Have not received orders

Didn't receive my hotel $500 gift card and was charged for it I have received my other orders but not the hotelgift card!

For a return

I'd purchased my certificates about three weeks ago. Since ordering, the merchant's restaurants has closed and numbers are out of service. I need to know the procedure in returning for a full refund.

No customer service phone number that actually works. Pandemic is over... Quit blaming everything on that!!!

Voucher number is not active. Help takes up to 10 days??? Also did an online Help chat, but system wanted my credit card information so it could charge me $1.00, that would be fully refundable. That's nuts¡!!!

Did not get product.

On 12/12/2022 18:14;50 I ordered a Sams Club Membership Card. Did not get it. I ordered again the Sams Membership Care on 2/16/2023. I filled out all the forms and want to Sam;s club for Card and was charge full price for the card. I had that $52 removed from my credit card but still have the your charges on my Personal card. Did not receive what I paid for. No refund either.

On Feb 27th I paid for a voucher on Sweet Deals. They took the money but I got no voucher. Phone number is non working. Emailed with automatic response of high volume due to holiday season. No holiday. To date April 2 I have not received refund or voucher. To me its a scam company.

Never received my certificates...

I purchased $150.00 worth of certificates on Jan. 24, 2023 I am still waiting for them 2 months later... Their phone number has been disconnected... I am still waiting for a return email. People stay away from this company... All radio stations need not to hired them either.. They make the station look bad too!!!

I have waited over three weeks as promised, but have been charged for the item on Feb 17th, 2023 and have seen nothing, nor can I get a reply for the company.

My credit card was charged on Feb. 17th for Never Expired stamps in the amount of $51.99. The original purchase said it would be mailed and a confirmation would be received via email. Never received either and have tried contacting them numerous times. Read on one response that it would take 3 weeks to deliver. This is March 12th and I have not received item or a response from IncentRev. I only have so much time to dispute the bill on my credit card, so this is ridiculous.

Fraud

You put sweet deals on sale at 9a.m. and they are sold out at 9:01a.m. which is fraud!!! I won't with this fraudulent company!!

K Town Tavern out of business

I purchased a coupon for K town, and they are now out of business. When I tried to get information about how to get this replaced, I was not able to reach any person. How do I get reimbursement/compensation for purchasing a coupon that is no longer redeemable?
