Order mistake and manager did not help

Order was placed online for PICKUP. When I arrived they said door dash picked up order I told that was incorrect and could they remake order. They refused and I am being charged for food and I dont have it and the store manager refused to help me. Please help. Here is a copy receipt with managers name who was very rude!

Bad experience with Manager very rude and unprofessional

Ordered food and did not receive everything that came with the order one order had French toast both didnt have pancakes. Was on my way out of town, so I called to let them know, and they did not answer the phone for two days. My boyfriend went back out there to let them know what happened, and the manager said, he's been there before with his wife which I am not his wife, and we had not been there and basically said we should've returned the food, very confused. What does that have to do with anything? I eat there all the time and hes not with me. I was on my way out of town. How would I return something back and then I called to let you know, and you did not answer the phone for two days. I don't need to come and try to get a free meal. I went there to let the manager know they messed up on my meal, and I end up ordering two more of the breakfast items I originally didnt get when I purchased two days before and walked out. I didnt want my money back. I just wanted my food done correctly, and that was not the case.

Worst visit I have ever had

I walked in with my family of 6 they said the wait was a hour.we patiently waited.we got our food and all of it was cold .we sent the steak tips back because it was under cooked so we sent it back,the new stake tips came out and they wear still raw so I sent them back the cook came out and started to threaten my family.i told my children to go to the car..and the cook started to run to the kitchen and said you want that fire I got a weapon. I was appalled. I will never spent my hard earned money there again.you can't even go out to eat in peace without these hood rats acting up

Cockroach with breakfast

Came here for an early morning breakfast. I did not like this cockroach or the rude manager who made coffee for himself sat at a table but did not attend to my as a guest or send anyone to serve. I was sitting for like 10 minutes till I went to him asked why... See pics of cockroach served after breakfast. Location Houston 59-Kirby.

Issues

I went into the twin falls idaho ihop and it was deadly hot in there they must not have a the ac working. But when I looked around all the the waitresses were super hot and looked like they needed cooling down. I feel like thats just not ok for them to do to their employees and it needs to be fixed

My ihop account was misused by someone

I received an email that an online order was placed using my ihop online account . 193218****866**** is the order number . I live in California and the order was placed in Missouri, Columbia. I called the store immediately and spoke to someone called Rachel who directly said she does not have visibility to online order and asked me to call the number mentioned in the email . I mentioned I called because its a fraudulent transcript and she mentioned she cant help . Tried calling customer service and did not have an option to talk to someone . Mailed via your app using contact us . If you provide online ordering you should also provide an ability for the customers to report issues but this does not seem good way of reporting such fraud transactions . I changed my password to my online account .

Complaint on restaurant

My fiance and I ordered 2 breakfast platters through GrubHub. The location sent 1 fork and 1 syrup for 7 pancakes. I called back and the manager said call GrubHub or either I had to come and pick it up when I clearly stated on the app condiments and utensils.

Nasty Food

I ordered the pancake breakfast and when it came out my hash browns was cold and the rest of the food was nasty. I reordered the same thing and it still was nasty. So I left very upset.

We paid for our meal and the next day my bank statement said a different amount. My wife and I were just there to celebrate our wedding anniversary for breakfast .

