This company is a fraud. There pop Up window is a fraud. Charged my credit Card. Now I am having my credit Card Company deal with my account getting a credit for this charge.

Why I get charged for this application
I thought when I filled out the renewal application for my green card it was from immigration, I didn't know this is a website were I have to pay for, what I can do because I didn't want to get in this or why this appears when i only want to apply on my own

Very bad never reply to us ever about our application

My neighbor is here from Hondurans illegally. He was sent back to hondures but has returned after they asked me for money to help pay for a coyote which I did not give them any money.

Why I didnt get a 100% refund?
I started doing my citizenship application when I decided to discontinue the process. They charged me on my visa $195 but I only got a refund of $150? Why is that possible when I didn't even finish or submit my application.
