuck in the lift for about an hour and when i tried to call the manager the reply was " what can we do please dont call again " So in an hour anyhow the lift got opened and my mother started fainting and she was like out of breathe anyhow we managed to go to see the movie after an hour , neither the movie got restarted nor the manager coperated with refund , when we stood together to ask for refund the manager refused to do that and abused our family that he has good police connections and he will see what we could do.. So being a citizen of india my responsiblity was to inform inox as this is a good brand and expecting a reply for the refund and compensation of the things that happend today , expecting an early reply on my email before i raise a complaint against each and everyone of you

I booked 2 tickets for Sunday night 9:15 show for Rocky aur Rani ki Orem kahani at city center bhilwara At BMS sight for the days I chose there was extra leg space but actually the seats had less than normal leg space and it was an inconvenient experience

Have book the ticket but not get seat for sear very worst coustomer handle.its took till 1 hours to come with solution saying offering coke for free of cost which really not good .self offer return my cash saying not possible by team members which worst Services handle for coustomer i really upset will not come back( .818998****) the guy who handle me I'm attaching he's noumber above

Lost my purse at movie theater with cash and important documents.
I was there at neelyog ghatkopar west inox theater last night at 10:15pm show openhimmer screen 4 seat no k1 and k2. Lost my husbands purse of brown coloured with 11k cash and his important credit cards adharcard pan card n all. Tried to contact the theater they didnt showed any intreset on this kindly look in to this matter plzzz. It was important for us.

Booked wrong movie by mistake
I am planning to go see Barbie with a full group(9) on Saturday (22/07) (Quest 7:55PM) , I booked tickets for it and upon checking now I see bookmyshow has booked it for Friday (21/07)(Quest 7:55pm). I still intend to go on Saturday however I cannot go on Friday as I have another movie in another hall clashing at that time. I am willing to pay whatever transfer charges are needed as I have seen that tickets are available for Saturday however I cannot afford the full amount. Please help.

I couldn't avail the benefit of my debit card due to poor Staff knowledge. And they have booked 2 tickets and used my card without my permission. If I couldn't avail the offer they should have told me. Rather they booked 2 tickets whereas I was supposed to pay for only 1 ticket

Even after getting the ticket i was not allowed to enter the theater because of their mistake
I was not allowed to enter the inox theater even after purchasing the ticket. I booked ticket of 3:40 show as was refused as they said that theater is full.