Disgusting restaurant Warrensburg Missouri

Food snob here. I drive across country rating restaurants for GOOGLE. Normally I do not waste my time putting reviews on the actual website for the restaurant. I don't know how many people actually read it or how many people it would actually reach, so I don't generally waste my time, but being this is such a small town, I'm assuming this does reach a vast number of people here in Warrensburg. My husband and I reviewed APPLEBEE'S for dinner last night and they were, from host, to server, to the GREAT! We got up today and were excited to review iHop before we hit the road to our next destination. Ahhh, famous iHop, where the pancake variety seems endless and they promise smiles from ear to ear. Today, sadly, was NOT a smile ear to ear day. Hard to believe when you order pancakes that your whole morning is about to make you upset. We entered the establishment and we're not greeted. The girl at the counter that is the hostess stared at us for a minute or two and said, "just 2?" And we replied with a yes and she took us to a booth and asked us if that would be okay. We told her it would and we took our seats. She politely said our waitress would be with shortly and she walked away. Another girl, that was our waitress, I'd say around 15 or 16 years old, approached our table. Laid down two menus and asked us what we would like to drink, there was no chit chat. There was no good morning. How are you? It was just very; I don't want to be here. I told her that I would like an ice water with lots and lots of ice, my husband asked if they had any whole milk or if it was just 2%, she said I believe we have both but I could be wrong, and I said just bring him milk if it's whole. If not, he'll take something else. A short time. Later she came back out with an unsweetened tea with very little ice, and milk. She set both drinks on the table and walked away. I looked at my husband and I said that milk looks pretty thin and he took a drink of it and said yes I'm pretty sure it's 1%. He said Oh well I'll still drink it and he said that's a mighty dark water you have there and we both laughed. She comes back over and asks us if we are ready to order. I said yes we are, I will have the blueberry-ricotta protein pancakes with a side of bacon, and my husband ordered the stack of fluffy pancakes with extra, extra butter and blueberry syrup. While we were waiting for our food, I was looking around the restaurant and saw that it was dirty. There were not very many customers. I'd say maybe five or six at the most. There were two waitresses, it looked like two cooks from what I could see walking by the kitchen door when we first got there and a hostess. An older couple to our left that were there when we got there, were enjoying conversation and their drinks of water and coffee. Our waitress came out and went to the front for something and on her way back the older gentleman stopped her and asked her if their food was going to be out anytime soon because they've been waiting an awfully long time and he had an appointment he had to get to and she assured him it would not be much longer. I'd say about another 10 minutes and their food finally came out and they were served. A short time after, our food came out. My husband received his, six pancakes stacked on top of each other with two little balls of butter. No extra butter, and no blueberry syrup. My food was served to me and it was blueberry ricotta crepes. I let the waitress know my order was incorrect and she told me she typed what I wanted in and that's just what the cook made. I told her I don't like crepes and she replied with "I don't know what to tell you" I'm sure you can put together how it went from there. I firmly believe this restaurant is a front for drugs. One of the waitresses looked obviously high on *** from her behavior and facial expressions. The cook is obnoxious and poses as the manager. Look how many 1 stars this place has. Literally shut this place down. It was beyond TERRIBLE. I have spoken to several people today and the complaints are vast. One woman told me that same cook deliberately put hair all over their dishes and food before it was served to them because her husband is a police officer in the community. She also said that she could hear him in the back cussing and throwing stuff around. Absolutely inexcusable. I was appalled and would recommend NOONE eat here. Ever.

Ettof their food items and I'm getting sick on my stomach I was disrespectful

I have been in customer service for over 37 years this is my first experience with IHOP ordering online all the food was great it was hot and very tasteful the eggs had a horrible sour taste I called back not wanting my money back I have never been so disrespected by an employee with the lack of customer service skills in my entire life and I'm well over 60 and what breaks my heart is that they're not trained properly rude ghetto and totally out of compliance no empathy no sympathy no concern for the company to keep a customer especially a new customer as myself non-pologetic basically I was left with the demeanor of well you shouldn't have ordered from us you could have got your food somewhere else horrible I managed plenty restaurants and I train a lot of young people to be productive love their company and be proud of what they do if that was the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life I have no understanding as to how you would even consider having an employee to work for your company word of mouth is the best advertisement please someone contact me because this wasn't even about wanting my money back I simply was calling to let them know something is wrong with the eggs when you order online it states scramble sunny side up American cheese or cheddar cheese she was so belligerent well you could have told us that you wanted whole egg or powdered eggs you're online does not advertise that so therefore that is false advertisement horrible please believe if I'm not contacted whether I'm not contacted or not I am going to push this issue until someone at least apologize for the lack of communication with your own line menu order when I'm trying to do what's right by letting you guys know not wanting no freaking money back it's horrible to be talked to like that and I spent almost $30 for a breakfast that's for my whole taste buds with sour eggs your employees talk to me as if I just got robbed without a gun the employee take the ticket over the bag where she should have put her name it says with my receipt it has team member ID number of bags none of that was marked and it covered part of the web order number so I'm only going to be missing it one number because I can't see it I tried to peel it off the bag but it would possibly be between the eight and the one the only number that I could not read

Customer complaint

We went for breakfast today may 31 2023 a party of 9. We waited a hour for our food and when we got it it was so cold and the mushrooms were rotten spoiled with a bad smell We sent the dish back. We didn't get our pancakes or hot chocolate. Our order came to $155.98 and it was all bad. As we were leaving there were other tables complaining about the food. I call the manager as I got home to inform her she said sorry. Sorry we spent $155.98 at IHOP store#3457

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!

