Imtools uses unethical business practices. They agreed to a full refund and din not refund any of my money and stopped communication with me.
The up sell links have no shopping cart to see what you have purchased. When I contacted support they told me that is what most of thier customers purchase and I said that is not what I wanted and requested a refund. After I contacted my credit card company and put in a dispute they Imtools support agreed to a refund but they would not follow through and stopped communicating with me. Avoid IMtools at all cost.

ImTools is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I would give it 0 stars if I could Clearly these are scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I had the same experience. I purchased the software, wasn't given all I purchased. After a week I got 2 of 3. I asked for a refund, they said no. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they told me that the account would be sent to a collections company if I continued with the dispute. They also locked me out of all the programs I purchased because of the dispute. They said they would partially refund me and restore my access to the programs I had if I canceled the dispute. I canceled the dispute and no I am being ghosted.

These people spam you until the end of the universe. Don't do business with them at all. How are you I would stay absolutely away from this company just because they spam.

First, you receive an email from Shaun Archer and after paying for a GPTDash Pro Agency Plan, Imtoos sent an email with the username and password and when I access the account, it has only the basic plan. After a week of trying to ask for their support to solve the issue, they informed me more than one time, that I have changed my e-mail (I just use the same e-mail, never change), so they are not able to solve the problem. And after searching again for another site, which seems to be the original one, I sent the claim and they give me the following feedback that "If you purchased GPTDash or any of our products from IMTools I regret to inform you that IMTools is not an authorized seller of this product. They have no ability to create access to our product and appear to be attempting to circumvent our systems to make money by scamming their customers." So, take care! Jonas

Content Reel - Scam confirmed by Software Manufacturer

Ordered Content Reel through affiliate ANDREW HUNTER andrew@***.traffictrainingvideos.com. Receipt provided by NRL Media, Delaware - If you have any questions, contact us at support@***.com. The login details provided take you to ImTools landing page. Instructed now to use different log in credentials that did not work. The log in details belong to another person, so now logging in with another individuals email address. Official complaint registered with ImTools and Andrea replied stating it would be sorted for me. The owner of Content Reel is VineaSX who informed me, "After investigating, we discovered that you purchased from IM Tools, who are not authorized to resell our product and are not affiliated with us. They are scammers. To get your money back, we recommend filing a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. In the future, be sure to only purchase from us or legitimate affiliates". UPDATE: IMTools offered me a 50% refund which I rejected. Now taking this to global awareness through my social media influencer channels. Will also be taking legal action against the individual that collected my money and issued the receipt. Will keep you updated

I bought there Clickagency Software
Clickagency does not work, I was sent someone else's details to log in too, And nothing else, No actual Software they Advertised as Clickagency Automatic Blog Posts and videos, All A Scam, I so wish I never Bothered, I'm, in the process of trying to get my money back from my credit card company which is not as easy as I thought, Don't Waste Your Money!!

Refusal to refund, then locked out of account
Their web funnel seems designed to trick you into purchasing a $300 product instead of the low end $39 version. When I asked them to refund the difference, I got the total run-around from their "help" on Zen Desk. Eventually was locked out of my account, which, as another reviewer has mentioned, involves a "shared" login. This is a scam of the worst variety. Do not be fooled.

I, too, was scammed by this so-called company. I did a lot of research and found out they claim to be Imtools, but in fact are really operating under the name of NRL Media Inc. They are located in Lewes, Delaware. In fact they are operating out of a house. I think if enough of us got together, we could and should file a class action lawsuit against them. Please see below the Google map showing their exact location.

TOTAL SCAM
They buy the software under assumed emails and resell the logins through IM tools. It's a SHARED LOGIN and your account is shared with some random person. Fake landing pages cloned from the original landing pages- no support- RUN! DO NOT BUY from them!

IMTools is a Scam
This company is a complete scam. They have a product that they will deliver but unless you take all their upgrades, it isn't very good. I immediately asked for a refund and 13 days later, even though they say if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you get a 100% satisfaction guarantee refund, they are giving me the run around, not responding to emails, and pretending they need approval from management. This is a total scam. Stay away from IM Tools products.

I bought content reel from Im tools and I have been unable to sign in to the peosuct since I bought it. Imtools has not put the problem right for me so I asked for a refund. They offered me other products in which I refused as there was nothing there i wanted. I have emailed them several times and told them that they have sold me a product that is useless and doesn't work. Don't trust imtools. Co they will rip you off and keep your money
