Need help verifying my number/ account
I need to update my email and phone, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. I do not have access to my old email or phone number so I can not verify my account to retrieve my money.

Yes I have been trying to reach out to inboxdollars to update my phone number for over a week no response and the phone number does not work! I can't cash out my reward at point I feel scammed I worked days to get up to that amount now I feel like my time was very much wasted truly a pissed consumer

I have emailed InboxDollars customer support multiple times trying to get my phone number updated and still do this day is not been updated I have done the face identification verification whatever which requires front back of my Maryland state ID and a selfie that looks the left to the right and I've done that too no maybe three times and it says it's been verified says that I can go to update my account and I still am not able to do that I am not happy

First of all the phone number you have attached to this is not at valid phone number it's not 651 that's not it's a wrong number

I haven't been credited over $200 for Playing games
I have submitted numerous activities support request where I have downloaded and played the games that are provided by then and haven't been credit I have submitted along with the request screenshot of when I opened the email they sent and it takes me to the offer and they act dumb asking for proof when it's originally sent with the support they act dumb even asking you how can they help when you explaining in the email to begin with.

Problem with cashing out
Everytime I try to cash out, they prompt me to send a code to my phone to verify that it's me. Well every single time I try to do that, it gives me an error sign telling me the code can't be sent. I'm tired of trying to reach you over this issue. Please correct this, so I can get paid. Thank you.

Years of complaints and issues.
Years of complaints have gone unanswered. Surveys are extremely difficult to qualify for. I would say you qualify for ever one out of fifteen. The had a prize wheel, that miraculously always landed on 2 prizes, for years. I questioned them once, they removed my account behind it. I filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint, and Miraculously, my account reappeared. If they simply ran a legitimate operation, there would be no reason to complain. However, they, do not. I am not one to overlook being cheated. No matter how small the miniscule the subject matter is.

Inability to directly contact support and survey issues
First, there is no way to contact your support without an Activity. When you click the Click Here link for a missing activity, nothing happens. I consistently have this problem. Why is it that EVERY time I try to take a high paying survey (this was worth $5.00) it's blank? If it's $0.25 or $0.75, it works flawlessly. But I have NEVER had a high paying survey that didn't go to a blank screen. And there is NEVER a record of this in my activity so I can't contact support. SurveyJunkie works flawlessly AND it's easy to get support. What is your problem other than making money off you users and could care less about fixing their problems? I am very frustrated by this and the needlessly difficulty I had trying to find a way to reach you. I'm almost to the point of cashing out, closing my account, giving your app a poor rating, and telling my 7000+ followers not to use your app.

Not receiving payment
I have waited a few days to receive my 15$ PayPal payment and it has not went through yet and I am still waiting to receive my payment but I do not think it will go through and I will be very upset if it doesnt go through please please please fix this issue I spent a lot of my time on the surveys for inbox dollars
