Terrible food
I recieved very bad food last night from the las vegas location off of flaming/sandhill. ordered 2 doubles /combos the bread was so stale right out of the drive through fries cold, and i eat here once a week.

French fries were petrified, my burger was also 'old''
I love French fries. The last time i had in and out was about a year ago and it was awesome!! I was so disappointed today; I didnt drive around to drive through again because the line grew so long. My fries literally looked petrified; they certainly tasted 2,3 days old. The burger on my burger was also old. This is very disappointing

My Daughter bday
So out of all the places my daughter and a few of her friends wanted in N out so i made a stop at the drive thru in Lancaster it was a total of 7 combos and we only got 3 orders one was missing the fries i was so mad ... I live almost 16 minutes away and with this gas prices... I didnt even bother going back and ended up getting her pizza for delivery .. waisted money, time ...

Double double hardly had lettuce in it
Hi, I ordered in and out I for dinner for everybody at home last night. We had four double doubles and one cheese burger. All the burgers had very little lettuce in it. Whats going on?? I ordered from In and out Westlake village, California location. Its been out go to dinner place and most of the time it is wonderful, but this past order was not good. I understand its very busy on Friday evenings but there shouldnt be an excuse for the quality of food being offered.

We went thru drive thru and orders were sorta messed up and forgot a few orders of fries I sorta understand it was a big order asked for vanilla shake got strawberry but I love in n out

Missing food
In-N-Out Burgers I shop there. every week on my payday even though it's very hard times this year however I have five children I go there every Thursday night I had to order for All My children including myself one of the orders was missing the burgers and fries and the milkshake was missing I came back and then did I paid in cash the manager responded it was no way he could check it out or give me back my money or order I'm just upset with that because I go there every week so hopefully in Riverside California on Indiana the In-N-Out Burger maybe you could kind of bring that up to them because I shop there every week thanks for hearing me out

Have you seen their burger? If not, you would need help to. This is a lettuce sandwich which soggy buns. The So-called burger is so small Krystals and White castle are serving full sides of beef. There is no meat the patty is thinner than a common breakfast sausage. This cheap food chain is a disgrace calling itself fast food. They only need a single ribeye to provide a days meals. This place should never survive calling itself a burger Take it back out west where folks like finger food. If your a Vegan this is your piece of meat. Never eating there again.

01-07-21 2:33:51PM transaction #7224 from the receipt i hold in front of me... while in Line at the store, an employee opened the doors for 2 gals walking dogs. Both gals brought a dog into the restaurant, one Golden Retriever and one Doberman Pincer. With all the Covid issues and all else at this new location, allowing dogs into the restaurant too? Is this even ok non Covid? Neither animal had a service dog vest or anything. Needless to say I tossed my food post leaving drive through. Moved here from LA and was super excited to eat at my favorite chain... I am highly disappointed. Not happy at all with any of this at the moment.

Font allow them to rush you and male mistakes they won't correctdont let them rush I and if there not friendly and polite and mlI know there is an epidemic crisis out here and a lot of business are having to close.. . That is still no excuse for the mix up and unprofessional attitude. I love in and out . when there at there best they are the bomb. I was in the hemet in and out on Thursday. I went inside to have my order taken and thought. That was easy. Wrong !!! I got my order and. The order was mixed up so bad. I ordered double doubles and got singles. I asked for well done fries and got almost burnt. I ask for two chocolate shakes and one vanilla and I got three root beers. I thought maybe I had been given the wrong order and took it back in to explain to them they gave me the wrong order. Expecting apologie I got well this is what you ordered. I took it myself. I repeated the order back to you.and you said it was right. ? The order wasn't right and waited over 15 more minutes for the manager to come deal with me and never saw one. I never got my order replaced my food was cold and I never revived a apologie from anyone for service or why the manager wouldn't step in. I was in tears and exhausted. I felt like I was slapped in the face. . I would like to have my refund back. I also like for them to replace my order properly and to be happy to correct this issue. I am a senoir citizen and I. Deserve the respect and. Appreciation for being there. Please don't let me down.

I went through IN n out drive thru and ordered 4 meals and when I went to pay I tried to use my gfcard that had .26 cents since I have tried to use it at restaurant several times but confirmed it had balance and still have it now since it didnt work. Also after I paid for my meals I found that he missed one meal drink. When I asked for my drink they said it wasnt on receipt. I went ahead and paid for the fourth drink. I feel it wasnt my mistake and yet I paid for it. The animal style fry container was almost falling apart when I pulled from bag. I believe I paid for an extra burger looks like it says 5 burgers. The rootbeer float had no ice cream tasted like a cream soda. For spending that much money I feel it left me unsatisfied. Will never buy gift cards here again.

i think its very wrong and unsafe to put workers outside to take order when its over 94 . Especially when the weather says unhealthy air quality. That is brutal and not ok.

Vegi burger has no "burger"
On August 17th my wife and I stopped at In n Out. She asked if there was a veggie burger, and being told there was one, ordered it. Later she found the "veggie burger" contained only lettuce, tomato and grilled onions? If somebody forgot to put in the veggie burger, that's a mistake. If there is no "burger" in the veggie burger, that's fraud. Normally, we are very happy with this chain but tonight was an experience in "tastelessness". bjsheppard@***.com

so me and my wife went to In-N-Out Burger on 6/28 2020 at 1:19 a.m. the transaction number was 4 6 8 6 we had a Frye animal pride large pink lemonade chocolate shake vanilla and a cheeseburger the cheeseburger wasn't fully cooked the fries were still raw the pink lemonade just tasted funny and the chocolate shake was just horrific my name is Vernon Carter

Order 30 bucks of food here on average. Paid for my food, noticed a tiny split cup to seperate the milkshake...asked nicely if i can get one for my 4 yrs old since his bro dnt like sharing. The kid kept insisting he cnt, 5 minutes goes by and we got nowhere, its not a big deal but by now im heated. I gotta swipe my card again just for another shake when a split cup milkshake is about 2 ounces. I ask for manager, they consorted for 20 sec than the manager comes up and directly says srry but we cnt give out free food without asking me anything first. Im thinking wtf...did i ever say free anywhere? I asked them to take my large shake and split it in two for me and these *** make it seem like im begging for food after i just paid 30 bucks...maybe 3 times a week here...they get paid double minimum wage and lack the brain of a child to solve simple problems let alone this idiot wanabe manager ...to stand and argue over some petty things with regular customers makes me think why these franchisee are losing to mom and pops who talks to customers with respect and understanding.understanding.dnt d