For starters, there were only 2-3 other tables with customers! There was NO CROWD!!! We waited for about15 minutes before we got our drinks!!! To make matters worse the drinks were watered down by the time we finally had our orders taken. It was only my fiancé and myself!!! He came back to ask if I wanted hash browns and I said,No. I got hash browns anyway. I only wanted wanted French toast w/butter and powdered sugar. When I got my food I had bananas on top of my french toast!!! My fiancé asked what came with his combo. The hostess said eggs and bacon. When I got my bill, we had been charged for individual items on our meals. I thought a combo came with other items. When we got the hash browns they were barely warm. We should have done what we were on our to do when he was coming with our drinks,WALKING OUT!!! Another opportunity wasted

This restaurant needs to be shut down forever! I recently wrote a report and was compensated for the money we lost! Mr. Rodrigus was Johnny on the spot with replacing our meal! Today 5/12/23 we tested the water and they kept the same horrible service and values! I dont understand why they burn our food but they do every time! The cook and the waitress were having a conversation while our food went up in smoke! Why does ihop continue to punish the Brentwood people! This is unacceptable!

Food and services was horrible

Party of six no one was in the restaurant when we arrived. Server took our order and brought our drinks to us. We waited and waited and waited and finally she started to bring our food out and 5 of us had scrambled eggs. The eggs was rubbery and tasted rotten asked to bring fried eggs out. They was not any better. My daughter order biscuits and gravy came out later and the biscuit was so old she couldnt eat. My granddaughter never received here gluten free waffle. So when I went to talk to management he was the one cooking and I would have to wait. So I told the server we was very disappointed in the food. The utensils was dirty and the syrup container was so nasty. Went to pay my bill with cash and the bill was 96 and some change and they told me they had no cash register and they had no change. What the *** This place needs to be shut down.

Paid 119.00 for garbage food the hole order was in ediable

I went to the I hop in Norton Shores Michigan I ordered Eight meals that were totally uneditable The orders were completely wrong The kicker was there wasn't even any pancakes put in our order We took pictures how bad our orders looked Showed the daytime Manager and all he said was sorry We feed the burger to our dog because it was uneditable and our dog threw up The restaurant wasn't even busy there was one table mine was a to go order I will never eat in a IHOP again There isn't any reason what so ever for customers to be treated like that I didn't even receive a receipt but I have proof it was taken out of my bank

