Useless
I tried a Groupon promotion and was really disappointed. I'm surprised that they are still in business. The advertised special price for metal prints was so good I just had to try it. My prints arrived in the mail within a reasonable amount of time, but the images were horrible. The metal prints I ordered were only 8' x 12". The images that arrived were full of noise (that is not on the original files) and the color was way off. The image files I submitted were of files I have had printed before with other printers multiple times and at various larger sizes in the past, and so I was shocked at the results. Needless to say the metal prints were useless to me.

TERRIBLE COMPANY
First, I waited over a month to get my prints. When I finally I received them and they were nothing like the photos I sent in. They were sized incorrectly, the frames were bulky and the printing quality was horrendous. So I asked for a refund or to have them reprinted. I sent them photos of the prints and when I feel they had done wrong. It took them over a week to get back to me and basically said I got what I ordered, and they refused to reprint them or give me a refund. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they said that "I can certainly pass your case off to the other managers here, but you will receive the same response." No matter who many times I said This is not what I ordered they denied my word and refused to do something about it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ink Doodle Metal Printing Service Review from Invermere, British Columbia
I have never been so annoyed with an online order. Ordered the 3 metal prints off groupon. First if all the website crashed multiple times during my order. The customer service lady was extreemly rude and not at all helpful. Anyways... i paid extra to expedite my order. It has now been over a month and still nothing. I have emailed numerous times and had no response. I will NEVER deal with them again and plan on connecting with groupon to reccomend they are taken off the site. Worst online experience ever.

Ink Doodle Canvas Review from Surrey, British Columbia
I placed an order April 2nd and it's now June 9th and I haven't received my order. I have emailed the company 5 times and only got 1 reply on May 17 stating my order is almost ready in final stage of stretching. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed with the amount of time it's taking and the lack of customer service provided. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this site via Groupon. I have contacted Groupon to help me deal with this as I just don't know what to do. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Not worth the stress I will just pay a little more and go to Costco next time.

Ink Doodle Delivery Service Review from Calgary, Alberta
I bought a groupon and ordered a photo canvas on March 5,2016. As a gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I figured it would take 4-6 weeks to get. I've ordered other canvas before and know that they take a bit to receive. After waiting over 2 months and not getting the canvas and checking online (only showed ordered submitted) I called the customer service number on my email confirmation. The lady said she would have to call me back because it looked like the item had not even been printed yet. I waited over a week to get a call back. I just called again and spoke with the same Asian lady (snotty women, who has no customer service skills at all) she pulled up my information again and said oh "your order has already been printed and we will email you when it is send out for shipping with the shipping number". Already?? Umm its May 17,2016 and it is only just been printed. I told her I was not impressed with the wait times and then she got rude so I hung up. I will never deal with this company again! The print better look amazing after all of this. I don't recommend buying anything from this company!

Broken Website
Completely broken website for the rolled canvas section. First, uploading function does not work on Firefox, it's missing the upload button entirely (what kind of *** coders did they hire?). Clicking any of the sources sends you back to the homepage. Do these *** even test anything on their website? Second, uploading works by Internet Explorer but there is no method of changing from vertical to horizontal. Meaning you have to either find a vertical version of your photo, or crop your horizontal badly, or flip your photo in another application. Literally every other competitor has this function to select horizontal or vertical. The idiots at Inkdoodle don't. There are literally dozens of other companies who will print canvas and none of them have a website this completely broken. Go with them until Inkdoodle can pony up the money for a coder who isn't completely incompetent.

Ugh. So i ordered 2 Canvases around Oct 29th, 2015 from Inkdoodle. I ordered them well in advance for Christmas 2015 Gifts for my Mom and my Girlfriend. One of them did arrive December 23rd, 2015. The quality was not that great, if someone would of took another 1-5 Minutes on it, i believe it could've looked way better, perhaps perfect. The folds where the canvass wraps around the frame could've been trimmed instead of folded in which shows creases and doesn't look good really. So i guess it is now become a "Rabs Project". Price was decent, a social shopper deal. I bought 2 Canvases and was thinking "Great, they can ship them together so I'll save" Wrong, i had to pay shipping for both items separately, suddenly the deal wasn't so great. Oh well, I'm ok with it, what's done is done. So then, i waited patiently for them to arrive and tracked the package, i received a package around December 23rd, 2015. Had only 1 Canvas in the package. I immediately emailed Inkdoodle and in a polite manner was just curious if the other one was on the way or? They emailedme back and said they apologize and it will come soon. No problem at all. Mid January i sent another email, a little more upset and explaining that this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. No reply, then i got a reply stating they would check with Shipping department and let me know. Can hardly imagine it takes tjis long. So now i got a few emails today, after i sent one a few days ago, it is now shipped! So for 3 Months i have been waiting for a Canvas that is located in Canada. Very disappointed with Inkdoodle's customer service, response time, product and not even offering a refund! Just thought I'd share, i probably won't be ordering anything from Inkdoodle again. #Inkdoodle #StepYourGameUp

Very late Christmas present
I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on 2nd December 2015. It is now 20th January 2016 and still no sign of it. At one point they contacted me to say that the carrier didn't recognize the address which I to,d them was completely correct and that I should not have to pay for shipping as waiting so long. That was a couple of weeks ago. I have to keep writing as there has to be a minimum of eighty words for some *** reason. If it still comes fine but obviously I won't be reordering any time soon.

Ink Doodle - Metal Prints Review from Ottawa, Ontario
My experience has sucked. First I order three metal prints in August. After a month or so I email to ask what is happening with my order and they say the printer is down. Two months later the same thing. I say to forget it and give me a refund and all of a sudden my order is printed. Approaching month five and I still haven't received my order or notified of its progress...or lack there of. I was really excited about this purchase and now it's just a waste of money and time.

POOr Quality!
I am a serious photographer and ordered three metal prints from inkdoodle.com, the metal prints arrived a month later. The colour is awful, its faded and not true to original. One of the metal prints has a scratch on it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have ordered many metal prints from other companies and have always been pleased. NOT WITH INKDOODLE.COM .
