After I called, they provided me with the reason why they might have not accepted the documents. Then customer service contacted the people who work with the appeals and the next day the same worker called me to let me know my account was up and running again.

My employer account was disabled, however, I have done everything in my power to try to get it enabled again. I appeased the disabling of my account and a robot has been answering the last 3 days that I have been trying to get my account re-enabled. Every time I send the files to verify my account, so I can re-enable my account, the robot has been making up delusional excuses for why my files "didn't meet the requirement". Not to mention, the robot has been telling me that it will help me fix the problem today! But all the replies from them come at around three in the morning. I've started to believe my account was disabled simply because I didn't want to pay to advertise my jobs. However, how do you expect me and others using this website to want to pay for such terrible service? It is a Friday, and we tried to call the Indeed number to see if maybe a real human can help solve this absolute mess, nonetheless, we can't seem to get in contact with any real human beings. When I called, the voicemail told me to call the next business day. It is a Friday at 1 pm and when I tried to search for the Indeed business schedule I couldn't find it anywhere. We are opening a family business, and it would be more than appreciated if indeed could figure out how to have an efficient customer help service.

I recently tried to contact Indeed through your customer service Canada line and was told to access Indeeds Help Page online, where I had recently been trying to find answers regarding employers contacting me to invite to apply for their positions. My question is, are employers themselves connecting with me or is Indeed constructing these invite to apply on behalf of employers? I was working at the job for a month now I was supposed to get pay April 11, 2023 never got paid and now they not answering the phone. I got three different numbers and none of them is working.