Fair warning to family, friends, and or acquaintances that actually take the time to read this entire epic biblically long 10-15 minute long post! Im very eternally grateful for anyone who reads this and who responds! I'm trying to prove that I might have been wrongfully terminated for " being unprofessional". I admit that I did receive warnings in the past and was given a few chances to rectify my behavior! For once in my life I really didn't want to go social media because I don't want my former job or any of the employees or managers there to retaliate and try and sue me for money that I do not have. However after being polite I am constantly being disrespected and spoken to sarcastically and dismissively by both Human Resources and managers.I decided to take matters into my own hands and post this. I kindly wished my former manager a happy memorial day and nicely asked for the franchise owners phone number. My former manager got short with me and said something about human resources which I honesty don't remember. She then said that she is only telling me once that she is not going to give me the franchise owners personal phone number. I nicely said Im not asking for his personal phone number. I am just asking for a phone number that I can reach him at. I said I read the 55 page employee handbook a few times and it says that I have every right to speak with the franchise owner who owns 3 other of the same restaurants. She then hung up on me! I called another location of the same restaurant where are used to work and was speaking to the hostess actually I was crying to her let me be honest! And former employees of that restaurant we're also very rude and sarcastic to me and used profanity when speaking to me! When I previously worked there I was flat out told that the next time I worked I would receive an evaluation, most likely I wouldn't pass anyway and that I would get fired! They were kind enough even though they did not give me the evaluation to transfer me to another location which I did greatly appreciate! Anyways back to the topic. When I called the former restaurant location that I used to work at I spoke with the kind hostess that I used to work with. I left word to please have the very nice district manager please call me back at his earliest convenience. I am fully aware that it is memorial day weekend so I understand him not calling me back today. Again Im extremely sorry for this epic long post but my former place of employment I feel wrongfully terminated somebody else too but they're not willing to stand up for themselves. Basically I was terminated for being unprofessional. I most likely wont qualify for any monetary gain but I would like to be respected and recognized! However I would like to prove that there were forms of harassment taking place there! There were forms of favoritism, as well as a kind of bullying and humiliation which caused it to be a very hostile work environment which affected my job performance and to me that was being very unprofessional on their part as well.! I was out of work for 6 weeks and I supplied them with doctor's letters and they were kind enough to give me the time I needed to get better and to return to work, so I am very grateful to them for that! Human resources and management was made aware that I was on prescribed medication for my anxiety. I informed them that it made me feel tired. I asked if I could please drink soda and or Red Bull at the host stand if I put it away from the view of the customers. By drinking soda or red bull I was hoping that it would counteract the tired effects of the medication and I was told that I could. I got reprimanded for wearing nice kind of small hanging black and silver earrings. It clearly states in the 55 page employee handbook that you can only wear earrings in your ears one earring per ear. You cannot have an eyebrow piercing or facial piercing aka nose piercing. So favoritism begins with the girl I used to work with I'm not going to use her name. Let's just say that "she who shall not be named" who is very nice wears a bull ring going through her nostrils for at least the six months on and off that I was employed there. Nobody said anything to her! The girl with the bright blue nail polish told me not to go to her customers tables and ask them if they needed any help. So then a little later she asked me to please bring the nice customer a pot of coffee. Honestly after not being allowed to have orange juice with sugar in it to counteract my medication. I HAD FINALLY HAD IT! THAT WAS PRETTY MUCH THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMEL'S BACK! So I said in front of the nice customer and her waitress with the loud colored blue nail polish Im sorry but I cannot go into the kitchen to get her a pot of coffee even though I wanted to. And I nicely told the customer who is very nice who I've spoken to in the past on three occasions, That if you do not see me again its because I either got fired or suspended and I get in trouble for every little thing I do. I mentioned that to other waiters and waitresses as well because I finally had it. So thats why I got in trouble that was me being unprofessional! And I was also basically called a liar even though she didnt actually use the word liar when hazardous rainwater came pouring down on me when I was in the second bathroom stall a few months ago! All because the Human Resources lady had worked there since they were 19 years old and shes is currently maybe in her 30s or but it happened to me and I told many people! It was a different restaurant when she was 19 years old. And the pipes In the womens bathroom ceiling were rusted and rotting and rainwater was pouring down. There was a musty, moldy maybe asbestos type smell Im not sure! The 1st bathroom was out of order for at least a week and they had disgusting black garbage bags trying to cover up the rotting pipes and the rainwater that was coming down. Straight up bleach was accidentally put in the Windex and the sanitizing spray as well making me cough and *** I had to go to the bathroom! I also sliced my hand open on an A1 steak sauce bottle in front of customers who asked me if I would like the name of a lawyer and I politely said no thank you. The former