Took $, computer rejected card registration, can't contact a person
One tel. no. is disconnected ("headquarters"), 3 are answered by a computer that hangs up on me, & one is answered by a lady who says she is in Asia & won't give the name or address of the co. or discuss anything pertinent.

Missing funds that I loaded onto my card and it never made it to the card! REDICULOUS
They said that they dont talk to customers! Only the businesses! But I told them they sure in the *** uavw my damn money!

Vanilla Gift card issue
I purchased a gift card for $400. I used the card one time, with a remaining balance over $300. The card wouldn't work the next day, even thought webpage showed an available balance over $300. The message at the top of the screen stated tat the card had been placed on hold, and to call customer care immediately. I did, and sat on hold for over 4 hours. I was told that they would send me a replacement card, took my name, address, etc...and would not provide a claim# or case #. When I pressed for some kind of tracking number, the guy hung up on me!doAvoid this company

Waiting hours and hours with ZERO help called walgreen vanilla gift card help line only to put to another help line where i tried 3 times for a person only to be put on hold for 1 hour each time still with no help. All i want is to get my card fixed. Consumed incomm also does nothing to help. Dont buy visa vanila gift card.

Cast # 5615**** and 5615**** the cards are not working had this problem with these cards about five or six months been calling calling send paperwork call again send paperwork went to the store they cannot activate it there I got two cards worth $100 and cannot use them my number is 916-320-**** my address is 7754 18th Street the number of the card on front one of them is 4097-58****491997 the second one is 409758-****25-6014 I will like to have new cards please been going through this issue for months and months

This is the 2nd card from Vanilla Gift (InComm) that was breached. Both were drained before I used them for the 1st time. I feel it has to be an employee of theirs because the purchases are very similar and for very small amounts over a couple of days, and the card never left my wallet. The first card was replaced for the full remaining balance but the 2nd one has been in dispute since 01/03/23. They issued a new card, but it was short with no reason why given. I have called them and the service rep had no idea why and sent an email twice to the fraud support team and I haven't heard back from anyone. The wait on the phone is usually 45 minutes and I think they do that so callers will just give up and go away. I am sure they know they have a problem with dishonest employees with access to gift card numbers and their security codes. Stay away from tis company at all costs.

Read carefully!!! On 4/5/23 I purchased a Vanilla gift card at Walmart at 1201 Grindstone PKWY, Columbia, Mo. I put $50.00 on the card. But 24hrs later, when I checked the bakance, it read $00.00. On the transaction line I saw on one line I saw the following, "SQ*Jamie {{Redacted}}-O2002DB08348 4/5/23, 1159AM. So it looks like this person has my $50.00. AND I WANT IT BACK!!! I don't know who Jamie {{Redacted}} is. Maybe you do. I've made repeated calls to Vanilla Gifts and have yet to speak with a human being. The elecronic voice keeps telling me my card # is invalid. If you happen to have a human being somewhere in your organization, he/she can reach me @ 573-529-****,or by e-ail dgvb55@***.com PLEASE, SOMEBODY WITH A BODY RESPOND!!!

Disappointed on purchase & Service
Purchase a vanilla gift card, as soon as I purchased my card I was not able to use it at all was locked, called the number on cards, and was told it was locked due to suspicious activity, been over a month I havent been helped cant believe they havent fixed this security issue with cards . Wont recommend anyone buying or doing business associated with gift cards at all.

Incomm and my vanilla are crooked as he'll. They ripped me off for thousands don't trust them remove your money and run. Liars, they stole my money for seven months and I will probably break the law to get even. It's my only choice they are in concert with the feds who are directing them to leave mea pauper but I am not. *** incomm I am going to end someone there I promise. At war I will win. Subversion.

Got to gift cards for $100 each called it and it said it was $100 on each card but the card was not working took it back to the school they returned it and I now see zero on the card trying to put the money back on the card please help I send pictures and documents thank you

I bought a steam card, when pulled of code strip code last letters were not there. Went back to store, they could not help. Contacted you and you've not helped. In other words, I got ripped off buying a steam card and would highly recommend no one buy one. The company seems unwilling to help at all.never

All I have been given is nothing but a runaround with their customer service and fraud dept. Everybody just passed the buck I am very frustrated with their customer service and I even tried to go on line to put in the report and all I got was opps something went wrong...

I was looking for a rental car and I was going down a list of numbers and I called this number on the list and asked him if they were the car rental and he said yes and he told me it was 50 for the rental and 250 for the deposit and told me that american express was running a deal on car rentals but I had to get a prepaid American express card and give him the information that was needed and he would call me back with the confirmation number and I called him back a few minutes later I called the number and it had been disconnected and I called the customer service on the card and my money was gone
