How Cheap are Airlines gonna get !! PAYING EXTRA FR FOOD SEAT..soon it wl be oxygen supply in d aircraft. Really Crap NO INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT NO FOOD ON A 7 HR FLIGHT. HORRIBLE .

Ticket name change

Require a indigo staff to help during check-in

Good Morning. I have my flight from Jammu to Mumbai via halt at Ahmedabad Gujrat on 15th August. Flight Timing is 10.50 A.M. PNR - Mr Saheb Singh Sablok - E1W33R Ms Gursheel Kour Sablok - DMVGQV. We have our twin babies with us. So it will be great support if we get a ground staff at Jammu Airport during check-in time.

Baggage rules

Sir, sub: confirmation number NF7D2WR32ZlCG209**** I am coming from NJ USA. I arrive in Aug 6th in Delhi. Leaving Hyd from Delhi in Aug 8th. Confirmation number as above. Would indigo allow one carry on and hang bag into plane like international flights ? I have medications to carry with me which should be kept in cool I cannot put then in check in. Complaint number 0200****

Sir This is a very serious matter.I need to complaint against Indigo service complaint no: 637**** .My son Nilay Trivedi took indigo flight Hyderabad to Manglore PNR NO:NPICMC under student fare travelling on 29/07/2023 8.30 p.m departure .We had check with customer care & also paid in advance extra baggage amt of Rs 900 & Student baggage allowance. Also we spoke to customer care & they confirmed that Laptop is not considered in hand luggage. On reaching the airport my son was charged extra hand luggage charges & they included laptop weight in hand luggage which was very wrong.After a very bad experience with indigo Hyderabad,paying all the excess charges over& above what we paid online,when my son reached Manglore,he luggage did not reach there. This is totally unacceptable& unprofessional.Regular follow up with indigo customer care number,they informed that his luggage is still in Hyderabad as they didn't have space in aircraft. Robbing & harrasment has becoming a main trait with IndiGo airline on regular basis. My son has reached his college campus yesterday night 11.30 with no luggage due to indigo negligence. Psychological & emotionally my son is in a low state as he had to go through such harrasment & his academic year begins from today Indigo Airline has indulged in extrosion of money as a main service with no services for the amount taken.Kindly note strict action has to be taken against the staff for negligence, Strict action refund of his travel fare,extra luggage charges taken by indigo& much more is mental harrasment due to IndiGo s negligence Revert back immediately on this urgent matter,a copy of this letter will go on Twitter, consumer complaint number as well. Staff is very bad

Indigo is very bad service .. I have faced a lot due to that they are totally wrong please dont book flight with this .. I have paid for luggage and they told me in very different way .. at bombay I was litttery cried due to this ..

Missing luggage

I was came 18th July form Bangladesh to Bahrain. But still i didn't found my luggage. what it was happen still i don't know. Inside was my important medicine, 20 kg meet beef, Jackfruts etc. i was make manullay complain in Bahrain Airport. Because form Bangladesh they was put sticker in my luggage but they didn't give me any duplicate copy. So i want to know how i can grt it?

My luggage was missing

My name is Shamsul alam.I was came 18th July form Bangladesh to Mumbai to Bahrain. But still I didn't found my toly. it was light blue collar. Flight no was form Bangladesh 6E1116 form Mumbai 6E1201. Form Bangladesh the Customs officer was put sticker in my toly but he didn't give me any duplicate copy. My important thing was inside the toly/ luggage.

Unethical behaviour by staff due to which we mentally harassed

As I already explained, we reached AirPort at check in counter by 10:15am and we were late because my 2.5 year old son did vomiting outside the terminal gate so we waited for 10-15 min there. We took boarding pass from counter and proceed and reached by 10:30am on boarding gate but unfortunately it got closed 2 minutes back. We were directed to go from another gate by requesting the staff there but she misbehaved rather listening my problem and she was least bother to assist me further. She asked to make another ticket which was not possible to afford another 18000/-. We gone to reservation counter there we requested for next connecting flight and we found 3 seats were available for which they were charging 2500/- per person so seeing child condition we asked to book the same by giving extra charges. But again staff want to harass us they denied to book ticket before 1pm. It was heights that we were not getting any help in such circumstances also from indigo. I called customer support for the same and they guided that staff can make ticket right away rather making you wait till 1pm so just request but staff not agreed on this irrespective of seeing the situation we going through. After 2 hours fight , she asked to talk to miss Poonam then she opened window for reservation but there was only 2 ticket left just because of there miss behaviour and ignorance we cant able to take another flight too. We keep on waiting and they asked for 7 hour journey from 3:20pm to 10:30pm which was impossible still we took and flied and in my notice we got entry in this flight at 3pm and door was open till 15 min before. At Chennai, lady staff took our hand baggage and keep in cargo without our permission in which I was carrying my son medicine and all important things used in emergency. Staff denied to get me my hand baggage. I asked for continue seats on counter and that foolish person told he provided continue only but he lied us as it was not continue. Overall after so many harassment and misbehaviours by indigo in one day we reached 11pm and my son was on its peak level and got more sick for next 4 days in kochi. We cancelled all bookings etc . This made our journey worst then ever and would take legal action against such staff members and would have all my refunds.

Resolved: Worst service and worst experience due to which we missed flight

Worst flight ever. I was having flight on 17th July 2023. I reached at boarding by 10:15am and done all process and reached gate 2 at 10:30am with my 2.5 year old son who was sick. Due to small kid unwellness he done vomiting on gate before boarding due to which we reach 5 minutes late on gate. But aircraft door everything was open and it was in there hand to help but they not and ask to make another ticket and behaved rudely. On one side baby was not well and on other side they were doing mental harassment 2-3 hours continuously. We missed flight, then they were not helping to get connections flight too finally after a fight and customer care they took 7500/- extra for 3 people and provided 7 hour journey flight which drop by 10:30 pm due to which my son got severe sick for 4 days. We cancelled all bookings in kochi and was not out of all these situations. Financially great loss and son health got severe which called for all emergencies in hotels. I would like to sue that lady who mentally harassed us and refund me all my tickets cost with 7500/- extra charges.
