My new floaty keeps deflating

This order was canceled on 6/28/23 by your company and I still have not recived my refund. Amazon policy is 5-7 days and I've attepted to contact your company through Amazon with no reply. Please advise when my refund will be processed.

Damaged Hayward filter. I reported it and sent them pictures. Their customer service people seemed to want to help, but I suspect the level above them could care less about the customer.
Defective hayward filter out of damaged box. Filter ordered on 6/17/23 ,received on about 6/21/23. Box had damage (holes in it) which I reported before item was unboxed. When I hooked up filter, water squirted out of crack on the filter head. Reported this and sent pictures. Phoned them everyday as pool season is short in Northeast. I receive lip service from customer service people. I suspect its not the customer service people, but the next level above them that dragged things out. Finally was told I would have the part on July 5th. We will see. There are so many options out there; why would anyone shop at this pool store anymore. I will report it to consumers and see what happens. They should not be able to do business in the state of New York anymore!

The pool was fine,the pump worked for 1year and then would not start, fixed it on my own. Pool liner tore all around the top as we tried cleaning and refill with clean treated water. Was told (it's your fault and buy a better liner from someone else). Really someone else &they are a pool supply company. Will never buy from them ever.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Customer service is a disgraceful! Delivery never happened, I have been blown off for 3 weeks, yet they took my money, and now I'm told in possibly another 7 days I will receive my money back. They forgot to ship my order once the label was created. I've contacted them 5 times prior to this time so how did they forget to ship?! Ivespent countless hours trying to find my pool cover I ordered, and they now say they forgot to ship. They are rude, unorganized, don't return calls when they say they will have a manager contact you! I will never order from in the swim!! Worst pool company, delivery, customer service I have ever seen!!

I ordered 2 bottle of stain away $27.99 each Only received 1,would like other bottle to be shipped Every time I order things are shipped separately and something always never comes. Bought a pool ladder , opened box ladder was poor quality wanted to return , return was denied because we opened the box up .

Return policy
I have been loyal customer since 1982 (40) years and have never had a problem till now. I ordered some supplies recently, when I opened the shipment I realised I had missordered a product. When I contacted ITS I was told they would not accept the return. I will never use the mail order company again, several of my neighbors and friends have agreed to boycott them also based on my experience.

Terrible product and customer service
Terrible product as well as overall company. We bought the ultra Solar cover with the 8 year warranty in March 2021. Just after one year, the bubbles started falling off leaving us to deal with tons of little plastic pieces floating in the water. The company said bubble damage is not covered by the warranty because its due to the owner not properly balancing their pool. I found this a bit offensive because we balance the chemicals on a regular basis. A complaint was made to the BBB and all they were willing to do was give me a 15% discount on another cover. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs!!!

Missing parts
After multiple phone calls five attempts to even speak to a manager and the manager was a complete *** Ive asked multiple times for a shipping label to return the product and get a full refund but they have a problem with sending that out also.all I want is a full refund I think the call center is in India.

Broken parts ive been waiting on a scammer to be sent back it was broken upon receiving it they said only sent back the broken part not the whole thing this is one month later I still havent received that and Im just now told I have to send the whole thing back so they can replace it one month later companies a joke a complete *** joke

Horrible Experience!!
We ordered nearly $2,000 worth of Epoxy pool paint and Epoxy Primer. We were charged for every order, and the company was paid, but they then proceeded to send multiple boxes of the wrong products. They give FedEx nos. only for FedEx to tell you there's no record of that number. I now have to spend time taking pictures of the wrong products they sent in order for them to confirm they sent the wrong products. I honestly do not know how this company can have the customer satisfaction rating it (falsey) advertises.This company deserves zero stars!

Item Not delivered as told!!
ordered 50lbs of chlorine at cost of $280.00 on Friday 5/19/22 told it was next day delivery! Next day NO delivery! Called everyday and many chats online with there reps. No Chlorine They took my charge my card real fast, but now they don't care about me. DON'T I repeat DON't Get RIPPED Off By them, take Business else where!

Defective pool pump
Bought pump end of summer last year. Used for one week and put away. Went to connect it for use two days go and the top plastic piece to hold the lid on broke off. Very cheap or was already cracked previously. I would like a new one or a refund asap
