After HVAC was installed, they responded to any issues with urgency during first few weeks. After a few years with mounting issues, tempers flared and they blacklisted me, saying do not contact them again. The unit still has years left under warranty, but they completely ignore me. Is this any way to run a business? I was angry and frustrated because of a huge investment that caused nothing but headaches and stress. I may have been abrupt, but they should offer compassion and understanding. When I was a retail manager, one rule that stood the test of time, a customer can yell at you, but dont you dare yell at a customer. Not always easy, IAQ Medics to follow the golden rule of business.
