Cannot access my app

I cannot access my app to pay my bill its getting annoying. I should be able to pay my bill online and I cannot.

Credit card payment

This is the most garbage credit card company i have ever used on my life i called in a payment for the full amount and its been like almost 7 buisness day and they still havent taken the money out if i were you id use premier bank before you even get off the phone they take their money out of your account i called woman said to and i quote "its a process" that is the most stupid comment i have ever heard in my life a credit card company that takes four holidays to even pull the money out once this bill is paid i will close the account cause this is beyond stupid them taking so long to take out money

Indigo is a very good credit card to start off for beginners who hasn't ever had a credit card. Very worth trying.

Unable to log in

I repeatedly tried to login. Error message says "unable to verify user credential".Called Customer Service and rep had me enter the same info I already did the same. User, password were not recognized. Very frustrating.

The company is terrible.....I had 4 cards because I kept getting hacked

This is the worst credit card I have ever had...they cancelled my card because I over paid and would sometimes make more than 1 payment to help my credit...so without notice it was cancelled...anyone you talk to there all have accents so you can't understand them... it's not their fault but this company is horrible

Newcard just got the part in the mail today try to activate and get a pin for cash install and they said they expected of fraud what is the problem I just got the card today in the mail

Just got a replacement card in the mail went and activated it asked for pin the pin I put in they said couldn't be used I thought it was an old pen I didn't know the pin cuz I don't know where the car is in the house and they took me a whole and then she says it's been located activity or frog I just requested a new part of the week ago I just got it so how to be a fraud somebody please contact me thank you

why haven’t money been credited to my account so far, I transferred it from the city bank on June 2.

No success for weeks as my acct continues to be blocked due to my change of address I have faxed copy of my license which has my current address spoken to a supervisor who promised to call but never .

No good communication customer service is horrible supervisor does not follow through. Ive been trying to solve this problem for weeks

I canceled the card. I dont want it. Stop emailing me the same thing. This the fourth duplicate email.

Cancel new credit card replacement

I have had nothing but problems with this company. You can on get $100 cash advance per day, they cannot change your PIN number at that moment they must send it through the mail which takes up to 3 weeks.

Make a payment

I decided to pay the 286 over the phone and then guy said that he canceled the 200 that I had scheduled but he lied and it caused my account to go into 100 dollars in overdraft fees and I also only got 200 of the 286 because for some reason the 86 is on hold until the 11th and my 200 won't be mailed out for 30 days. Talking bout f#$$ing up my life. Jesus christ that's bad business
