Complaining to better business bureau

False facebook advertisement They wanted to tell me it was free with a $599 deposit that I would get back after a six week challenge How does 6 weeks free go to 6 week challenge accepted upon a $599 deposit? Oh that I get back if I beat the challenge I will be going to higher departments to resolve this act of deception.

They do not respond when you try to cancel membership

They ignore you and charge your card without authorization. They do not respond to texts emails or phone calls.

Studio closure - Membership Refund

My studio closed due to covid and I have over $400 of unused classes. I tried emailing corporate that informed me to contact my closed studio which is impossible since all emails and calls are unavailable. I would like a refund for all my unused classes as I did not receive any credit or refund and it has been over 3 years now. Corporate has been no help and unwilling to assist with finding a resolution. Lacks empathy

Totally Displeased

Day one was a horrible experience and the phone calls prior were worse. You cant hear the caller and you end up with a headache by the end of the conversation. Prior to the first booked class and receiving confirmation of a 5:15 class by email, we arrive 30 minutes prior as requested only to be told we cannot wait and had to return at 5:15 because class does not start until 5:45. No one EVER made mention of a 5:45 class. We return at 5:20 for the now 5:45 class to be told we need to reschedule. Of course we resist because now the miscommunication on the part of ILKB is not even being acknowledged even after showing the email we received confirmed a 5:15 class Luke was apologetic but this little girl Gabbi was very obnoxious, extremely rude, unprofessional and continued to insert her unsolicited feedback even when asking her to not speak to me. She even said she will call the cops but unbeknownst to her, I am the cops. I told her to go ahead as she continued to try kicking us out. She surely cannot be what you want to represent your entity as. Her behavior was extremely inappropriate as she offered no accommodation to what occurred. We received calls from Cece and the manager Kristine to make scheduling arrangements and are extremely displeased with the entire process as well as the way your miscommunication was handled. We will be requesting refunds and writing a more formal notice to your headquarters. I would advise the local community to not partake in supporting this facility.

Not able to contact

My location closed no warning and I have I believe 18 sessions left and would like to get a refund but I call and they are not on service

I need a refund

The phone number provided is not in service. Is there any other number I can try. They probably have so many customer complaints they're avoiding they don't even have an active phone number to speak to someone about a refund that is owed to use. It's ridiculous that I had to go to the post office and send a certified letter to cancel. Paid another $8 and still haven't received my refund

Customer service socks. Nobody is helping me get my refund from July.

I canceled my membership, followed all the correct steps and I haven't received my $255 refund. I called the gym they can't help me. I emailed the email address for refund 5 times no response. There's no number to call. This is ridiculous that I have to beg for my refund.

Refund inquiring

I wanted to end my membership to the Dempster location and submitted a request via email. I was still charge for the service and when I reached out to get a refund I was given the runaround for two weeks and still had not received it.

Refund for service not rendered

They have *** poor management. Services promised and not rendered. They did not hold up their end of the bargain and took my money. SORRY *** PEOPLE. also, they tried charging me a cancelation fee without sending me a cancelation contract.

Membership Cancellation

All I can say is Once you give them your account info, you will not be able to cancel your own membershipthey will make it extremely difficult for you to cancel your membership as they continue to take fees from your account each month SCAM!!!

I need to cancel my membership but the gym I was going changed its name and now they cant help me at all

Overcharged

I am still pissed. I requested a biweekky auto pay and ilkb is taking payments weekly. Matybe I need to tell my bank to stop all payments. I called a few weeks ago and the matter hasn't been resolved!!!