manager who is very nice tended to my wounds and asked me if I wanted to go to the hospital and I said no and I didnt go. I tended to the wounds myself but an accident report was filled out but for all I know since I got terminated they threw that out as well! It gets even better l! Again I really didnt want to put a post on Facebook or social media. They know Im on medicine that makes me tired and that I am allowed to drink soda upfront at the hostess stand as long as I hide it from view of the guests a.k.a. customers. The day I got terminated the CO2 machine which puts carbonation in the beverages was broken. I did not want to drink water or their disgusting mud coffee. I did not know that I could not have orange juice or apple juice. A waiter was kind enough to give me a kids size orange juice and I got reprimanded for that! I figured if I cant have caffeine at least some sugar will hopefully counteract the sleepiness effects of my prescribed medication. A not so nice manager took the kiddie cup of orange juice away from me and threw it out before I even had 1 single sip! Then after having been a waitress for over 20 years and a hostess for eight months on and off I thought that after guests a.k.a. customers waiting 5 to 10 minutes to be seated that it being graduation I should make them aware that the CO2 machine was broken before they were seated. We only had the disgusting mud coffee , water and orange juice and apple juice we didnt have any of the lovely new lemonades to offer them so I got reprimanded for that as well! Since some of the waiters and host staff didnt see a mother with a young child sitting for 20 minutes and I bought them water and on I got tipped instead of the waitress. I felt guilty and I offered her the tip or at least to split it with me and she was very nice and she declined and told me to keep it! The lady and her young son were ignored for 20 minutes from what she told me. Nobody so much as offered to get them a glass of water. I was appalled even though IT WAS NOT MY JOB! My job description that day other than being a hostess for a few minutes for the last four hours was busing tables. I busted my *** all around the restaurant at 44 years old over 20 years older than most of the people there. I was on my hands and knees picking up crumbs and sweeping. There were two hostesses at the host stand and waiters and waitresses that ignored them or didnt see them seat themselves. The restaurant wasnt even busy! I nicely spoke to a waiter who was finishing up his tables. He was on his cell phone. I don't even remember if the lady and her son sat in his section. I kindly asked him to please bring them water which he did not. So thats when I decided to take matters into my own hands and to bring them both a cup of water. Human resources and the manager said that I am NOT to go into the kitchen and help customers because I am taking tips away from the servers. I tried to explain that 99% of the time the customers tip both the servers and myself. I help people with baby carriages as well as wheelchairs. I hold the doors open for them! Its just a type of person that I am and that is how I was raised! And yes sometimes Ive gotten the customers water or soda or to go boxes when they asked me to. And sometimes when they look like they were done and the waiter wasn't around I offered to get them to go boxes. Oh it gets better! Human resources was rude to me and said if theyre sitting there waiting for 20 minutes or theyre looking for their server that is my job to find the server and or a manager. I said so what about when the server is in the bathroom for awhile or outside smoking a cigarette or on their cell phone and I cant find them? What about when I look for a manager or call the managers phone number downstairs and nobody picks up.? Then the guest is still waiting another 10 or 15 minutes! I still shouldnt take matters into my own hands and get them a glass of water when its May and they and their child are thirsty? I am always getting in trouble for wearing my heart on my sleeve! So I help people with baby carriages! I help people with wheelchairs etc. and sometimes they are kind enough to tip me in addition to the waiters and waitresses. I was told by the managers I am no longer allowed to go to the kitchen and help the customers if they need something because Im taking away money from the waiters! I have never taken money off of the table that was left for a waiter in my entire life serving or hostessing or bussing tables! Aside from the fact when I was late or absent from work one time I said that I live with my elderly mother with many pertinent health problems and her health is my top priority! The manager said to me my job is my top priority. I was very angry and hurt and honestly I wanted to quit on the spot over the phone but I did not! The icing on the cake was after I was terminated I was outside at the bus stop pathetically crying. I remembered a customer, a little girl who had pink rollerblades. I think her and her family had been waiting for a taxi cab for a while. I saw her skates outside the restaurant they were either forgotten or thrown in the garbage but there was no garbage can there. I thought of the little girl and even though I was crying I went in and I spoke to a waitress and I explained that I found the skates and they belonged to a little girl who was a customer. I would like to leave them at the hostess stand. When I asked about the skates to the manager after being terminated a day or so later I was hung up on. So before I contact headquarters, attempt to get in contact with the franchise owner, the Better Business Bureau, the health department, call 311, post a yelp review or anything else I just took matters into my own hand and posted this! I truly hope that I dont get in trouble and I really didnt want to get any of the other employees in trouble! I just was shouting out management and Human Resources because Im tired of being ignored and disrespected and humiliated! Again Im probably not going to get monetary gain whatsoever! Im truly very grateful and appreciative to any family, friends and or acquaintances who took the time to read this 15 minute epic long post please excuse any typos or poor grammar!
